Box set includes Books 1-3 of the Six Pack Ranch series:
Rocky Mountain Heat The sweet girl next door moves into the house to help the family out, Blake Coleman knows she’s too young for him. Jaxi has other ideas about the man she’s loved forever.
Rocky Mountain Haven Beth has enough on her hands as a new widow with three young boys, but Daniel Coleman is far too much of a temptation to turn away.
Rocky Mountain Desire The last person Matt Coleman wanted to be attracted to is the younger sister of his cheating ex-girlfriend. But fate seems determined to throw him and Hope together.
New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Vivian Arend loves to share the products of her over-active imagination with her readers. She writes contemporary, western, and light-hearted paranormal romances. The stories are humorous yet emotional, usually with a large cast of family or friends, and a guaranteed happily-ever-after. Vivian lives in British Columbia, Canada, with her husband of many years—her inspiration for every hero and a willing companion for all sorts of adventures.
01 - ROCKY MOUNTAIN HEAT 3 stars because of Jaxi's juvenile behaviour. I think Blake deserved someone more mature but he acted a bit stupid too. Flitting around all the other brothers and getting them all sexually steamed is mean and then Jaxi wonders why there is a problem. If Jaxi had been more grown up and just told Blake her was her forever and NOT carried on with the brothers I would have liked this book more. Not a gripping read and a predictable ending. Could do with being rewritten. I normally love this authors books and have read some of this series further on and enjoyed them, hoping it was just this first book. 02 - ROCKY MOUNTAIN HAVEN Cannot believe this is the same series as book 1. Far superior. Such a complete change of direction from book one. What Beth had suffered was horrendous but I admired her bravery. She is correct about stating she should have left her abusive husband earlier but easier said than done with young children. Daniel was a sweetie and such a strong rock that Beth and the boys can lean on into the future. Loved how the Colemans all rallied around to support Beth and the boys and teach them the true meaning of family. The little scene at the river was lovely. 03 - ROCKY MOUNTAIN DESIRE I love the friends to lovers scenario in this and all done with the Coleman family giving advice, helping and getting underfoot. I really enjoyed the honesty and bluntness Matt and Hope had in their relationship. Saves a lot of grief. Matts rotten ex just happens to be Hope's sister, which makes for a few interesting times when Helen pops back to town. Matt was a charmer, slowly working his way to realising he had a great future ahead of him with Hope. The quilt completion was a superb idea, I loved the fact the men had to do it themselves and the surprise at the end was so cute.
I really enjoyed this book which was made up of the first three books in the Six Pack Ranch series!
I thought that the stories was really well developed and I really did enjoy getting to know the different characters – they worked so well together and I loved their interaction.
I loved how different the storylines were between each book and they were all so enjoyable!!
I thought that they were all great stories – a romantic and sexy reads
It is 5 stars from me for this one – I really enjoyed it – very highly recommended!!
This is a series about the Coleman family and cousins. The characters are very entertaining and colorful from the grand babies up to the grand parents. Each book so far highlights one Coleman brother, their relationship struggles, family dynamics and their happy ever after. Totally surprised that I truly enjoyed these first three stories as much as I did. A very fun read
Rocky Mountain Haven #2-I really felt sorry for Beth and respect her struggle to move on. I like Daniel too, he's wise, 100% alpha but without the aggressiveness. Their non-vanilla 'experiments" are not for the fainthearted, I actually had to just skip over some but I didn't give up on them because they both were ready and in need of another chance to be in love in spite of their baggage.
What a great box set of family, friends & hea's! Ups and downs with some amazing characters & some real beeyotches in a small town setting. Heat level medium, storylines good, no cliffhangers but no epilogue either. Maybe because each book has carryover characters. Recommended reading in order.
These books are HOT! Put your cowgirl boots on and let’s rock this. I usually read all her shifter books to please my wild side. But Man these cowboys are steamy and their women strong.CAN’T PUT DOWN. Vivian Arend I Love You, You Rock!
These books should have been named Graphic Sex on Six Pack Ranch. Each book went into great detail of the sex life of the protagonists but glossed over and barely touched or developed life and happenings on the ranch. Anyone who likes pornography will enjoy these stories.
I loved these books and would highly recommend these books to all readers who love great romantic stories. The main characters in these first three books involve the three oldest Coleman men and the women that capture their hearts.
Vivian Arend created a wonderful, warm family. Each character felt like a true personality with quirks, flaws and great qualities; just like real family members!
I enjoyed reading the first 3 books of the series. Each story is unique to its main characters. It's always fun "seeing" characters you know and came to love from other books interacting with each other....like welcoming old friends back.
Wow, wish the Coleman's lived in my town! Men that work hard play hard and to be with them you better play hard too. Sexy family. .. Insistent women....makes for lots of action.
I love all three of the books, which dealt with the love lives of the eldest three Coleman brothers, but I especially enjoyed the first one, concerning Blake. Characters were well-developed, and the plots kept my interest throughout. I loved the interactions among the whole Coleman family. Sex scenes are steamy, yet the books are not just about the sex. There is substance to each of them. And each one has a satisfying HEA.
Every story was unique but true to theme. Small town, big fam of brothers and kick butt momma. Such delightful reads and Canadian, eh. Greetings from the nw of the Great White North. Cheers
I would have enjoyed the books more if there had been less sex. I believe the story would have been better if I could have read it in a cleaner version.
These were well written stories with believeable storylines. The romance was very good.I did however find the sex scenes a little much, but that is me.
Rocky Mountain Heat Jaxi has longed for Blake for years, and she’s more than ready for him to realize she’s all grown up and more than a match for him.
She's the little sister of his ex. She's had a crush on him a long time, and bold enough to make him notice. Hard feelings, interference and lots of steam.
