basic book on how to buy/ sell realestate and how to find a good agent no so much about what to look for but a guide on mistakes to avoid during the actual buying / selling process. Good tips were that the agent you use to buy doesn’t have to be the agent the manages the property as it might not be there expertise. Also small errors can cause 1000s in losses

Does what it says: list of considerations when doing a real estate transaction, as a seller, buyer, and a landlord. It doesn't tell you how to invest; rather, it tells you what to look out for when hiring an agent to do a particular transaction. Overall, a great read.

Jam packed with lots of helpful tips and practical advice. Definitely something that is well worth a read, regardless if you're currently buying/selling property or just preparing for the future!!
