USA Today Bestselling Author Brynne Asher. Writer of romance. Lover of caffeine and cocktails.
Brynne lives in the Midwest with her husband, three children, and her perfect dog. When she isn't creating pretend people and drama, she's running her kids around and doing laundry. Brynne thrives on skincare and online shopping while being fabulous in her favorite ratty pajamas.
Until Avery by Brynne Asher is both part of the Happily Ever Alpha World and also book four in her Carpino series. I’ve been on a quest to read the books in the Happily Ever Alpha World and this was next. It was the perfect mix of sweet, sexy and suspenseful.
Avery Carpino is twenty years old and is a junior in college in Nashville. She’s studying child development but her true love lies in writing music. Which is what brought her to the club, The Knot, that night and found her staring into the bluest eyes she’s ever seen. It’s the night that changed her life.
Link Forester is twenty eight years old and owns the night club, The Knot. He just happened to be working the door that night when Avery showed up. After that night, she was all Link could think about. How would he ever find her again? Then fate helped out and brought them together again. This time, Link wouldn’t let her get away.
“This man made of muscle, tattoos, and all things rough around the edges, could ruin me in a way I’d beg for more.”
Just when it seemed that happiness had found them, something from the life Link left behind in Vegas follows him to Nashville and threatens the one thing that has become the most important thing of all to him, Avery.
I loved these two together. Link is my favorite kind of hero, all tatted up and tough but really, he’s all soft and squishy for the woman he loves. It’s silly but I don’t think the author ever used the word Boom in this. I can’t help it but I look forward to that in every one of these books, where they finally realize that they just experienced “the boom!” But whether it was said out loud or not, Link definitely felt it. Because he knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was it for him.
Until Avery is Brynne Asher's novella crossing her Carpino series with Aurora Rose Reynold's Until series. This might be a short novella but it is packed full of intrigue and heat that will have you captivated the entire time you're reading. Avery and Link amazing together and their connection was super evident from that first meeting on.
I'm not a huge novella lover but this is one that I ended up loving. There was no moment that felt rushed and the author still manages to keep a lot of things happening to keep it interesting without just glancing over details. It's a novella that I would recommend to everyone, even if you haven't read either of the crossover series you could definitely read this one as a standalone.

Oh my gosh!!! I absolutely loved this book!!! Loved it!!!
When Avery attempts to sneak into a club with a fake ID her nerves are all over the place. When her attempt is thwarted by a big burly bouncer with incredible blue eyes, she’s not thinking about her nerves anymore. Too bad the handsome brute is keeping her from the most important moment of her life. It’s imperative that she get into that club.
Later, when Link spies the girl who tried to get past him while he bounced the door, he’s furious. He’s worked hard to get his business up and running and to risk it with under aged customers is not acceptable. Someone’s getting fired but not before he confronts the beautiful woman who managed to flirt her way past his bouncer and into his club.
This was such a fun flirty read! I loved every single thing about it! Avery is by far one of my most favorite heroines ever. I usually don’t put a lot of weight on the female character because for me it’s all about the hero. But Avery was just so perfect with her quirky ways and her charming introspections. I adored how her thought processes worked. She was just so dang cute! And not in a syrupy doormat way either.
And while Avery won first place for favorite heroine, Link stole my heart with his complete and utter dedication to Avery. From the moment he laid eyes on her he was taken and he never once thought to fight against it. Despite the threat of retribution from the Mayson clan, he set out to claim Avery and keep her as his own. I loved that he took his time to physically make her his. And when he did take that step, it meant something. Swoon! We all need a Link in our lives.
This is a novella but had the feel of a longer book due to the character development and a strong storyline. I still would’ve loved more of this couple because they were so enjoyable to read about. The banter between them was perfect and the humor sprinkled liberally throughout the story added to my overall enjoyment. With a couple of time jumps into the future for the epilogue and an amazing HEA, this one will definitely be going onto my reread shelf!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Dual POV Safe – no ow/om drama…at all No apparent triggers
First, let me say that book cover is beautiful and appropriate for the story of the book. The music notes in the fire was a brilliant symbol for this couple. I'm sad that you can only buy the ebooks for Kindle World books because I want this paperback badly!
