Cowboy's Princess

When I needed someone to help me make this ranch successful, I wasn't expecting an auburn-haired Princess with ridiculously high heels.
And I definitely wasn't expecting to fall for her just like she stumbled into my arms. Fast and hard.

This is the third book I read from the author, Gigi Thorne and I like the writing skills in these stories. There's always passionate and steamy scenes, a little bit of angst into it as well. There's also two adult main characters, who can be the alpha male, possessive and protective and is all about "MINE!" and the sweet, genuine young lady who knows what she wants and wants to independent and is determined to make her way on the world. This is the case here, with Rhett and Aubrey, both polar opposites, but they were like magnates, they couldn't be apart, no matter how hard they tried because they would always find a way to be together and at the end, after all of the obstacles, mainly because of their own stubbornness, they did get their happy ending together and I'm glad they did because they had awesome chemistry and an instant connection that you don't see every day in real life, only in books, unfortunately for us humans but great for fictional characters that we love to read about :)

This is a wonderful treat you can enjoy while relaxing for a few hours. Aubrey is a full fledged city girl and then there’s Rhett, a man that is a lover of nature and is proud to be called a Cowboy. After taking over his parents ranch he is looking for help to bring business back to the way it used to be and thankfully his brother knows just the woman to help. When Aubrey first comes to the ranch to work her designer magic she’s nowhere near prepared for what’s waiting for her. We’re given a sweet, sexy romance that I’ll hold your interest from the beginning until the very last sentence. I loved seeing Aubrey push past her comfort zone and experience so many things that Rhett wanted to show her. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this group of authors. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

This is a sweet and sexy read. I enjoyed the characters and the intensity of how they interacted with each other. Even though this is a shorter story, you get a great read out of it. You can feel the heat and love coming through. Really enjoyed it.

5/5 - I would read this again! Great short story by the Gigi Thorne group of writers.

So good. Perfect, cute love story. HEA. Everything was done right.

Super easy read.

Might want to check editing for spelling or pronoun correction but it didn’t bother me.

Heat: it’s more feels love making than descriptive full on smut. It worked for the story, truly.

Rhett and Aubrey are OTP.

Whew - Rhett & Aubrey! What a couple. They were meant to be. Gigi Thorne [in this case Abby Gale] has a way with words that drew me into this instant love story between Rhett and Aubrey. He's a cowboy and she's from the big city and she is everything he knows he needs and more! This story flows beautifully and I was swept away by their love. I know it's a short story but it was fun to read, the characters were believable and had me turning page after page. Abby is a new author to me and I will be looking for more of her stories to read! I am looking forward to reading more stories b y Gigi Thorne too! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Cowboy's Princess by Gigi Thorne Cowboy's Princess By: Gigi Thorne & Abby Gale
Welcome Home Baby...
She's doing his brother a favor, because she owes him, by coming out to his Ranch to design its makeover & hopefully save it...
She's never been outside New York before... EVER!!! H€LL, She's never even stepped foot into a PARK...
What was she thinking; D@mn it! She even brought ALL working clothes... as in business suits with HEELS... to a RANCH!!
Well, she may be one FINE looking filly, but she doesn't make a great first impression...
Jumping, Screaming, & Scared of everything on the Ranch... he's not sure this is gonna work out!
However, after holding her ALL night then seeing her decked out in Ranch gear, he's changing his mind... especially after seeing her with his horse...
I was granted an ARC of Gigi Thorne & Abby Gale's "Cowboy's Princess: A Cowboy Romance" via Booksprout. The truly Great thing about a Gigi Thorne book, you're never sure which author's going to be writing the tale your reading until you One-Click... Sooo many great storytellers!! I'm gladly recommending this book based upon its own merits. I enjoyed this book as this short story is on par, & I'll look forward to more opportunities to read Gigi & Abby's work in the future. All opinions expressed within this review are uniquely my own & freely given.
Until next time... Happy Reading!

