Super short read but great information. Not necessarily something that every couple needs to work on, but it is something that every couple should be aware of. Great read when you only have 30 minutes.

This book was super short but sweet. I found it really eye opening. I actually think of myself as a pretty positive person and my relationship is one of the strongest I know, and yet I still learned a lot from this. For a free Kindle book, I'm very pleased with the quality and content provided and highly recommend this book for anyone (struggling, curious, or even in a happy relationship) I think everyone can find something in this quick read.

Negativity is a Root Cause

To be honest, I had read someone else's review concerning the focus on negativity in the book and thought it was going to be a bad read. However, as someone who is in a relationship where criticism and judgements happen quite often I can completely understand how working to eliminate them and replace them with adoration and kind words can help.

This book shouldn't be a standalone in your quest for a better relationship, but it is a quick read that when combined with other efforts make for a good relationship repair toolkit. I don't see any harm in giving it a shot and plan on it.

Minimal subject content

I felt as though this book should and could have been longer and addressed more than just negativity in a relationship. There is far more to relationship concerns than just negativity. However, if negativity is the problem in your relationship this book outlines a great plan to rebuild and reconnect your relationship.

Great short book!

Enjoyed reading this book. Loved the fact that the author's actually used the material to heal their own broken marriage. Experts who actually took their own advice!

Pretty good for being so short

I can't wait to talk to my husband and try to do the no negativity challenge. I think we will have to start off at 24 hours.
