Great book, super informative, except i wish it outlined better when a trust financially makes sense to you. From reading this, it makes it seem like a trust is a good move for everyone. But after speaking with an estate planning attorney, I was informed that having beneficiaries on accounts megates the need for a trust in most cases.

Great explanation of living trusts and why every family leader should have one to avoid the pain and cost of probate. Provides an extensive yet simple step-by-step process and forms which should allow most people to create their living trust without the "help" and cost of an attorney.

Understandable for anyone looking for a DIY guide for living trusts. If you're ready to devise your own living trust as part of your estate planning, this book includes forms to guide you through to completion. But it's not a substitute for a lawyer skilled in the nuances of estate planning.

The explanations, instructions, and advice here is clear and concise, typical for a Nolo publication.