My first thoughts after finishing this book was swoon worthy! Link was absolutely swoon worthy! He called Avery little one and I melted every. single. time. (insert dreamy sigh here) Link was the perfect blend of a tatted bad boy and a true gentleman. His treatment of Avery is why I say swoon worthy. I'm actually very jealous of a fictional woman right now.
Avery was awesome! I'll be the first to admit that I'm pretty hard own heroines in a book. One of the reasons I am such a big fan of Brynne Asher is the way she writes her heroines. I respect them because they have respect for themselves. They are fun and quirky and make me smile when I read them bantering with their men. Avery is every bit of a Brynne Asher heroine.
This is one of those books that I will want to re-read over and over. It's the perfect length. Not that I wouldn't beg for more of this couple but the story flowed so nicely from the time they met to to the epilogue. I can't imagine that it's easy to make a novella not feel rushed, so kudos to Brynne Asher.
On top of having such a great couple we have an exciting storyline with a bit of suspense. When danger directs its way towards Avery, Link turned into protective Alpha in a blink of an eye. To see the way he protects her will have a lot of readers falling at his feet.
This is my first read of the Until Kindle World series and based off of Until Avery, I'm so excited to see where the other authors will take us in the series. ARC provided by author.
When I heard that Aurora Rose Reynolds was doing a Kindle World, I was ecstatic. I love all things Mayson and to find out that some of my favorite authors were on board I couldn't wait. I was not going to miss Brynne Asher's contribution for anything in the world. Known to bring us amazing heroes, I couldn't wait to see what she came up with for Link and Avery, and I was not disappointed.
HERO~ Link Forester- amazing hero. A life long friend of the Mayson boys, he was like a brother to them. He was especially close with Nico (my all time favorite book boyfriend). After leaving town to get away from his family, the crazy life of Vegas finally wore him down, and he returned to Tennessee. Right back into the Mayson fold. He was strong, dependable, sexy and protective. While he may not be a Mayson by blood, he sure felt the #boom when he saw Avery- who he affectionately referred to as "little one".
HEROINE~ Avery Carpino was a fantastic heroine. She was sweet, caring and a highly likable (I don't say that often). She came from a very large, boisterous family, so she fit right in with the Mayson clan. She was young, but not childish. She didn't play games by pushing Link away a lot when they first met. She went with her heart.
SEXUAL HISTORY~Neither were virgins and their sexual past was not a topic (thankfully) Link was NOT a manwhore and I don't suspect she had been with many.
OM/OM DRAMA ~ None - *insert big cheesy grin here**
STEAM There was steam, just not a large amount. I felt it was perfect for the story length.
SAFETY Safe- neither were with others after they met.
VIOLENCE Not a lot of violence at all however there was an instance
Woohoo!!! Straight to the #BOOM Billboard! Or should I say Grammy worthy brilliance?!
What's better that a novella with some of your favorite characters of a Aurora Rose Reynolds' Until World?! A CROSSOVER of TWO of your ALL TIME favorite series, Brynne Asher's Carpino with ARR's Until, that's what! Only Ms. Asher could convey so much emotion, character and storyline development in a novella that makes us feel a full range of feelings as normally only a full length novel allows. So major kudos to her for giving us the full emotion-packed experience in Until Avery!
It would be like winning the lottery for the person who got the chance to gaze into those eyes daily.
What I do know is, the girl settles into my soul just like the music.
Avery Carpino thought she knew how important that night that she faked her way into that club, she just didn't know exactly how life altering it would be... Link, a childhood friend, more like a honorary Mayson and recurring character in ARR's books, is now back to Tennessee, paving his way as a successful club owner. He never expected Avery to force her way into his club, and simultaneously cause an unparalleled impact into his life.
She must have some witchery, spellbound pull on me because for the second time in a crowd, I see nothing but her.
