Is a Ouija Board just a game? Is it a simple piece of wood? Or is it something much darker? Find out as sixteen-year-old Aspen gets pulled in by the powers of the board. Is she merely addicted to playing or is she a pawn in a much darker game? You don't want to miss this gut-wrenching true story of when Ouija boards don't play fair.
This is another cautionary tale of the paranormal by author Melissa George. I always look forward to her books. I am pleased that others are sharing their stories with a caring author. This particular story is heartbreaking and serves as a warning not to play with Ouija boards. Unfortunately, the girls in this story thought what they were doing was harmless and fun. They did not suspect the evil. Neither did their mother until it was too late. The price for their ignorance was too great a cost. A sad, yet illuminating read. If you or someone you love is playing with a Ouija board, stop them.
This was not a good story. I think Quija boards are dangerous and this book helps prove why it is. If this was a true account, then anyone can see what can happen when people mess with spirit boards. I forbade my boys to have one or to interact with anyone who had one. Just bad news. That being said, I didn’t enjoy this story as much as previous books. If you like stories involving this sort of thing then you will probably like this account.
Very interesting story, but please fix the errors!!
Missing words and letters, two very different fonts, sudden change at the ending from reading Amy’s journal to Pamela’s point of view. Messy ending. HOWEVER, this was a very interesting story!
I have loved every one of Melissa George's books. You guys out there who have not read any of her books, get with it. You will love them and each story is different. She is an amazing writer and I should know, my daughter just published her first book.
