Y'all, I've just got to say, I love me some Bubba.
I met Bubba in Half Moon Holler, the first book in this series, which stars Bubba's best friend Nate. I have been not so patiently waiting for Bubba's HEA since. And Taryn did not disappoint. I loved this book as much as the first in the series, and now I NEEEEEEEDDDDD number three!
Half Moon Rebel is such a great read. Even though it is part of a series it reads well stand-alone. You don't "need" to read the first book to enjoy this one. Bubba can hold his own. But if you're like me and need every single detail available on your fav characters, I'll include a link to Half Moon Holler below.
I am such a fan of Miss Bradley. She has a great way with inner dialogue and her characters have such unique voices. The plot moves really well. I had some teary eyed moments, and some laugh out loud moments too. And the trial sense are intense!
I'm ready to move to Half Moon Alabama. Now, please.

Another super sweet and fun book! This book had a bit more spice than book 1, and was less of a slow burn, which I enjoyed. There were fewer laugh out loud moments in this book than book 1. It's hard to beat Nate's humor though. I loved Bubba for who he was, the big 'ol softy. Rebel was great, and I loved them together. Great series so far!

I have fallen madly in love with Half Moon Hollow and all of the residents. This place is full of residents who will drop everything to help you out and of course quirky folks who make you laugh. This is Robert "Bubba" Dupree and Rebel Mae's story and I hope that you'll enjoy it as much as I did. Oh and when the Nate and Cassie's twins give their "Uncle" Bubba Love how can your heart not melt a little bit?
When you have a name like Rebel Mae (AKA Rita Mae's niece) and you need to escape from the local Arc Angels MC clubhouse what do you do? Well you climb into the trunk of a Blue GTO and when Bubba arrives with a tow hopefully he won't say a word and you can escape. So when Rita Mae who makes the best food in town asks you to watch over her niece of course you volunteer for the job. Little does he know that she has secrets of her own and that he'll fall hard for her hook, line and sinker. When new information are revealed on not only Rebel's father but Rita's husband Bruce's death could it all be related to not only the Arc Angels but the Rebel Sons MC will finally be able to close the cases of murder for the families. After all who wouldn't want to see Bubba in his lawyer suit and Jinx Malone at his finest? Or a Tutu on him I'm sure I melted into a puddle like Olaf? Most definitely, you had me at the Tutu.
I can barely contain myself while I wait for the next book in the series.

Brilliant!
Bubba was totally hooked from the moment he laid eyes on Rebel, he just didn’t know it!
Bubba is such an intelligent, quiet, well-mannered man that it’s most unusual that a spitfire like Rebel would enter his life. It doesn’t take long before Bubba sees the injustice surrounding Rebel and her family in their little holler.
Tow truck owner/operator by day, attorney by circumstances, you might say. Bubba was never quite able to realize his dream of being an attorney as his way of helping people, because when his daddy died unexpectedly, Bubba had to step up and take care of his family. Finding Rebel in the trunk of a car, in the Rebel’s Sons MC compound, Bubba just knew his life was never going to be the same again.
This story is amazing in it’s simple logic but complicated situation. The author is creative when it comes to the details surrounding the circumstances with a years old motorcycle accident. I love all of the subtle twists and turns created to make the bigger picture of this story come to life.
I love how the deep loyalties in this little holler are never forgotten and the few who make life miserable for the rest finally get their just rewards. I love Bubba. He is so thorough and supportive of Rebel when her story is revealed. She is the ultimate victim here and he is her savior. Bubba, the attorney, is a force to be reckoned with! There is also the sweetest HEA!

Well ladies, prepare to lose your minds, hearts, panties and ovaries to Bobby Ray Dupree!! I wish there was an adequate way to properly prepare you for all that is Bubba, but let's be real here......there isn't! So gird your loins and get ready to fall in love with Bubba and Rebel!

