This is a great story for teaching children about the environmental impact humans have. I love the illustrations! Students will also learn about the journey baby turtles go on after hatching.

This is a very good book about turtles, some of the oldest living animals on earth. It is about their survival thus far, their habits and needs, their risk of extinction. Seven different kinds of turtles are featured in this beautifully illustrated book.

This book is all about turtles. It covers land tortoises, and sea turtles. It tells the reader what turtles eat, and how they have survived for so long. It also tell the reader what they need to do to save turtles and their habitats, so turtles are around for a long time to come.
I really liked this book. It contained a lot of really cool facts about a lot of turtles. I was able to learn about turtles and how they survive. I was also able to learn how to save turtles from pollution and other harms that the human race brings to them.
I would read this book to my children, because it has a lot of great facts. It also would caution them to look out for turtles well-being, to help them survive longer, because humans are endangering their lives.

This book describes different types of turtles, explaining why they have survived since the time of dinosaurs. It reviews the life span, how long they live, size, hibernation, parts of the body, etc. In the end, it urges the reader to take care of turtles because they are endangered. Informational but not overwhelming, this book is perfect for a child to read on their own.

Very informative book on a variety of turtles and their habits, habitats, diet, etc. I like how different turtles were featured on each page so that readers could compare bodies, colors, and markings of the different turtles.