You were doing everything you could to blend in even though—with all that is you—you couldn’t blend in if you tried.
Avery is such an amazing character and so very realistically written, that I couldn't help but feel for her, and her personal battle, to do what she most loved in life, song write. Link, being well familiarized with the Mayson's BOOM, knew very well that the powerful connection he felt instantly for Avery was a once in a lifetime event, so he needed to captivate her just as much as she had him. Which was no hard task, the double sided chemistry was off the charts and undeniable!
It’s now I realize this man made of muscle, tattoos, and all things rough around the edges, could ruin me in a way I’d beg for more.
“Your SAT scores and GPA don’t take into account lyrics and notes that, when put together, can change lives.”
And so we embark in these two's romance tale. Link proves to be just as extraordinary character as Avery, and together they couldn't have been more perfect. I loved seeing them pass from instant attraction to love, all the emotional charged moments, scorching hot built up and insanely steamy scenes, just made us fall in love right along with them and melt us in a puddle with Link's naughty mouth and loving heart!
“Damn, my name on your lips as I claim your pussy? That might be your sweetest song yet, baby.”
“Every inch of you, baby,” he reiterates, giving me a squeeze. “This is just the beginning.” The beginning? Holy hotness and tattoos.
Link, just like the rest of the Mayson, was the whole package, and what I loved the most was how he unconditionally supported and cheered for Avery, and all he asked in return was to be loved with the depth he love her. Utterly swoon-worthy!
Never have I begged for anything in my life, but I’m finding when it comes to her, there’s no level in which I won’t stoop.
Until Avery truly was a brilliant novella, and fit to perfection with not only this Happily Ever Alpha World, but with the original Until series, and the Carpinos'! Perfect Trifecta! Brynne Asher made us go through ALL the feels in this book, from light-hearted banter to emotional heavy moments, suspense events to full on steamy scenes! UA had EVERYTHING, and was without a doubt one of the richest novellas I had the pleasure of reading! I won't soon forget all that was Until Avery! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
Because from the moment Link held me while my song was being performed for the first time, I felt complete. Whole.
I don’t know how they couldn’t. Link’s love for me is as blinding as the fire that burned his club all those years ago. One would have to be comatose not to see it.

Generally, I don’t like novella’s that much. They’re too short, don’t get deep enough and I feel like we’re only getting half of the story. I guess my problem was I hadn’t experienced a Brynne Asher novella. Somehow, this author has packed all the goodness she usually creates in a full story, into a little package. We get the meet and greet, grit and snit, sigh and snigger, Oh and Ah…with a happy ever after, that I have come to adore in her reads.
Until Avery was a fantastic little treat that left me completely satisfied. We meet Avery (of course) who’s a beloved Carpino. She’s living an independent life away from her family, trying to achieve her dream. One step closer to her dream, Avery comes face to face with her destiny, only to have him reject her at their first meeting. Oh, things change and Link (yes, that’s his name) gets an opportunity to help her forget his first rejection.
The love story for Avery and Link may have been quick off the mark but it was something that was easy to see and believe. Their attraction to each other jumped off the pages and their connection wasn't just physical. It was probably a little silly for the two of them to leapfrog over dating and head straight to forever, but young love, whatcha going to do???
I wasn’t sure how this Kindle World (??? I think that’s what it’s called), Until thingamajiggy would work. But, if this is an example of what to expect, there’s a pretty good chance that I will be reading every single one of the kindle world/until thingamajiggys.
I’m sorry this review was kind of vague and a bit of a mess, but, unfortunately, I have a cold and my brain power is depleted. Even with my nose running, squinting at my device because my eyes were itchy and listing to the side because I wanted to nod off, I just couldn’t stop reading. It was bloody good. We get to see friends again and meet new ones as well. I know all of the Carpinos but I only know a few of the Mayson’s, and it was great to catch up with them all.
This is the kind of story that can have your heart pumping for numerous reasons. The highs and lows as well as the tos and fros, make Until Avery a great little treat. I highly recommend.

