COACH LONG is yet another uber naughty and over the top May/December romance that is a part of K. Webster’s Taboo World. This author continually pushes the limits and while I often find the plot of these books over the top, I can’t deny they are also wildly entertaining. I think there has only been one book I really didn’t love at all in this series but more often than not I am a huge fan of this author’s works.






It seems like all of the men in this imaginary town who are near or over forty can’t seem to keep it in their pants and nothing seems to turn them on more than eighteen-year-old girls. In reality, most of us would find this disgusting and appalling but put this in a naughty erotica book and we put our morality to the side.






River Banks is eighteen years old and has proven to be quite dangerous for her calculus teacher who also happens to be coach of the track team. From the moment Coach Long lays eyes on River he’s having inappropriate thoughts and she can sense she has an effect on him. So she pushes the envelope whenever she’s around him and soon these two are getting down and dirty and throwing caution to the wind by carrying on in the boy’s locker room and his office.







The things that they do are completely dirty and I have a hard time believing these things could happen outside of this fictional world. I can’t deny that I did have fun reading this story and it only took a couple of hours to get through.

Buddy read with the lovely Isabella R.

So far, this is my favorite from her taboo series. It’s like she wrote it just for me. From the quirky characters, to the witty banter to the kinkiest sex. Plus it’s a student/teacher, the end all, be all of my favorite tropes.

I already liked Coach from Renner’s book. I liked his no fucks given attitude. Then we introduce River and I like her right off the bat with her quirky style and take no prisoners approach.

Glad we’re not wasting any time. Pretty sure he lacks a conscience which makes me happy because I’m obviously a pervert.

I hate to admit my first instinct is to say that River is a mess. But with two parents that care more about reputation than their actual daughter, it’s no wonder that she looked for comfort in the arms of grown men. It’s the men that should be ashamed for taking advantage of her vulnerability and than leaving her high and dry when she lost that shiny brand newness.

So, the big question is; what makes Everett any different? And in all honesty, on a surface level, he’s not. But and it’s a big but, he cares about her. Look beyond that deviant taboo exterior and see these two people almost so bent they’re broken, fall in love.

Well! I’ll never look at a whistle the same way again. 🙈

Now I know I’m a pervert because I love nothing better than the fact that he took her home to meet his mom and than did the kinkiest shit in his childhood bedroom.

That’s the end? Are we serious? Kristi we need to have a serious discussion because you can’t just throw that shit at me and then abruptly end the story. I don’t even know what to do with myself.

This is the eighth story of K. Webster's Taboo Treats, all the stories are standalone and can be read in any order, or so they say, but I can't agree to that, or that they are standalone.

Although I don't agree with the order, the first should be Bad Bad Bad and this one the second, the third Ex-Rated Attraction, the fourth Preach, for what I read so far.
And why? In this one, Everett's mother mention Mandy, the sheriff's wife.
Also, it's in this one we got the all story about Sean Polk, how things happen with Olivia and Lacy.
River is an 18 years girl that comes from Chicago to the school and there she meet Everett Long, 37 years old, the school coach.
The chemistry between them is instantaneous.
But they have to control it because Everett can be fired.


I really like this book, like I've said, we got a lot of questions answered.
It's hot, the age-gap in here it's only 19 years, funny.

Another quick, sexy, Taboo Treat from K. Webster! I’m enjoying these short stories... they are stand-alone...yet they include a bunch of characters that all live in the same town! They are friends and the thing that each couple share in common is the age difference between the woman and the man!

“Coach Long” is about the Coach and his student; River! These two have major chemistry right from the beginning! They also share the taste of kinky sex! I loved how creative they were at times and I don’t think I will ever look at a whistle the same way again!😂

MY THOUGHTS:
This is a quick taboo treat by K Webster. An easy naughty read sure to set your pants on fire! I found the smut a little over the top but still fun none the less. This is definitely not a book you take seriously it’s just a mischievous and playful story to enjoy.

River is cheeky and brazen which made for an entertaining character. Coach Long has a seriously dirty mouth and I think he needs detention himself!

DO I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK?
I would only recommend this to taboo lovers who want a quick hot and naughty read. If big age gaps are an issue for you then this is not a book for you.

I have been very eagerly and not so patiently awaiting the release of Coach Long. It is one of K Webster's taboo treats set in her taboo world with several other loosely interconnected books. I have devoured each and every one of them and this was no different.

I loved this book. It had me entranced from the very beginning. I was totally in love with the main female character from the first description we got of her-
o Her name is River Banks
o She has dark hair with pink and purple in it
o She was wearing dark eyeliner with glittery pink shadow
o Her shirt had a beaver on it with the words, "Dam the Man"
o She had rainbow bright socks
o The author likened her to Punky Brewster
That is my kind of character! How could I not love her right away? The main male character is Coach Everett Long. He is a 37 year old math teacher and track coach. He is over 6 feet tall and has a great body complete with abs. I was totally digging him right away too!

