I thank the author for making available a copy for an honest take as a reviewer.

A placating and soothing account of the life of a younger brother Dhruv.

He is young and abash and head-over-heels with his cheating girlfriend. He is taken care by his much sensible and responsible elder brother Aamir, who happens to be the only one he can write under the column "family".

The story moves back and forth in flashbacks of how the siblings were wiped off of their parents by a tragic accident in the woods. There respective love lives are well represented and the contrast in them is of stark vibrance. Dhruv is cheated time and again and Amir loves someone who is equally self-righteous towards him.

Only that sometimes people have conflict. Not an argument but difference in the sense of passion. She is a thriving crime journalist and Amir is afraid to the bone of her safety. Well, he is right and she right.

A terror oriented bomb blasts takes Amir away from the scenario attributed to an aftermath of a practical joke. Dhruv is subdued, grieved and crestfallen - all at the same time. Losing his brother was aggrieving and loosing him like this was shattering.

Only that this did not make noise.

He hops on a train to Brahmi, to an ancestral property surrounded my scenic beauty of nature. You never know where or when or how true love knows on your door, do you?

The character portrayal of Sacchi is very well chiseled out. You fall in love in the persona instantly. Something Arpit is quite good at. Forming characters that you love and others you love to hate. He is a treat to the reader.

Hold on. The title is misleading to the unobservant eye. It is not just a love story. Or an account of how panoramic scenes of a hill station make two people fall in hopeless charm.

Far from it.

Dhruv comes back. Donates a kidney to save a stranger and another stranger puts his hat in to complete the circle of good-will. How? Well I crossed my heart to not give out spoilers :)

Incidents

I still wonder out aloud how did so many incidents fit into these 180 odd pages. Incidents are what avoid any story from becoming a drag. And the author manages to circumvent that very well.

Plot

The strength of the house in the plot size.
The plot is very well woven and has an ending that is bound to make you smile a joyful smile. I did that. Just that.

Smiled at the fact that what goes around comes around.
Be it a good deed or an act of vengeance.

Character Sketching

Character buildup and the people in the book are thorough and believable. You can relate to them and imagine them as anyone you might crystallize in your mind. And mind you there are lots of them. So quantity got quality.

PS : I am not violating a Grammar rule in proclaiming that Brahmi as a character was drawn out to sublimity.

I Still Think About You by Arpit Vageria

I Still Think About You is a stirring account of love, compassion and amity all packed into one little yellow book.

Verdict: Two plus one extra star for the pristine cover accompanied by a riveting story.

The core ingredient of a good book is its story and how an author makes readers engaged to make his story readable is up to him.
The core of this book is missing and up to the extent I could read(because I left the book mid way, I do not find it worthy to read further)the book is full of cliches which made the story obvious and predictable.

I know Arpit Vageria as a cool person who is ready to try his hands into anything that's possible for him to do. I have seen him write articles, books and even pose as a model and also act in small videos. He is an all-rounder. I missed reading his previous books but managed to put my hands upon his newly released book named "I Still Think about You". This 178-pages novel is published by one of my favorite, Srishti Publishers. The novel basically speaks about brotherhood, tragic events in family, a new-found love and a person's dedication towards relationships. Arpit Vageria's writing style is very simple which makes this book a light read just like other several books of Srishti.

Arpit's lifeline in this book has been the way he develops his character which gives them life and because of which you manage to understand the trauma and dilemma each one of them are going through. When you are using few characters as cameo, it becomes very hard to give them a good background in the few paragraphs in which you are describing their personality but Arpit have managed to do it very well. The love between the two brothers is beautifully portrayed in this book. Author have written those sections with purity which makes few moments of the story more emotional than they are.

