Fancy Smith is what you would call fat. She knows it and she owns it. Everything in her life is right on track, except work. Working for Travers, Inc is challenging in more ways than one. Her arrogant boss makes her life a living hell on a daily basis. Too bad he is also the hottest man she has ever met, not that he’d ever go for a woman like her.
Clark Travers has been in a foul mood since Fancy started working for him. One look at her porcelain tattooed skin and her curvy as hell body, he was done, and she was his. Now to make that happen without crossing into an HR nightmare is another issue.
Fancy Curves is a safe, steamy novella with an HEA. Hold on tight, because these Clearwater Curves girls know how to make their alpha's feel really good.
Join us this summer when four curvy women fall in love at the beach. Find out what happens when alpha men go bananas for their curves and all the craziness that follows.

I've read two books in this series, and both were god awful. Pretty much every "fat" stereotype known to man is included. Everything is described as "plump" or "thick" or "ginormous" or "juicy" Everyone makes nasty comments to the heroine about being "fat" (a waitress, an ex, some skinny person at a weight loss meeting <--- no idea what she was doing there...etc.) Both books have nasty people insulting the heroine by saying she eats "all the carbs" Like WTF?! LMAO Seriously, what in the world were these author's thinking??

Really good addition to the Clearwater Curves series. I always have loved a boss/employee story. Add in older man/younger woman and I was happy. I do like my heroes more alpha and for them to go after their women. Hero waited a year to finally make a move because of a silly reason.

-no cheating
-no om drama
-ow drama - former ONS and mother of his child caused drama
-no violence of a sexual nature
-fantastic epilogue that was 20+ years into the future

Another good story of the series. I felt more connected to the first book and I didn't like something in this one but I love the epilogues.

The story is about Clark and Fancy.

She went to a weight loss support group four years ago and met her three best friends.

The present started the day after Wyatt and Lanie's wedding (book 1 H and h). She's the PA to the CEO of Travers Inc for a year now.

He's a former professional football player who's now a sports agent and her boss.

He tried to keep his distance to protect her but now it's time to have her.

It has beautiful epilogues.

Great read. I loved it. Slight ow drama in the form of the H's kid's mama, she was a one night stand. He definitely doesn't want her and doesn't cause problems with their relationship. Great story. Received ARC for an honest review.https://youtu.be/wDWNP1oNPZA

I loved it despite the single dad thing. I'm not a fan of kids in stories that don't belong to the couple. If I can get past that in a story it's a really good one. MK did it so I totally didn't hate him. I can't wait for more.

This is the second book in the Clearwater Curves Series, which is being co-written by four amazing authors, ELISA LEIGH, M.K. MOORE, C.M. STEELE and KL FAST :) and it keeps getting better with each story :)

Fancy is a spitfire and I loved her personality so much. She was a determined young woman who knows her own mind and give zero f**ks what anyone thought of her and her tattoos. She's been working for her hot boss, Clark, for over a year and has always felt something for him but he's always been reserved towards her, only her (he's polite and talkative to everyone else). She feels like he's kind of a jerk but what she doesn't know is that he's been wanting to make her his since the moment she entered his office for her job interview but of course, being a guy, he let a comment that his little brother, Griffin, made about "fat chicks" get to him and he decided he didn't want to put Fancy through negative and simple-minded people prejudice/comments and make her feel less worthy to be next to him as his woman so he didn't claim her right away... that all changes one day real quickly though ;)
After Wyatt and Lanie's wedding, these two pretty fast get together (after Clark FINALLY decides to claim his woman) and stay together, no matter the obstacles ahead... like Clark's daughter's mother who is a bit cuckoo... can't give you any more spoilers about that so go ahead and read this, you won't regret doing so ;)

I loved that these authors are writing about women who have been body shamed and categorized as being "fat" only because they are larger in size, "too curvy" and have been made to feel that they need to lose weight and be skinny to able to fit in today's society and that these authors have written that this is definitely not the case at all, that you should feel comfortable in your own skin, you should be happy for how you are, how you look and always feel beautiful no matter what size you are... that's how I feel when I'm reading these stories in this series :)

M.K. Moore & Elisa Leigh both have done amazing jobs writing their stories for this collaboration four authors' series and how well done the girls' stories are written <3

I loved the epilogues so much! It was awesome seeing these two so happy even after so many years together and so many kids but what made it more awesome for me was seeing Lanie, Fancy, Avery, and Stella still remaining best friends and their men were friends as well and all of their kids were too but especially one of Fancy's daughters and Lanie's oldest son finding love practically since they were babies <3 These two were soulmates from the very beginning and that kept flourishing since newborns to up to they were 15 years old. They had the same prejudice/comments towards them being a couple and they didn't fit together but they both saw the example of true love in both set of parents, Fancy & Clark and Wyatt & Lanie, that taught them to fight for one another and their love, holding on tight, never letting anything or anyone separate them. They listened and their happily ever after was gained in return :) It was beautiful to read about <3 M.K. Moore did an amazing job writing this story :)

Fast pace quick steamyish read..