Original review. I really enjoyed this novella it’s a Mayson’s spin off series. This features Avery Carpino and Link Forester.
Avery is a good girl who follows the rules but she has a good reason for trying to sneak into The Knot. So fake ID firmly in hand she queues outside waiting her turn. Unfortunately for her Avery doesn’t just get a bouncer she gets Link the owner. And there’s no way Link is letting her in with what is obviously not her ID.
The attraction is there between them but it’s not the Mayson boom. Link lets her walk away but luckily their paths cross again.
#1: I hate that it was too short. I normally love novellas because there are days on end when I don't have the time to read an entire novel but I need my fix (you all know what I mean). But man, I hate how this was short. I wanted more. More Linc. More Avery. More Linc and Avery.
#2: I hate it because there were cameos of Carpinos - namely, Gabby, Leigh, and Paige. I really hated that they showed up because now I have to find the time to reread the series when I have a TBR that's longer than a mile and I have work piled up on my desk.
#3: I hate it because I also saw glimpses of Sophie and Nico as well as Asher and November. Which means I ALSO have to find time to reread the Until series (or at the very least, those two books) when I already have to reread the Carpino series and do all that jazz I mentioned in number 2.
#4: I hate it because I just know that I'm going to be putting myself through another book slump. It's really rare for me these days to find something as good as this book.
#5: I hate it because I'm itching to read the other BOOM books that came out and dreading it at the same time. What if they're just as good? What if they're not? And when do I have the time to read them all?!
#6: I hate it because I now have to wait quite a bit before there's another Brynne Asher book getting released. And it was too short, did I mention that?
#7: I hate it because now I'm writing this review instead of writing all the stuff I need for work. I'm already a week behind and this book definitely ain't helping me catch up.
Ok, to be fair, I didn't really reach number 10. And that's partially because number 7 just reminded me of what I really must be doing at this time (heh). But I really feel that the fact that the story just left me craving for more should already occupy 4 spots on my list which means I did reach 10 (in my mind, at least). So, Brynne, if you're reading this review? You gotta give me more on the next one, ok? Because I'm a picky reader and you're one of the few who've never disappointed me. To everyone else who's reading this review to find out if they'll love the story, trust me. You'll hate it as much as I do for exactly the same reasons.
Oh my gosh I absolutely LOVED this story!! Couldn't turn the pages quickly enough. Brynne captured the feel of the Until series of books perfectly but it still had her Carpino family feel. I absolutely ADORED Link. Yum! He was just the right amount of alpha. And Avery was a Brynne Asher female character - strong, funny and exact right amount of sweet. Gah! Bummed it's over - a novella of these two was not enough ❤️❤️
short, but you get to experience what a full length novel from BA could potentially offer cause this novella still had the makings of BAs usual composition. i simply wasnt particularly captivated by Link & Avery, and their story wasnt anything i havent read - which isnt necessarily a bad thing. just not my cup of tea.
also, i read romance partly for the HEA. but the way Link & Avery went from dating to being a nuclear family in what seem like the blink of an eye AND how their priorities (mostly Averys and her big dreams) were easily shifted or readjusted ... were just iNcReDuLoUs. makes me wonder, what am i doing with my life?
Absolute amazeballs. Did I have a goofy smile at the end of this book? Hell yeah. Is that normal? Eff NO. I. Am. One. Happy. Bunny.
The Characters.
Avery Carpino the responsible one, the one to have never broken a rule but is about to break every rule in the book. But screw the consequences. Studying in Nashville child development she is secretly there to become a songwriter. A friend of a friend did her a favour that one of her songs is being played. She just has to get into The Knot. She’s not quite 21 though. With a fake ID and batting her eye lashes shouldn’t be a problem right? Wrong.
“Sweetheart, [….] But it’s your eyes - they’re not hazel. They’re the perfect shade of dark, melted chocolate, so deep and dusky, I can almost see into your lying, underaged soul.”
And she is bounced.