The first half of the book is written in explaining how both the brothers are suffering in their respective lives either in job or girlfriend and how the younger brother doesn't care much about the love showered on him by his elder brother. And the second half is more on the philosophical side where the younger brother goes back to his home where he spent his childhood after realizing the contribution of his elder brother in his life. The book becomes quite slow in the between which makes it very boring indeed. But it picks up in the anti-climax and manages to make the readers read it again in the fast pace. The best part of the book is the chemistry between Dhruv and Sachi. The conversation between them makes this book interesting in 2nd half. Another scene that is unforgettable in the book is when Dhruv finds THAT special tree. I can't say more about this scene as the secret of it would be revealed. :-)

Talking about the drawbacks of this book- I would say that the book is very much on the tragic side and author have just kept pulling it more into the depth of sadness which makes it very boring most of the times. I was expecting some great moments in the 2nd half when Dhruv returns back to Mumbai but author has kept the whole thing directed towards tragic story of another character. Also too much death one after another makes it quite repetitive and you stop feeling bad for the characters after a point when death of their closed ones is discussed. Overall, I would say that the book is a fine attempt but it could have been much better considering the plot author had chosen. I give this one 2.75* out of 5.

Thanks.

Not a love story but more about brotherhood and inspiration. Although, Cover and title are misleading. I find it worth to have read this one. Nicely done!

The title of the book gives an impression of a teenage romance or puppy romance, as it is critically named. The book cover also gives the same impression. But on further reading it becomes clear that the book is more than what is in the league.

The story is mainly about brotherhood. There are very few books that portray the beautiful relation between two brothers. With beautiful narration author gave an enlightening story of two brothers who stayed together after the demise of their parents. An unfortunate incident changes their life.

Relation between Dhruv and Sachi is portrayed realistically. While the climax disappointed me, the overall storyline was surprisingly deep and palpable. In the first few chapters, narration seemed amateurish but author got the swing in the proceeding chapters.
With a little more realistic title and book cover, the book could have excelled the bestseller charts.

Compared to several bestselling romance books, this book stands out.

Review
The story is about brotherhood. It's a sensitive topic and was covered wonderfully by the author. The story is more in depth of grief and sorrow tone. So, this might be a turn off for some readers who can't tolerate sad writings.

The first impression a reader gets from the title and cover is not what actually the story delivers. The book has two stories running parallel. I could remember Sudeep Nagarkar's "You're the Password to my Life" right after reading a few pages.

Arpit has successfully created a blend of emotions in this book and thus, this book proves to be connecting to a wider audience.

The book is an entertaining one time read. Like other light read novels from Srishti Publishers, this one, too, is a well written light read.

🖤My Review: This book is nicely written by author Arpit Vageria.

💫Which while sitting at home can take you to the tour of place BRAHMI and can make you feel, imagine the beauty of place , The droplets of rain, The wind blowing touching your face, Hills, Sun rising view & many more.❤️

💫In this story there are several bonds, relationships and various incidents taking place in characters life's. To some of which i can easily relate my life with. Which made the story interesting to read.

💫I was able to feel all the emotions author tried to convey through his writing i.e. Happiness, Sorrow, Anger, etc.

💫It really made to realise that value the people on time, when they are with us rather than understanding their importance later, when we have lost them forever.

💫It motivates to sometime listen to your intuition and do good deeds. May be because of that, GOD blesses you with something that you had desire for too long but till now couldn't get it in your life.

💫It really inspires to never lose hope & believe in miracle. As they do exist!

🖤My favourite verse:
✨The rays of hopes are always present in the darkest hour.✨

✨Past can't be erased, edited, rejected or forgotten. It can only be accepted.✨

✨ Avoid the depressing thoughts. The more attention you give to them, the stronger they grow.✨

✨The Only way to discover something better is waiting for us is to first believe that there is something better out there.✨

P.S: Good One Time Read!

Life has been always full of such things for us that makes us travel through the extremities of various emotions.

"I still think about you" by @arpitvageria and published by @srishtipub is a story that would actually make you travel through such experiences.

💝Aamir and Dhruv are two brothers who have lost their parents in childhood. Faraway from the serenity of their hometown, Brahmi they are comfortably trapped in the hullabaloo of Mumbai.

💝Their lives were sailing perfectly until a whirlpool pulled them and almost devastated it.

💝Although Dhruv survived through the storm, he was no less than a dead person. Fortunately he found a stick, Sachi, who almost filled his void with liveliness and traversed his path down to his roots unknown of the transformation he will go through.