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review, All opinions are my own.
This was pure romance heaven, every thing you could ask for, Cowboys are my favorite we don't have them in England where I reside so to read about them is awesome. This ticked all my boxes, The Hunky Cowboy and the City girl, I loved the fact that there was no bitter ex or drama, it was just pure romance, I loved the leading characters no one else was really involved, Rhett was the ideal leading man, tough with a heart of gold but only for THE ONE, A city girl comes to save his ranch, Enter stage left Aubrey, successful interior designer, oil and water do not mix, oh yes they do under the stars and away from the city she comes to life and slowly falls for Rhett, The books was sexy and hot when it needed to be, but not over done, which I liked I think to much would have spoiled the story, it was gentle like waves lapping at the shore, in and out slowly but surely the came to know each other, Now the reason I only gave it 4 was because the ending was rushed, To rushed which took the enjoyment back for me, I want a HEA yes but this was like the writer had had enough of writing it and just rushed to the finish line, yes it ended to fast for me. I wanted to have the wedding the crying of lost chances but no. He just turned up end of the book nearly. Other than that great read.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I really enjoyed reading this story about Rhett and Aubrey. Are we as a young woman who works in New York City with a interior design firm. She gets a call from one of her clients she is work with them several projects asking her to help out his brother on their family ranch. His brother has some great ideas about what he's like to see done but isn't exactly sure how to get there. Rhett is the younger of the two Cooper boys and is trying his best to say the family ranch. When does better suggest having some people come out to help him set up what he'd like to do he is not sure what to expect. He definitely did not expect Aubrey to show up with suitcases and high heels in the mud. There's an instant Chemistry Between the two that's undeniable after she falls against him and he tries to pick her up from the mud. They take some time to get to know each other she actually helps when one of the mares trying to have a cult Carmen able to calm the horse down where no one else could. She's realizing that she really enjoys the ranch life even though she's never experienced before. For all them on their Adventure as they learn how to work together to build the best that the Cooper ranch can be. Definitely recommend reading the story, it's a short read the very well written. Great for a day at the beach.

Aubrey comes from New York to Tennessee to help a friend/client's brother design his ranch to be more profitable. When she arrives she is to nerves about being out of her element to really take notice of her surroundings. Rhett thinks his brother is crazy when he sees Aubrey at first but he decides to give her a chance and is pleasantly surprised by what she can do with his property and his animals. Things heat up between them when Aubrey asks him to sleep with her because she's afraid a snake or another creepy crawly will climb into bed with her. Rhett loves her ideas and plans for the ranch but dreads her leaving. Aubrey really enjoys being at the ranch and with Rhett but when it comes time to go she leaves. Will Rhett claim his woman or let her back to her overworked life in the city?

This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Rhett and Aubrey is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Rhett took over the family ranch when his parents passed away. His brother loves city life but when Rhett tells him that he feels like the ranch is missing something, his brother calls in some favors and sends some help his brother's way. Aubrey is passionate about her business and had lived in the city her whole life, but when a friend asks for a favor she packs up and heads out to help Rhett redesign his ranch to get more customers. Aubrey shows up in high heels and a pencil skirt in the middle of a storm and Rhett doesn't know what to make of the spoiled princess that his brother sent his way. The first night Aubrey is there she totally freaks out about a moth that got in her room and Rhett is even more concerned that her being there is a mistake. Grab this fabulous book and find out what happens when Aubrey and Rhett out their minds and their bodies together. Definitely recommend this book as a must read.

Rhett needs a designer’s help to develop his dream for his family ranch, and Aubrey owes Rhett’s brother a favor so she heads out of NYC to Tennessee for her first become-one-with-nature experience.

Her chemistry with Rhett is instant and explosive, but she puts the brakes on at first, then wonders why it takes him so long to make another move. Things are going great until the job is done and they’re faced with the fact that her career is in the city, and his life is on the ranch. There’s a satisfying HEA by the time we’re through, but maybe it didn’t really need to be delayed as long as it was.

The story was terrific, but the book really needed a good copy editor. Hopefully the unusually high volume of errors were just in the ARC version that I read and have been corrected prior to publication.

Lots of sexy, but a poor excuse for a story

Let me start with what's good about Gigi Thorne's novella, Cowboy's Princess. In a word, it's the sex. It's hot and steamy, it's pretty well written, and it takes up most of the book. However...it's inexplicably disabling insta-lust from the get-go. There's only the most ridiculous flimsy excuse for a plot, and the characters are so amped on sex that there isn't much personality evident. Outside of the bedroom, there are awkward word choices, typos, and so many clunky phrases I ended up being more annoyed than entertained. At least once a chapter I was tempted to quit reading. This may be for you if you want fantasy material to perk up your imaginary love life. If you want a good story to go along with with your dose of hot and heavy, this ain't it.

Rhett needs help saving his ranch and his brother has just the woman for the job. When city girl Aubrey swoops in to save the day, Rhett's not too sure the beauty in heels and a skirt is going to be able to help him with his ranch. And when she's scared of bugs and snakes, he knows she's not cut out for even the short stay she'll be on the premises to come up with an idea to save him. Oh sure, he's highly attracted to her, and finds he likes her sweet personality, but he still isn't sure she'll be able to get the job done. Thank God Aubrey is tougher than she looks, and thank God their attraction can't be denied!

Cowboy's Princess is sweet and sexy and just about the perfect opposites attract cowboy romance. The authors writing as Gigi Thorne have been killin' it with this cowboy theme and I'm loving it! Keep 'em coming, ladies!

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Rhett and Aubrey. Rhett needs to revamp the family farm. He has ideas but no real understanding on how to put those plans into action. Aubrey is someone who knows how to put plans into action so when Rhett's brother Braxton comes to her and asks for her help. She knows she can't turn him down mostly because he gave her her start. The thing is they each wonder if the other has what it really takes to make this happen. Can they find something more than just plans for a ranch or will they find it was all to much to begin with?

