A long-distance love affair is tough enough when a man and woman are separated by a couple of oceans and thirteen time zones. But when Australian Federated Police agent Judy White and CIA investigator Dennis Cunningham meet in London to decide whether their strained romance can continue, some very dark things happen. They discover that there is no force more ferocious and unforgiving than revenge. Dennis and Judy must fight separate heroic battles to discover if they have a future together. Love and death are linked, and darkly so.

I received this Kindle ebook from Goodreads Giveaways.

This is the first book I have read by this author. It is the second in the series and needs to be read as a series, especially to have the background of the main relationship. The plot was choppy and didn't hold my attention. The male characters were very adolescent and certainly didn't act like CIA investigators. I wouldn't want them keeping the USA safe. Even the female lead was dramatic and pouty. Sorry to say, I need more depth.

Zostaje wysłany do Londynu, gdzie zniknął zastępca szefa tamtejszej placówki. Towarzyszy mu człowiek z NSA, ponieważ zaginiony współpracował z tą organizacją, miał dostęp do tajnych danych z telefonicznych nasłuchów i innych form elektronicznej inwigilacji przechowywanych w bazie NSA w Anglii.

Dobry szpiegowski thriller.

Suspense abounds

I have enjoyed this series and storylines and characters. It does keep the reader wondering how many covert operations are going on in the world from so many different agencies. Dennis never backs down from finding the truth in what he is assigned, and is finally happy to have found love with Judy. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.

This is the second novel authored by Cape COD’s Keith Yocum that I have read and I enjoy his stories and his characters are both interesting and flawed and that makes them seem realistic. Of course free from the local public library and the first 2020 Siesta Key Beach read.

Gawd so boring. Threw it away after 1/4 way through. Sloooow moving plot if you could call it that. No action. A droll conversation between Fred and Dennis.

Ok, kind of forced.

Forced, convoluted action. Characters are tough to like. Still, decent enough to read in the summer sun on the dock.

Excellent

This is an excellent thriller, A bit dark in parts but hard to stop reading. There are plenty of twists and surprises. This is one of the best thrillers I've read with quirky characters and lots of action. Highly recommended.
