This book is filled with deep and sobering stories written with love and kindness. Each story is followed by a corresponding poem in the rhythm of what I was feeling at that moment. Some of the poems were written at 3 a.m. and others at 3 p.m. Each story and poem enabled me at that time to express my truth and vulnerability and face my demons to remain sober and balanced.
