ALL THE DRAMA! THE BACKSTABBING! SEMAJ WHICH IS JAMES BACKWARDS! This was fun, I really loved Semaj and JaNair together, they were cute. Mya though...GIRL WHY? At first I was like okay whatever she's a lil weird, but as it went on she became one of the biggest backstabbers. The audiobook narrator was great too, I love how she did the male voices, it was funny.

Wow... this was a page turner for me. I would love to read the next book if there is one. I would love to read more about JaNair and Semaj relationship.

This box set version is both books combined. I really liked that about it. The story was really interesting and I finished it in less than a few hours. I felt like I was watching a reality show play out on page. There was a lot of characters but it was super easy to follow and each one had their own unique qualities. The drama was good and in typical Genesis fashion, parts that made me laugh. Good work as always - because I’ve read most of this authors more recent work I can definitely see her growth in her writing.

Love it
Great story, poor janair went thru it with her man,friends,and family. Jerome was just a lost cause to society he couldn't let go of her after all the stuff he did to lose her. I love that she found someone to love her like she deserved to be. J2" was the shit once she let him in. Great read and her cuz mya needed her ass beat several times.

Okay, so I thought the book was pretty good... until I got the end. I was looking forward to the cliffhanger for Jay and Semaj but damn now I have a cliffhanger for who the daddy is? This book is a definite slump killer and the family friend drama was well needed, however, the ending could have been better. Is there a sequel to this cause I want it.

This story was chocked full of betrayal and loyalty was a foreign concept. Ja'Nair, a good girl, was surrounded by a disloyal boyfriend, treacherous cousin, and unreliable friends. Fortunately, she had her "future" living next door.
The story was quick, a bit sophomoric at times, but that is to be expected when you have drama at every turn. It becomes too much and the plot can suffer. So, it's a fine line. I will say that the lack of punctuational errors was welcome. Although, there were a handful of instances that there were misspelled or incorrect words in place. If you want to read the treachery that comes from troubled "situationships", then this story is for you.

Page Tuner!!!
Page turner, amazing story of patiently waiting for what’s yours and karma of course. Every character has an interesting story, which added to drama throughout this book. Semaj’s (J2) name was easy to remember, since it’s James backwards...lol. Janair (J1) and his love transitioned lust, friendship, patience and explosive attraction...I was all in, great book overall. I do hope that this is not a standalone book because boy am I ready to read on about Niecey and Lala... forget about Mya and her hoe ass tendencies, like I said, karma!!!

A good thing I wasn't her cousin
Can you imagine having a cousin or best friend who likes to go shopping in your ex catalogs. You know, trolling around to see which of your ex's she can snatch. In this story, that was the theme in this tale. The men she slept with only seemed interested in her goodies. And the cousin did not have enough self esteem to realize her looks would one day fade along with her overused body. Then what? In the end things turned out for the best for all parties... Some times a hard lesson is learned with a bit of karma...

entertaining but needed to be edited
This book was a wild ride. Although I was here for all the drama, there’s just some things you can’t come back from and these women needed to have a little bit more backbone and respect for themselves. All this contemplating and going back and forth? No. Just be done. I will also never be okay with a white man saying ninja. I don’t care how down he is. This book was very entertaining though.
A lot of misused words and grammatical errors.

Very exciting book to read
This book was so exciting you can't stop reading it. The Author did an outstanding job with all the characters. The ending was beautiful. It was worded with perfection glad I bought it. Please put it in paperback. She gets five stars from me. Great book it was hard to stop reading it. From the beginning to the end. You will love it I enjoyed it very much.

There was ALOT going on in this book. If you like drama, this book is definitely for you. There were several characters in this book and each character had the opportunity to tell the story from their point of view. All of the characters are related in some way, and I don’t want to give any spoilers, but...most of the characters are...trifling.
What I liked most about this book is that everyone got what they deserved in the end. I love a good ‘you reap what you sow’ type story 😌

Could put it down
Saw the book in Walmart, finished and was mad because I didn't have part 3. Forgot about my kindle. Goodness, I'm so happy for Janair and Semaj. That darn Jerome needed his behind beat. But I really thought dude wife was going to do Mya in. Must read you will not want to put down.

I absolutely loved this series and I don't know what took me so long to start your books but I'm glad I did! I know Jay is in a new place but I would've loved to see her beat the brakes off of Mya lol I hope lil Ray adopts Aspen because he deserves daddy of the decade NOW ON TO THE NEXT BOOK

A cautionary tale
This was a great example of urban fiction. It had all the elements of a good novel. Action,drama,suspense, romance and copious quantities of SEX. Did I mention sex? It is a scorching hot 🥵 read. My only caveat was a few grammatical errors. Otherwise it was fantastic. You care what happens to the characters. That’s ALWAYS a good thing.

There was a lot of drama going and I couldn't put this book down. Poor JaNair had to go through so much to finally true love that was right up under her nose. I loved Semaj. He was everything JaNair needed. He gave her the space to come to him when she was ready. Jerome was trash. Mya, trash.

This book was good and super messy. Aint nobody loyal nowadays; in friendships or relationships. Sheesh! JaNair was an idiot for continuing to go back to Jerome. He treated her like pure shit. And her stank cousin Mya, is the one of the most trifling females ever! Karma is a b*tch and im sure she will get whats coming to her. Filled with so much drama and will keep your attention.

What Bae Won’t Do
I could not put this book down. I read this in one day. I could not wait to see what was going to happen next. I love that the couples that ended up together, was the ones I wanted to be together. I will reread this at a slower pace but I love this story.

The book itself was good, although I didn't expect it to be a series, though I should have since it says "Saga". This was a bunch of treacherous people surrounding each other and they're lucky they're not all sick with some kind of STD. Anyway, I'll read the next.

This is the best kind of smut possible. The storyline is predictable, but the descriptive language and visualization in the book was quite well done. What I will say is best here is that the book jumps from short story POV to short story POV for multiple characters. It was masterfully done.

Rachet Stupidity
The main character was dumb from beginning to end, the storyline was so ratchet until it became ridiculous. I skipped over parts because of the stupidity. SENAJ WAS TO GOOD FOR HER.