This one i was ehh about the waiting for a year to make a move annoyed me.. as a alpha you should have already said fuck it I'm make a move.. i would have understood if it was cuz of Clarks father passing (which i thought)but it was cuz his douchie brother saying sht about curvy girls..  so thats already points off.. and i enjoyed Fancy she was strong headed and sassy plus she was a sweetheart she doesn't deserve ppls being assholes about her weight or trying to kill her for a guy you had ons with 10 years ago.. Clarks baby mama is crazy hands down and i felt bad for him since he was drugged and she made sure she got prego... talk about CRAZY!! Kid was there but more towards the end.. i was eh about it.. :/ not my most fave so far but okay..

This is the second book in the Clearwater Curves Novella series written by various authors, this one is by M.K. Moore. Four years ago Fancy reluctantly went to a weight loss support group meeting and ended up leaving before it started and making the three best friends of her life. She’s now 24 years old and she’s still a virgin because she was waiting for the right guy. She’s the Personal Assistant to Clark Travers, the CEO of Travers Inc. and she has a crush on him. Clark is 30 years old, a former professional football player who is now a sports agent. Six years ago his career ended when he was tackled and his knee has never recovered. Fancy thinks Clark hates her but in reality she is all he thinks about. He’s been trying to avoid a human resource nightmare but he’s done staying away. What will happen when Fancy finds out Clark wants her as much as she wants him ?

Fancy Curves by M.K Moore
2nd story in the clearwater curves novella

Fancy okay I love that name. Fancy Smith has been working for her arrogant boss for some time now and shes had it with his moods but after one meal things change. Clark secretly has admired and fantasized about Fancy but he refused to give in because he thought HR would be an issue. After sharing a meal and an encounter with a bad waitress has Clark rethinking about keeping his distances. This was such a cute novella, I liked how fancy was sweet but she was bada** with her tattoos.

Another fantastic read from M.K Moore. This is the second book in the Clearwater Curves series, and I loved it as much as the first.

Fancy and Clark are perfect together.

This is a feel good story. Short, sweet, naughty and full of Insta-goodness!

Definitely excited for the next book in the series.

4 big stars!

❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

Loved this book (well duh). 😃
Fancy and Clark were great MC's. Clark is an ex-pro football player. (No worries, not a current manwhore)
Fancy has worked for Clark as a PA for a year. They have feelings for each other which they both keep hidden. From Fancys POV, Clark dislikes her for some reason so she tries to keep her distance. Clark keeps his feelings hidden because of a comment his brother made about Fancy being fat. I didn't like that he held back because of that. He even stated it didn't matter to him but he didn't want to put Fancy in an uncomfortable posistion. I wish he wouldn't have let that comment affect him like that. Turns out that the brother was a little butthurt because he asked her out & she told him no.

Clark has a 10 year old daughter, Eliza from a ONS. He's never had feelings for Elizas mother & it later comes out that she drugged him that night to get pregnant intentionally to further her career as a model.
Clark finally expresses his feelings to Fancy and their chemistry is explosive. I really enjoyed reading about the relationship between Fancy and his daughter Eliza. It was so sweet.
-no cheating
-virgin h, celebate H (he's been celebate since before his daughter was born (hallelujah)
-no OM drama, Elizas mother (the ONS) wants Clark back to help jump-start her career again so she causes angst toward the end.
-no abuse - other than shitty comments made by OW.
-dual POV
-great supporting characters
-2 epilogues at 1 year and 22 years...which I LOVED!!!

In closing, I'm going to leave one of my favorite parts of the book. (Fancy's inner thoughts)
---I’ve realized that men and women, fat and skinny all have body issues. Body shaming comes in many forms and I have strived to better myself in that aspect. I’ve learned that telling a skinny woman she needs to eat a cheeseburger is the same thing as telling a fat woman she needs to workout. The world would be a better place if everyone minded their own damn business. What you look like doesn’t define who you are.---
Amen to that!!! I love that this was said. I don't appreciate when someone tells me I'm too thin or I look sick. It makes me uncomfortable and embarrassed and I'm so happy some attention was brought to that aspect of body shaming. Not many people realize how those comments can affect others.
Thank you for such a great book MK Moore!

Fancy curves is book two in the Clearwater curves series. This story is short, fast paced and a nice read. I liked Fancy. I liked that she didn’t care what people thought but she did also have times that she felt a little insecure because of her curves. I liked that she was attracted to her boss but at the same time disliked the way he was cold towards her.
I did see some chemistry between Fancy and Clark. But I would have liked a little more. I understood why Clark had held off from getting the woman he loved for so long but I wanted him to have ignored what his brother had said.
I really disliked Katya and what she did to Fancy but I liked that Fancy was sweet about the dangerous situation. Not once did she badmouth her. I think that was mainly for Eliza’s sake. Speaking of Eliza, I liked her bond with Fancy. I really liked the epilogue/so many years later part of this story, it is super sweet.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is a sweet read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

This is the second book in the Clearwater Curves series, Fancy Curves is Fancy's book. She's a voluptuous assistant to an jerk named Clark. Fancy thinks Clark hates her but she finds out that no the case. Clark hides his intense attraction for Fancy behind his gruff exterior. Then one day Clark wakes up and these two just click and the attraction flares between them so hot, so steamy. It is amazing to watch them come together and it seems that everything is going wonderfully but not so fast. Clark’s baby mama comes on the scene to cause drama which causes tension between Clark and Fancy. Will their love be able to stand true? This is one fresh, steamy, action packed novella that will keep you hooked from start to finish. It is a keeper by MK Moore!

