Good story

Third book in the series. It’s nice seeing old folks as the main characters that can think. Kind of a sad ending though.

I am over 80 but not yet 88, I am almost blind, almost deaf and only have one leg. But I still like mischief!

Max and Olivia are elderly spies living out their final days on the Queen Mary 2.
Although everyone suspects they are a quaint, octogenarian couple, the two continue their deep involvement with the Russian mafia, the CIA, and MI6.
This third book of the Max and Olivia series has a surprising development - the kidnapping of their favorite granddaughter, Penny. Max and Olivia go to terrifying lengths to try and secure her release. Skillful and cunning spies, the couple keeps their enemies and handlers mystified and exasperated by using
unorthodox means to carry out their missions and escapes. Operation OBE (over bloody eighty) entertains and keeps readers on the edges of their seats.
I could hardly wait to see what happened next and at the same time, could be afraid to turn the page because of the tremendous danger that they were facing. I hate to see this series end.

A great read as you follow the high adventures of an elderly couple saving the world again

I got a bit bogged down in a few places but didn't stop until I read the whole series! It speaks of great of great love that lasts and supports each other. Full of history and travels around the world with a lot of wisdom about life, love and the way elderly are viewed. Would love to see this made into a movie! Their adventures as spies and the places they go and the trouble they get into would be great to see on the big screen! Glad I read it!

Once More into the Breach for Our Intrepid Pair

Max and Olivia have accomplished the impossible once again! Being Over Bloody Eighty themselves, age hasn't stopped them. This is another exciting story from beginning to end. The ending makes you anxious to read the next installment of their further adventures.

Intense, Interesting read

This was an over the top, fantastic ride for as long as it lasted. Absolutely amazingly written. I was certainly charmed by Max and Olivia. With myself being of a certain age, it did resonate...

Interesting with modern day references.

I liked the way elderly people were the heroes. There were several obvious typos, it should have been checked better.
