Tips, suggestions, and ideas for those beginning a new women's ministry or simply leading in an existing ministry. I appreciated the wealth and variety of ideas, including tips for implementation.

Above all, bathe your ministry in prayer! Very helpful resource.

This book is really good. Really useful if you are just considering or perhaps just wondering if you should start some sort of ministry for women. You can skip around and read the chapters that most pertain to you. Setting a budget is very different from dealing with conflict within a group, for example, but both useful at different stages of the game.

Indispensible for laity or pastors who are considering starting a women's ministry. Probably very helpful for those leading small groups. Good reference for the church...but only if someone actually reads it, lol.