Coach Long is an age-gap, teacher / student, contemporary, taboo romance. And before anyone gets their panties in a bunch, River is already 18 years old and totally legal at the start of this book. I know that kind of thing is important to some folks. I'm just happy with a well written book, no matter the age or legality of it. But I digress. To each their own.

Anyway, River and Coach Long are attracted to each other right away and hit it off pretty quickly. Of course, he is her teacher and her coach so this is a big no-no.

Overall, I loved this book. I loved the characters and I also loved that we got to see other characters from some of the other taboo treats that the author has written. I'm so glad that this book is finally out and that I read it.

Although these are all standalone books that can be read in any order, Coach Long takes place just before Ex-rated Attraction. I recommend reading them in order but I prefer everything to follow relative timelines.

I highly recommend all of the taboo treats to those who love taboo.

There are laws against incest and sex before the age of consent, and policies against student/teacher relationships and other "taboos," not because the biddies want to suck the joy out of your reading, dears, but because these situations are TRAUMATIC and HARMFUL and ABUSIVE. In fact, I'm all for calling these books - which are also not romances, because how can there be a happy ever after for a grown adult who knowingly exploits teenagers under his/her authority? - "power abuse erotica." Not so giggly a term, now, is it?)

I'm legit furious, thinking of the 18 year old women in my life, and picturing them in this situation, packaged as light entertainment for an afternoon stroke session. Or even those women reading this and thinking it is, in any way, a fun fantasy. It isn't. There is nothing fun about romanticizing the sexual exploitation and abuse of high schoolers by older adults in a position of power. And to have this be sold in a short novella with a HEA, so there's no room for any emotional consequences?! WTF?!

K. Webster can sell her cynical, money-grab, shittily written power abuse eroticas on her website all she wants. And readers are welcome to buy from her. If this is your bag, that's between you and your brain. But an arm of a Big 5 publisher peddling this? As "sassy?"

Same as the others. They are starting to blend together but I still enjoy them inbetween longer, heavier reads. I am getting really tired of the books being out of order though. I have no interest in backtracking trying to remember who is who and who knew who when.

I always know what I'm getting when I go into a K. Webster novella and this was my favorite I think so far. Not only do we have an age gap (surprise! Oh, wait, they all are age gap) but we have coach/student. I've always loved the trope between a student and teacher, principal, coach...whatever. So, win!

But it’s not a 5 star for me cause I kept getting turned off by the constant references to the H past.

H-was a manwhore but not anymore he was engaged 3 months prior but found out she was cheating on him and they broke up. He’s still salty but not in love w her.
The ex fiance isn’t really a thing after it’s talked about in the beginning.

h- she had older men take advantage of her before. She thought it was love but we know better…she is very sexual and has issues. Recently she was with her dad’s boss who was in his 50s and married. And they had to move.

H -there are a lot of references to the H past whore days and some of his kinks he has obviously explored with lots of OW. This bothered me since I didn’t feel like we needed constant references to his past.
Like EXAMPLE- he kept duct tape under his CHILDHOOD bed, to which he has had MANY MANY woman in And used the tape with. And then he pulls it out to use on the h. I don’t like that.

The only thing new for him was no condom he had always used condoms before.

Another story in the taboo world conjured up by K. Webster. A short story packed with hot steamy sex and a splash of kink thrown in for good measure. Albeit short the author manages to make the story work, of course the main characters want to jump each other at first glimpse, and we don’t have to wait to long for them to get down to business. I enjoy these short interludes and the fact that the characters are all linked in a way but their stories can all be read as standalone.

Zero basis in reality. He calls her a stripper/emo in front of other students, mocks her, stares at her boobs, pulls down her shorts to give her a "massage", they shower together at school, he takes her to his house and they watch a movie in his bed. She blurts out that she has a history of hooking up with much older guys so he ends things, yet never thought to ask her how old she was before hooking up. He's 37 and she's 18. There is also drama with the guidance counselor molesting students, including River, that felt like it was included as a way to get them back together. The whole thing was just absurd. The steam read as awkward and weird. I love a good smutty book but when it's OTT and completely unrealistic, it becomes difficult to enjoy the story.

This is actually a re-read for me. It's just the first time that I'm rating and reviewing. I forgot how completely freaking hot this book is. You'll need to fan yourself off after reading this.

Student/teacher is my all time favorite trope and this one does not disappoint. It's absolutely a K Webster book with how filthy it is and I love it. If you haven't read this then you should. If you haven't read this and you love age gaps and student/teacher tropes then it's a crime.
