It was necessary reading to receive my Human Resources Concentration for my BBA through Baker University. The class--Global Human Resources Management Concentration. Read like an academic research paper rather than a textbook. Really could not get into this class. Ends in a week, but trying to end it early for myself, just to get it over with. Usually enjoy my classes and even the reading. Would not recommend the class or the textbook, unless you are working on the HR Concentration.

very useful book to understand Expatriates and the reason behind their failures, it talks about approaches such as staffing approach and compensation approach, not only this but also about future challenges.