I totally fell in love with the small town of Half Moon in Taryn Bradley's first book in the series, Half Moon Holler. I couldn't wait to dive into book two, Half Moon Rebel. The characters pull the reader in and make them feel like they are a part of their little town. I mean every small town has a lawyer running the local tow truck business, right? Like his good friend, Nate, from book one, Bubba meets a woman who he's instantly attracted to.
Bubba inadvertently rescues Rebel Mae from an MC compound where she's determined to get answers to her father's murder. Once Rebel hits town and hooks up with her aunt, Rita Mae, Bubba's life is never the same. The pull is intense between them but Rebel has a secret, and despite their age difference, Bubba finds himself in smitten. Determined to have the woman he loves, Bubba fights for his woman, and embraces her secret more than willingly.
Then Ms. Bradley spins a backstory of murder and intrigue linked to the Arch Angels MC involving Rebel's father and Rita's husband. The intricate suspense plot unravels into a courtroom drama that has the reader pulled into the story and has them on the edge of their seat until the end.

Oh Bubba Dupree. I wasn’t sure about you. I wasn’t sure if I’d love you as much as Nate from Half Moon Holler and even you were sure you weren’t as funny as your best buddy Nate. Thankfully we were both wrong.
Bubba is different than Nate so his humor is different but nonetheless strong. And isn’t that a good sign in an author that their characters aren’t cookie cutter?

Bobby Ray Dupree, aka Bubba and lawyer when he isn't too busy with his towing business, is a Half Moon man who has a surprise in the trunk of a 1963 sports car he s towing for the son of the Local motor cycle club president. When the surprise, Rebel Mae and the niece of the owner The Rita Mae Cafe, tells Bubba why she is there, He realizes he will be her protector, lawyer, and anything else she will let him be.
I just stumbled upon the Half Moon series, n I love it, especially the peace, love, harmony, karma, living life like a soundtrack to good old southern rock, and the snappy one liners that sum up a lot of the story (and about life in general). I hope there are many more books in this series.

Southern Charm!!
Half Moon Rebel is book two in Bradley's Half Moon Series. It's a sweet story with a bit of a who done it storyline. This story is told in one POV by the male lead Bubba. I actually love this, I would of loved to hear Rebel's side of things. Bradley makes Bubba a great narrator and the storyline flows from beginning to end. Some of my favorite characters are in this story as well as a few new interesting ones. I highly recommend this series if you are looking for something sweet with a little bit of everything else sprinkled in. Happy Reading!!

Rebel is on a mission to find out what happened to her Dad. Turns out one lie starts a chain of events that affects the lives of many of Bubbas family and friends. Once you read about Half Moon and it's residents you never want to leave.

Another FANTASTIC read by Taryn Bradley! I really want to move to town of Half Moon! This is the second book in the Half Moon series. You can get by without reading the previous book, but don’t cheat yourself out of another awesome book. This book grabs you with a strong storyline, characters so real you want to reach out and touch them. With a bit of quirky that makes this book such a well rounded gem! I am now a hug fan of this author and I cannot wait for more!

Loved this book, any guy who can wear a tutu is fine...
This book is a great ride. I read the 1st in this series and this one is different but just as good. It continues the story and you get to see some of the same people but you don't have to have read it, it just adds more flavor. I'm just in love with this whole series so far.

Another great addition to he Half Moon series
Rebel and Bubba are fantastic characters. The plot is interesting and we get to witness a murder/arson trial. It's a real nail-biter!
Once again, the scenes are steamy, the characters are well developed, the plot and writing style are great, and the town is wonderful.

Family
This book has given me how we would all love to have a loving family. Romance is still the way to go. We all have a last that we would never like to be known. A loving family that has trials and don't mind showing you that that love. The past comes out and hurts, but love once again reins. Made me cry at thse
and the twists and turns of these family's life.

Very good story.
I choose this rating because it was fair .This was a story that pulls @ your heart strings. It was a little challenging in some parts.I stayed up till 1 am to finish it .You should read it.Not magic This time, just a good read.Author writes ,with a fresh perspective.

Brilliant! A Southern Gentleman and a Rebel. Definitely two opposites that attract! I love the story, the suspense, the who done it. Surprises that made me gasp out loud. You won’t be disappointed!

I just loved Bubba. He is just a tow truck driver, and a lawyer who is hot and a sweetheart. Rebel is perfect for him, she just needs him to make her see it. Get you some Bubba Love.
