Slim volume packed with terrific advice on how to maintain a healthy weight while enjoying wine and great food. Narby has culled information from expert sources, which she combines with practical advice and personal insight. She's lived in France for decades and has adopted many of the habits of French women, famous for maintaining their figures despite a rich cuisine. But she's also big on yoga and explores yoga poses for a 'mind and body detox.' She knows what she's talking about: she organizes Yoga and Wine retreats in Bordeaux.

It's written in a frank, engaging style -- as if you were enjoying a glass of wine with a good friend, who looks fabulous at middle-age, and you've just asked, 'How do you do it?'
