After reading the two previous Lance Brody books, I have been anticipating his return. As expected, I was not disappointed, and finished it within 24 hours. I am sucked in immediately, and love watching his current “mission” become clearer with each page. Thanks for the great story, and I will now wait, especially to see if the Reverend and the Surfer return, and for Leah to join Lance in his future adventures.
This is the next in the Lance Brody series, and I have to say I loved it so much. Creepy, eerie, thriller with a bit of dark witty humor from the main character. Keep rolling these out, Michael. I look forward to every Lance Brody story you write.
This is the third part of M. Robertson Jr’s brilliant Lance Brody series and these books are becoming some of my best ever favourites. Lance comes to the small seaside town of Sugar Beach and he knows already that he has been drawn here. The town has a new nickname of ‘Suicide Beach’ because of a number of recent events. He takes a room at a Victorian styled B & B and becomes friendly with the landlady and another resident who only he can see. Down on the beach he meets a group of really friendly students and from there I will say no more because everything is never as it actually seems to be in Lance Brody’s life. He is still in touch with Leah and his old friend Marcus, who both help him to face up to reality and also some form of sanity. Brilliant! 5/5.
I'm partial to good vs evil books in which there are characters driven to do the right thing. While struggling do so, Lance Brody accepts the challenges & quirks of the Universe, & is grateful for all the small blessings. I especially love the way the supernatural is woven in the storyline in such a believable way. If you love Dean Koontz, you will love all the books in this series. Michael Robertson Jr's books are well written in a professional manner & are nicely edited. No amateur 1st person writing in these books.
Another great book in this awesome series! I find myself rooting for Lance throughout the time I am reading about his journey. Every time Lance has followed a “feeling”, he has found more people to help. I definitely did not see what came with this novel. I am looking forward to the next book. I like to think that Lance would make a good friend and someone with whom you could trust with your life.
I am really enjoying traveling with Lance and going on these adventures. Can be pretty creepy, but very intriguing. Makes you wonder about things in the real world. The writing is good, with very few errors. Most of them won’t take you out of the story. The one with the wrong diner name did though. Every time. Looking forward to reading more of these and do recommend them.
I’m enjoying this series. Lance finds himself in another town that he feels he needs to be in to help people. The girl with the cooler, new friends and a lovely B&B. A ghost, and 2 very bad men keep Lance on his toes. Trying to figure out a mystery he reaches out to Leah for internet assistance. The book is fast paced and has 3 seemingly different things going on. I’m looking forward to book 4
If you like ghost stories and the supernatural....
This is the series to read. Lance Brody is extraordinary from his conception and through every adventure. He’s heading somewhere and encountering his destiny on the way. Definitely brought me along for the ride. It’s been great and I hope to hear where he goes from here.❤️❤️❤️❤️
Robertson doesn’t do the long and drawn out themed type book. He gets to the point and makes it happen while entertaining the entire time. I like this because it keeps me reading and wanting more. Plus, just when I thought I knew what was going to happen he up and surprised me with the unexpected. Another great read from this author. Now, onto the next one.
I have read the whole Lance Brody series and hope there is another coming soon. I really enjoy the mix of mystery and supernatural with just a touch of romance making this a fun and easy read!
Just finished the third in the series and the writing just gets better. These stories are tight and quick, not too convoluted. They deliver a satisfying resolution with all the plot points working.
Really enjoyed this book! Fantastic characters and story line. Was a real page turner. Will soon be reading the 4th book. Can't wait to see where that takes us.
I will tell Lance Brody book series is well written. Mr. Robertson has created a huge pool of characters. You will get to know them before you find out their fate.
Brilliant if sad installment of a stunning series well written and wonderfully tense and a haunting insite in the fragilty of human and demonic division
Love this series about Lance and his fight against evil, finding out more about his psychic powers and his blossoming romance with Leah, hope to read more about him soon
I am really enjoying these books. Easy reading and entertaining. The 3 I have read have stories of their own so you’re not reading the same thing over and over in every book.
Have read four of the books in the series so far and enjoyed them all, didn’t work out who was the bad guy’s this time, well written and a twist I didn’t see coming
I really enjoyed reading this book and the continuation of mystery, suspense and paranormal. The ending was amazing and I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