I love Avery she is strong, she follows her dreams when she does something she goes all out. When she loves, she loves deeply. She loves her family and her second huge arse family the Maysons. Avery is calm and collective. She is the kind of gal you want to have your back.
Link Forrester left Vegas cause he needed a change of scenery and well there was that slight thing with the club where he used to work. Now he owns the The Knot in Nashville. The downside of being back home? His parents. But he has the Maysons. After bouncing a beauty she still manages to sneak into the club. He is intrigued by her skin, her thick hair and that she thinks she can blend into the background.
Link is everything I want in a Hero. He may be an honorary Mayson but even the honorary members get their BOOM. HE is an alpha through and through. He is overprotective goes for what he wants and has always done is own thing. I adore him.
The Chemistry.
The hotness and sweetness of these two is off the charts. Not only did they share that moment when she got bounced *lol* but also when they listened to her song together. Till she left and he thought that he would never see her again. But when they do meet again he goes all caveman. Sigh. The best.
The Writing & Plot.
Ms. Asher decided to go back to the Carpinos and add in the Maysons and you have a winner. And I’m not taking about the younger generation of the Maysons. Nope. Old school Maysons, peeps! My favourite.
Ms. Brynne delivered a solid plot with some angst, steaminess, great suspense. No man whore and no other woman drama. What I always want need in a book. Her writing as always is flawless and flowed well. By adding sugar and spice at different intervals making it one adorable, sensual, sexy and enticing read.
Two things that had really stuck out.
1. Only a Mum really knows how to guilt trip like no other. It was like talking to my mum and I’m 37.
2. The epilogue and the extended epilogue are the cherry on the sundae.
The Verdict.
Suffice to say that I love this book, I adore this book. For me BA can take on all of the Untils and totally kick arse.
It is always hard for an author to write a novella that can be spot on with the story, chemistry, characters and writing. This has been achieved and the Ms. Asher sure does know what she is doing. I see this as a reread in my future and it nearly is equal to the awesomeness that is Athica Lane but not quite. Not quite. Still my all-time favourite.
Loved, loved, loved it! I absolutely adored this story! I cannot say more and others have written real reviews. But I can't see anyone not loving this is if you love instant anything. With a badass alpha head over heals for a sweet heroine. Totally awesome read. THANK YOU for the epilogue!
Not too bad. I love a possessive alpha, but it was a bit boring at times. I know it is a novella, but they got together just a bit too fast for me too. Still cute though.
Avery Carpino is twenty years old and is a junior in college/uni in Nashville. She’s studying child development but her true love lies in writing music.
Link Forester is twenty-eight years old and owns the nightclub, The Knot and finds himself drawn to Avery.
RELECTURE : qu'est-ce que j'ai adoré mais c'est trop court ><
RE-READ : I SO loved it, but it's too short ><
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A Carpino / Mayson story ??? A funny sassy talented and very endearing heroine ?? A sexy possessive alpha and crazy in love hero ?? A super sexy / romantic scene in his bar ?? A police plot with twists ?? = a book that I devoured and loved (but too short ><)
I was excited to hear that there would be a Kindle Worlds with Aurora Rose Reynolds's Until series. This is the first one I've read so far and I picked it because I remember Link from ARR's book. I loved the story and I especially liked it because I also like Brynne Asher's Carpino series so I think it is the best of both worlds. I was just a little sad that the story was so short.
Also, there are a few things about the story that bugged me a little since I'm such a fan of both authors and I needed to clarify a few things: 1) Link actually doesn't appear in ARR's Until series, but from Assumption which was the first book in the Underground Kings series. 2) Link is not a friend of Nico, but a friend of Kenton Mayson, Nico and Asher's cousin 3) Unless he changed jobs, Link worked as a bouncer for a guy named Sid who was pretty decent and did own a strip club, but I don't think any of those girls were prostitutes. 4) I believe that by the time Nico and Sophie had their kids Nico already worked for the police and was no longer a bounty hunter working for Kenton
Aside from these inconsistencies the story was still very enjoyable and I can't wait to read more from other authors and how their stories will fit in to the Until universe.
