Llyfr o gyfres Amdani, i ddysgwyr Lefel Mynediad. Mae'r nofel yn sn am ddiwrnod ym mywyd Sophie, sydd ar ei ffordd i fod yn ecstra mewn ffilm, ond mae nifer o ddigwyddiadau yn ei rhwystro rhag cyrraedd y set. Mae'n gorfod ymweld swyddfa'r heddlu sawl gwaith, ond does dim ots ganddi, oherwydd mae'n ffanso'r plismon yno! A book for Welsh leaners, Entry Level. This is a humorous romance about one memorable day in the life of Sophie Reynolds, film extra. A Welsh adaptation of Big Hair Day by Meinir Wyn Edwards.

Margaret's novel The Goddess Workshop is a roller-coaster comedy about a mismatched group of women with a common aim - becoming confident, sensual beings. Her second women's fiction novel, The Dare Club is about a group of people who meet on a Divorced and Separated course. They decide to challenge each other to do daring things as part of their discovery process. But is saying how you really feel the most daring thing of all?
Margaret's readers for people learning to speak English are published by Cambridge English Readers, Cambridge Discovery Readers and Cengage Learning. They are in lots of different genres including Fantasy, Romance, Human Interest, Thriller, Fact Book and Adapted Short Stories.
As well as fiction, Margaret has written plays and screen plays. Her comedy GODDESS was performed at Cambridge Drama Centre to rave reviews.

Nice easy read for Welsh learners - the first one recommended in the first entry level Dysgu Cymraeg workbook. Particularly liked the illustrations by Sion Ilar.
Sure, bit of fun. I'm trying to get better at reading books in Welsh so thought I'd start at the bottom. My main criticism was that it was really childish (not just language but also plot) and I thought the point of this series was to be for adults learning Welsh so we don't have to read kids books. This could easily have been a children's book... Anyway, a good resource but not a good book.
Great 'first book' for Welsh learners, and nice to read something a bit more complex and grownup than 'Ble mae Sali Mali?'! The story is very simple and all in present tense, and there's lots of repetition, particularly of new words and phrases, which helps with learning. I've read a couple of reviews which complain that the story is too simple and childish, but you can hardly expect the Welsh equivalent of War and Peace when your Welsh language vocab is so small! I think the author does an incredibly good job of creating a reasonable storyline within the narrow range of vocabulary and simple sentence structure she has to use to make the book accessible to beginners. Some nice touches of humour too.
Dw i 'di bod yn dysgu Cymraeg am ychydig o flwyddyn, rŵan, a wnes i fwynhau'r llyfr' ma, achos mae'r iaith yn syml, efo lluniau gwych a llawr o help efo'r gairiau galed. Llyfr gwych!