💝Miracles happened, secrets got revealed and the whole journey got summarised into a lot of valuable life ethics.

💝What I liked in the story :
The description of nature's beauty that is so soothing and the magical realism of dreams

💝A glimpse of characters :

🗯Aamir, a selfless person filled with compassion and inner strength
🗯Dhruv, a confused person who always needed his brother's support
🗯Anvi, girlfriend of Aamir and a criminal journalist
🗯Vratika, a selfish adamant girl and girlfriend of Dhruv
🗯Sachi, a peace-loving writer who helped Dhruv to go through life's ordeals

After reading this story, one could realise why caring about your closed ones is really important. Time flies away leaving the feathered memories behind. But those memories can comfort us only if we cherish the time we have at the moment.

This book is one of the heartwarming books that I have come across.
Aamir and Dhruv are brothers, their parents died when Dhruv was at his young age.

Aamir plans a trip to Brahmi to celebrate their parent anniversary.
What follows is a series of unfortunate incidents. Aamir becomes the victim of a terrorist attack. Dhruv left no stone's unturned in order to search for his missing brother. He thinks his brother is dead and he goes to Brahmi to fulfil his brother wish.

There his life changes forever. He meets Sachi. Sachi through her love and affection brings out the butterfly in Dhruv.
Eventually, he falls in love with Sachi.
Deep down he still believes that his brother is alive. What follows is a thrilling adventure. Whether will he find his brother, whether he will be able to confess his love for Sachi and will she agree after having a painful past, is worth reading.

As we explore more into the book, Dhruv turns into a kind man, he lives up to brothers expectation as he goes on donating one of his kidneys to save a life.
Dhruv through Aamir diary learns that Aamir's girlfriend anvi, a criminal investigating journalist was shot during an unfortunate incident and that she had gone into a coma. Will everything at the end turn in their way is something worthwhile reading.

This book gives us a lot of insight into the perception of hope. Miracles, they happen every day. Keep hoping and keep going on. This book leaves with you greater messages beyond our imagination. I would recommend this book to anyone who has lost hope.

I STILL THINK ABOUT YOU BY ARPIT VAGERIA

Amir and Dhruv are brothers. They love and care for each other. Amir would take care of this brother from his childhood as their parents were passed away. Once Dhruv would come home at night the elder brother would panic and search for him everywhere.

One day they both fight each other about their girlfriends with that angry Dhruv would take the car to the office and elder brother would take the train. At same day a terrorist attack in the railway station.

Did Amir die in the terrorist attack? Do their parents die in their native place? How does Dhruv would come over through these incidents? How does he felt after knowing about the attack?
Read the book to know more.

My expectations from this book were different than what is portrayed in it. The title cover though seems bit misleading but it aptly suits this story. The writing style kept me glued to this book. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I am not giving away any spoilers other than setting the premise of this book. This is a story of two brothers and their bonding. They have their own tiny love interests as well which are beautiful too. Entire story depends on an incident which separates them. How will they tackle this situation is the crux of this book.

this story is just amazing. i finished this book within 3 days (before i used to finish a 100 pages book in several days). i tried really epilogue many times but didnt get what really happened in the last. i could really feel the happiness of dhruv when he got his brother back. this book story even said 'if you will do good, good will come back to you in some way' and also that 'if you wish truly from your heart, you will surely get it'.
i really liked the story.

As i started reading the book, it didnt feel quite appealing, it was a regular story with a 'not so catchy' beginning.
But then something terribly unexpected happened and the story took a very sharp turn!

It's obviously not your regular love story, but it does take you on an emotional roller coaster and all of that for love.. is all i can say! Find out the rest after reading for yourself😇

I am not so emotional, but this time I could not stop my emotions. Firstly I thought it would have been a happy ending or a tragedy love story but it was something different.
It made me realize whatever you have in your life you should love and respect them/those. How an incident can change someone's life, will be seen in this. How a strange person can help you in your misery.

I loved this book in a way. Though I am fond of thriller novel the title drew my attention but to my dismay the title has nothing to do with the story. It's not that apt. In all I am glad it's a good read.