My goodness everything I've picked up in the last week has been very lackluster. Nothing original in this, save your money and move along.
Over the top, feminine, TSTL heroine with an over the top, testosterone fueled hero. Also matched with bi-polar actions so one page has "I never want to see you again!" to the next page with "I never wanna be apart from you."
Books like this make me think "romance on steroids" or maybe "romance on viagra" rather.
Until Avery is an amazing addition to Auroras Until series. I am still in awe of this story and the way Brynne brings Links story to life.
Link is an original character from ARR and I have wanted his story for a while. When I found out Brynne was writing it... And combining it with one of her characters.... I just knew it was going to be amazing. And I will say ... It was way more than amazing.
If you love hot alpha men and strong female leads then you need to read this story. It is perfect for HEA Kinlde World Boom.
A bit sentimental and unrealistic but it was sweet. A novella necessarily telescopes relationship- and character- building, so I’ll roll with it.
On a re-read (March 2020, Coronavirus etc) I picked up on this: Tennessee is apparently an “Employment at Will” state. WTAF? So I can fire an employee without a reason and with no notice, if I feel like it? (Maybe because the woman wouldn’t sleep with me?) Is this America? Combine it with Open Carry and an irrational mistrust of their elected government and you have the freaking Wild West. Just wow.
I like that hero is possessive in a non-toxic way. Although he doesn’t like other men looking at heroine, he respects whatever she feels comfortable wearing.
Safety gang : Safe. No virgins. H is not a whore. A bit drama but was resolved quickly. HEA. Cute epilogue.
As always, I love the writing style. It's just I felt that things moved too quickly even for a novella. And I didn't connect with the MCs nor feel the chemistry between them. But who knows? It could be just me. 🤷♀️ Still, it wasn't awful; I just wasn't invested in it.
I’ll admit novellas aren’t typically my first choice in reads but when I saw that Aurora had collaborated with some of her favorite authors to create the Happily Ever Alpha Kindle World — I knew I had to give those novellas a chance. And boy did Brynne deliver on this one! I honestly didn’t even feel like this was a novella because of the connection Brynne creates between Link and Avery.
Would I have loved a longer book? Of course I would but that’s the case for any book no matter the length when you forge a deep connection with the characters. How Brynne was able to achieve that in a little over 100 pages...I’m not sure, but mind blown! Oh and the additional 3 years later epilogue was just the icing on the cake. By far my favorite novella yet!
This story, this damn story, I can’t get it out of my head. It’s 5 days later and scenes just keep playing over and over. I think I’m going to have to do a reread to satisfy my cravings.
When Aurora Rose Reynolds announced she was going to be doing a Kindle World Series based in the Until Series universe, I expected 16 great stories that I would like. What I didn’t expect was stories like this one, from a new to me Author, that blew me away. I loved this novella, I loved every single thing about it from page 1, in a way I know, I will now be stalking this author and downloading every word she has written and rereading this over and over again.
This is Lincoln (Link) Forester and Avery Carpino’s HEA.
If, like me, you are an über ARR fan and have read every word she’s written, you will remember Link from Assumption, he was the bouncer at the strip club Autumn worked at in Vegas, who helped her and sent her to Kenton for safety. Unfortunately, I haven’t read any of Brynne Asher’s other books, so I’m not sure where Avery fits in to the picture, but you don’t need to know that to enjoy this story.
Link decided he’d had enough of Vegas and moved back to Tennessee to be closer to people like the Mayson’s, a family who were closer to him than his own, and to open his own club which plays live music every night. Avery is in Tennessee at University, studying for a degree in Early Childhood Development, but she has a secret, she didn’t come to Tennessee to get her degree, she came for another reason, one that leads her to Links club, and into the arms of the man himself.
I loved the relationship between Link and Avery, and although there was an element of instalove, the progression of the relationship felt natural. I was totally hooked on this story from page 1, it was great to catch up with some of our favourite Mayson’s and it was beyond amazing to get to know Link a bit more.
