Brogan, a dragon from Lacertais, is basically a cop. Him and his female dragon partner, Elaina, have been together since they came out of the academy together. Today is their day off. Laying on the beach that they normally patrol. They both get a call, so much for the day off.
Gabrielle a human with the IBI (Interplanetary Bureau of Investigation) is working with the partners to find a human that is wanting to steal water off of Lacertais. The water will turn humans into dragons so they join together to find this human.
Lots of drama and action. Hopefully, there is another book would like to see the problem with infertility on the planet of dragons to be fixed. The dragon/human couples from other books were mentioned but wish they were included more into every book.

Brogan
I enjoyed this book very much. I wasn't into this book as I was the others by this author. I don't know what it is or was but something was a little off. Don't get me wrong, there wasn't anything specific just seemed a bit off kilter. Definitely a book worth reading and a good addition to the series.

Loads of fun and action
Never a dull moment. The action is great and the fun part is good for an old guy like me. This story is about as slow as a race car.