My Rating: 4.7 stars *****

My first MK Moore book

I read this because I'm a C.M. Steele fan and I really wanted to read the whole series. Well I'm glad I did. I'll be reading more of MK Moore's books and hope they follow the same trend. I enjoyed this book although I was hesitant. I'm very hard to give new authors a try and this had it all; instant love, bbw heroine, and an alpha male that was so sweet. I'm also liked the whole fact that Fancy was no easy target, the girl had sass. We big girls often have to put on our big girl panties and go off on a hoe or two. Lol that being said the characters were well developed and I enjoyed the plot twist at the end. I did not see it coming. Also can I say.... I live in Bradenton and am near the area. I'm so glad someone got the names right! I appreciate the research and that I felt like.I knew where everything takes place.

My mom always told me love is in the eyes of the beholder. T his book was very well written about fat women. The first thing about fat women is they have feeling.l

They have love in their hearts just like the thin people. A person who can love someone with all their faults whether fat or slim is a great person who knows true love. I loved the story with these characters. It was true to life
To have true love in one's lifetime is a gift from God. I would recommend this book to all my friends. It was well written and told the story like it is. This happens to.women and men because people can't see love and beauty in people who are fat. This story should be given to girls and women who have low self-esteem
There is a chance for everyone. This author captured the life of all obese woman and what hurtful things said to them and about them. Loved this book.

Okay... Overall I was severely disappointed in this novella. There were do many wtf moments that I could not keep up with. At times I even felt the writing came of as childish and idiotic. I often found myself wondering if the characters were really grown adults and not immature teens.
There was no flow in the story whatsoever and I found it really hard to be fully immersed into the story. I had to force myself to finish, because if there's anything I hate, it would have to be not finishing a book. So, yeah I gave it 2 stars I was actually really looking forward to reading this. It's a good thing I dodged a bullet and didn't buy the book. I would have been up for a not so pleasant surprise.

Baby mama drama!

Clearwater Curves is an amazing series. I am enjoying reading about these curvy ladies getting their hot alphas. I think that love comes in all shapes and sizes. I totally love the concept.
Fancy Curves is...Fancy's book. She's a curvy assistant to an asshole named Clark. She thinks he hates her, but we find that no the case. Clark hides his attraction behind a gruff exterior. These two come together beautifully, but alas not everything can be perfect...enter baby mama drama and you got trouble on the horizon. Dont worry though its a hot fast read that won't disappoint. Great Job MK!❤🍪

Really bad writing. It jumps all over the place. We go from them having lunch, with ZERO chemistry/attraction shown to him telling her he’s going to take her home and make her his. Huh? I actually went back, thinking I must have somehow skipped at least a chapter.

I’m surprised I don’t have a headache from all the times I rolled my eyes while reading this ridiculous book. Don’t waste your time; I wish I had mine back.

Another great collaboration work from MK Moore. This one is a nice tale of boss-secretary bloomed romance. The plot rolls quite fast, despite some twist nearing the end. I understand that the book is insta-love, where anything riddiculous OTT things can happen, but I still cant understand why the H didnt do anything to approach the h. Though the story explain a bit, i still feel it's quite unbelievable. Well, i still give 4 stars for stellar steamy sexy scene with loving plot though.

Short, sweet & super sexy!

Although this is not quite insta-love, it's pretty close. It's short, sweet, & sexy with a small dose of drama and action. The bossman is a seriously sexy alpha male. The woman is a sexy, sassy, BBW who has dealt with people body shaming her for a long time which has definitely bruised her self confidence a bit.

Good

This was a pretty enjoyable story. I liked both Clark and Fancy. I really would have liked to see Clark’s bossy side that was mentioned in the blurb, we only really get to see the sweet and alpha side of him. This was a good edition to the Clearwater Curves series, I especially liked the epilogue!

Everything just felt rushed in this book. From start to finish it was a race. Their love was a race, their lovemaking was a race, their marriage was a race, even the crime felt rushed. I did not enjoy this book much. A great story but I never got the chance to get to know these people. She's fat, he's not, instant love, 2 days later lets get married, baby on the way, its great, the end. Gah!

Loved this look! I didn't enjoy the 3rd book in the series as much but it was still good. The books in this series can be read as standalones but I definitely suggest reading them all and in order. They're great short books that despite there length still have good character development. Heads up, they are insta-love so if that's not your thing these books are not for you.