I can’t recommend this sweet, action packed novella, more. It blew me away and days later, I’m still in a book funk from it. 5+ stars.
Aurora Rose Reynolds is one of my favorite authors, with her Until series being my favorite series. I was ecstatic to learn about the Happily Ever Alpha Kindle World, based on said series. Sadly, I am unfamiliar with all the authors contributing to this KW. As I explored this KW and it's upcoming releases I worried that these books wouldn't fit well with the Until series. Until Avery proved me wrong!
This book was amazing! I can't believe I have never read a book by Brynne Asher before. I was hooked from the very first page. I fell in love with each character and their story. Link was a loveable alpha male. I'm pretty sure I had my own boom moment during their first encounter! Avery is young, yet mature, and the perfect match for Link.
I so enjoyed this story and truly appreciate the opportunity to read it early! I am looking forward to the rest of the HEA books and to reading more from Brynne Asher.
I cannot say enough words to recommend this story. It's the perfect blend of Brynne Asher's Carpino Series and Aurora Rose Reynolds's Until Series. It has everything and all the feels: action, suspense, humor, love, romance. It's shorter than Ms. Asher's usual novels—this one is a novella—but that doesn't detract from the experience of reading her words.
I highly enjoyed seeing both families make appearances. I loved Avery's family's reaction because it was so real. I loved the chemistry and dedication between both main characters. And, I LOVED how much Link believed and supported Avery.
This is the story of Avery (from the Carpino Series by Brynne Asher) and Link, who's Nico's closest friend (from Until Nico by Aurora Rose Reynolds). These two meet in the most unorthodox way... Avery, with a fake ID, trying to enter Link's club, which after bypassing the bouncer, gets caught, on what I bet she didn't in a million years imagine, the love of her life, her BOOM <3
She's captivated by him yet at the same time pissed off at him because he was about to ruin what to her is going to be the most important moment of her entire life (read this story when it goes live, to find out what the reason of Avery's urgency to enter a over 21 club... I'll give you a hint; the reason is beautiful and when Link finds out what that reason is I think, it's one of the many reasons he started to fall hard for her <3).
Link definitely wants no trouble in his club for having allowed technically an under-age girl (Avery is 20 years old but to enter the club, you have to be 21 and over) but fate has different plans for him... read this to see how the story continues ;)
Link is hesitant at first of how he feels for Avery because she's way younger than him but it seems that the age gap doesn't matter when your heart claims its soul-mate and life partner <3
I loved this story :) These two have a lot of chemistry. Avery was not a doormat at all. She was a strong, independent young woman but at the same time she flourished being under Link's presence ;)
His support, his love, his determination and dedication into showing her what she truly meant to him... and before she knew it, her heart was caught <3
There's a lot of things that happen in the story that'll make you laugh, flush with the sudden heat surrounding you, want to punch a few walls, shout in frustration or in victory, cry and laugh some more with a few aww's in there but you definitely won't regret reading this :)
This also had the presence of the Mayson clan (hint, hint... while the kids are still little), which I loved ;) They were very protective of Avery (read this when it goes live to find out why) and Link was multiple times threatened by our favorite Mayson alpha brothers', especially Nico; that if he dared to hurt Avery's feelings... well, you can imagine, lol. Yet, nothing stopped Link from protecting, cherishing, claiming and loving his woman <3
I loved the epilogue <3 It was great seeing Link and Avery into the future; a few years ahead and still see them completely in love <3
Until Avery was done wonderfully by Brynne Asher :) and it's a great addition to Aurora Rose Reynolds's Happily Ever Alpha Kindle World, which releases on April 3rd, with a total of 16 new stories in which the characters will have some affiliation with the Until Series characters and/or other series, like the Underground Kings by Aurora Rose Reynolds. These stories were written by 16 incredible authors that were personally chosen by our very own, Aurora Rose Reynolds and she chose well :) <3
