An intriguing 'what if...'

This is a fascinating exploration of the workings of the human mind, and I found myself asking repeatedly as I read: would I do that? The story leaves more questions than answers, but isn't that what a good story should do? I loved it!

I was hooked from the start of this short story. A woman has to decide to do something that she would normally not do to get something and the challenge increases. This has a twist that I did not expect at the end. Another good book by Sue Ann Jaffarian.

A quick and fun horror story about Georgine, an awkward and unpopular manager at a law firm, and the secretive man she meets at the cafeteria. At first, it's an innocent game that soon escalates into something Georgine never thought she'd have to do.

Weird

One of the strangest stories I’ve read and nothing like Ms. Jaffarian’s other books I have read. Not something I would recommend. It was unsettling.