This is a great short story. It has it's ups and downs between the animals and the couple. It will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. There is so much I want to tell you about this story but don't want to ruin it for anyone else. I will say I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Rhett and Aubrey. Rhett has a farm that needs help from failing and asks his brother for help. His brother asks Aubrey to go to help Rhett with the farm and she travels to Tennessee. Aubrey has never left New York and she is unprepared for the way of life on a farm. Rhett is attracted to Aubrey and knows it would be a bad idea to act on his feelings because she is going to go back to New York, but he can only fight the attraction for so long. Aubrey is slowly falling in love with the farm and with Rhett, but knows she has to go back to her life in New York. This was a steamy read and i really enjoyed it. I love how Aubrey fell in love with Tennessee and with Rhett. I thought they were great together and would recommend this book.

This novella is adorable because the protagonists, Aubrey and Rhett, are adorable. They both need love (and lust) in their lives but are too work driven to do anything about. Thank god for the older brother of Rhett who brings them together. Because once they are, we need to step back.
This is such a strong well written storyline with well developed likable characters. One drawback (if there is such a thing with these stories), now I want a story about Brett, the older playboy brother!!! Hint! Hint!
As all of Gigi Thorne's novellas, I highly recommend reading this while sunbathing, sitting by the pool sipping on some amazing beverage. Enjoy!

Loved it

Rhett is a Tennessee Rancher, who recently lost his parents. He wants to do something with the family ranch that would have made them proud. He has some ideas, just doesn't know how to make it happen. His business man big brother does.
Aubrey is an up and coming interior designer and she owes a lot of her success to Braxton Cooper. When he asks her to help his brother with the family property, she can't say no.
Aubrey 's first meeting with Rhett is a disaster. The hot cowboy gives her a chance. Soon they can't keep their hands off each other, both knowing the the will soon have to say good buy.
A fast paced and steamy city girl country boy romance. I nice epilogue to wrap up their story.

This is one steamy romance!💓🔥💦

I really enjoyed this cowboy and interior designer romance. Rhett may run the family ranch and have been raised on it but he's not your typical cowboy. In the sense that he had a chance to get away from the ranch and do what he wanted for a while. But when his parents passed away, he felt the need to come back home and maybe make things run even better than they had. To that, he was going to need help and that's where his brother, Braxton, comes in. He knows just the right people to send to give suggestions and help and that includes Aubrey.💕💏💕

Rhett and Aubrey are hot and precious. I love their story and how they are thrown into each others path. Aubrey settling into ranch life was hilarious and heart warming. Rhett deserved some happiness in his life and he got it with the crazy talented interior designer sent by his brother to make their family ranch shine. The horses loving Aubrey was such a cute moment, animals know good people and it was like a sign for Rhett that they approved of his choices. A fulfilling and enrapturing read, I can't wait to see what comes next from the world of Gigi Thorn.

This was a good city girl meets cowboy romance. It did start out a little slow for me but soon picked up. Some say opposites attract, and in this story they do. Aubrey is city girl through and through. Even with that, I did think her reaction to bugs was a little much. Rhett grew up on his family's farm and is all cowboy. When they meet, the attraction is instantaneous. Can these two, from two very different worlds, make a relationship work? I enjoyed their journey.

This story is short, fast paced and a nice read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I liked Rhett. I liked that he loved nature and his bond with Rage was cute. I liked Aubrey. I liked that she helped Braxton by helping his brother. She was a smart woman. She went from being scared of nature and wildlife to loving it. She was so good with Lily and her foal.
The chemistry between Rhett and Aubrey was clear to see and I liked them as a couple.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and a nice read.

While the story overall was good I just didn't connect with the characters. The chemistry was good but honestly the one scene with the heroes brother at the beginning had almost as much chemistry and they lived in the same city so their lifestyles and jobs would have worked better. The chemistry just didn't strike me as enough for her to uproot her whole life and move to a different state. That said the story was a pleasant read and I liked the characters.

Anoter wonderful quick read featuring a sexy cowboy. Rhett and Aubrey's story was great. I liked how she was a strong woman and made sure Rhett knew she could not be pushed around. I liked the instant connection they had to one another and how Aubrey was able to help Rhett heal from the heartache of losing his parents. A well written book with a great HEA

I loved this sweet, sexy story. This book is the story of Rhett, who inherits his parent's ranch, and Aubrey, the interior designer from NYC his brother contacts to help rebrand the ranch. She starts out terrified of nature and ends up loving the area and the animals on the ranch. Though from completely different worlds, they find a way to be happy together.

Rhett inherits the ranch where he grew up when his parents died. He has plans for the ranch, but he doesn’t know where to begin.
Aubrey is an interior designer and a good one indeed. Brax, Rhett’s brother, convinces her to help his brother.
Although it is a short story, the characters are well-developed, and it has enough info to enjoy it. It makes me laugh a couple of times.
