For the past five years, Tricia has been a member of Hard Drive Performance Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, an affiliate of Roufusport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has experience in kickboxing and currently trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Even though she has never competed in an MMA cage, she’s witnessed and been a part of a fighter’s journey from fight camp to their walk to the cage. She also has competed in jiu jitsu.

I would suggest reading the books in order to get the best benefit from the story lines BUT this could be read as a standalone.
GAH! This series just gets better and better with each book and mating. This book I was super excited to read because old Sam has been hiding his love for….HENRY!! Yup Eve discovered it last book and Sam is none too thrilled that the junkie found out so yeah!!
Sam is sad that Henry isn’t his mate because no tattoo has shown up after a night with his lover. He knows when he meets his fated FEMALE he will lose this man forever. However, the fates were so kind to Sam because they give him exactly what he needs…Henry and Henry’s first love Delilah. When the trio happen, Sam is stunned. Now he must introduce his family to his mates. He knows the will love Dee but how will they accept his love for Henry???
This book deals with a lot of twists and turns…we deal with the new trio’s coming out. We get to learn more about the new MMA Promoters, the amulet the vampires want PLUS we find out that Henry isn’t all we think he is. #NotJustASexyLibrarian
So if you know me you know that Josiah has my blood pumping so to see him get mated in this book but know his story is the next book….I. CAN’T. WAIT!!! Plus she is a teacher….I am a teacher so yeah its totally me in the story. #ThanksTricia
Essentially, if you are a shifter girl and you want some over the top protect your mate alpha’s then my friends this is a series you need to read!!

This book is complete blissful madness! SAM!!!! I absolutely love his story. He is a big bad wolf with a super sweet side that no one really knows about….except for Henry!!! While hiding his true feelings from his family he is faced with a fight that he really has to get ready for. Leroy has brought on new partners for the promotions and they are all rubbing the Hallows the wrong way. In the meantime Sam continues to see Henry but is getting very frustrated as the fates won’t allow him to keep Henry forever as a mate. The tension is getting high because two of his other brothers have mated….now it is only a matter of time. But Dee comes into the picture and Boom! We have a trio of mates! Now to explain this to the family, lol! As the story unfolds we find that there is a lot more to Momma Hallow’s amulet and that there are others that are after it. Henry ends up having an evil magic in his blood that he and the brothers didn’t know about. There are more murders and they are getting closer and closer to home. Just when I didn’t think you could put another twist into the storyline the author does an amazing job of shoving one right in your face! This is truly an amazing series with LOTS of stuff going on so there is NEVER a dull moment. It’s an absolute page turner and I cannot wait to get into Josiah’s story next and find out about this magic that consumes Henry, and more about the amulet, and more about the vampires….what I am saying here is that there is so much more going on that going on to the next story right away is a must! I promise, you will love the Hallow brothers as much as I do!

I absolutely fell in love with Samuel. He is so conflicted between who he is and how he believes everyone thinks or expects him to be. Samuel knows who he wants his mate to be but it just does not seem like the fates agree.
Samuel is a big bad alpha MMA fighter that is keeping a big secret from his family. HE is afraid of how they will react or what they will think of him if they find out about Henry. Sam goes to see Henry and finds Henry's friend Delilah there. There is some major pull between Sam and Delilah be cannot control. Lets just say after the one night Sam, Henry and Delilah are together it all becomes clear why Sam and Henry were never mated. It's because Sam has two mates not one.
Sam has to train for his fight but with Henry and Delilah trying to come to grips with the whole matting/warewolf thing it makes it hard to concentrate. Now Sam and his brothers have a new set of problems when vampires come into town to steal Momma Hallow amulet.
The twist this book takes had me needing more reading more. We see how Sam handles coming out to his family and the families reactions. We have so much more going on with the vampires showing up and all the havoc they create all for an amulet. Oh we get a peak at Josiah and his new mate. Eeep I cannot wait! The fates are knocking these guys out one by one. I love it and so excited to meet each of their mates.

It’s Sam’s turn to find his forever mate, well he has been keeping a secret from his family he has already found the love of his life his boyfriend Henry he just thinks that the fates don’t want them to be together because the mating tattoo still hasn’t appeared yet on either of them. One day when Sam is heading to see Henry he gets a weird pull that is forcing him to go to Henry’s house is it finally going to happen. Well once he gets there the door opens to a beautiful auburn hair girl there in a nighty and he can’t help but he has to kiss her, and. Well that leads to more and then next thing he knows he can’t help but follow her upstairs and after a few minutes they hear something and Henry walks in on them and he joins the fun. The next morning the tattoo has shown up on Delilah and not only her but Henry too they all 3 have been mated together. Even more crazy shit happens with this family and not to mention that vampires are after them. You are definitely going to love this trio and their relationship as along as what the rest of the mated couples are up too.

I recommend reading this series in order. There is a lot going on, and all of the previous characters play a big part in this book. Poor Sam, he is so in love with Henry, but is afraid his family won't accept their relationship. Sam goes to visit his boyfriend, and finds Delilah instead. This leads to all kinds of problems, in all their personal and professional lives. Unfortunately, trouble from book 2 draws the attention of some vampires and now they're in town causing all kinds of trouble. Sam, Dee, and Henry share each other equally, so there is M/M and M/F, and M/F/M moments going on here. There is explicit adult content.

This series is really heating up! Although Heavyweight could be enjoyed by itself, a better understanding of plot continuation is reached by knowing the previous stores and WOW, not only is the romance elevates, so is the story line. So much is revealed about the Hallows!
The pressure and unknown of who and when you might meet your forever mate is extreme for Samuel. He's already in love, a love that he has hidden from his family and his name is Henry. So................ NO Spoilers.... But an emotional battle ensues that will have you addicted.
