Liko has his eyes set on an unattainable goal. In his clan, Omegas don’t get educations or have careers. They have babies. Period. Ahe knows his mating to Liko is a sham, so why is it that his panther disagrees and insists that the lovely omega at his side is his true mate? Both men know it can’t last, yet their magnetism is undeniable.
The Alpha’s Undeniable Omega is a super sweet with knotty heat mm mpreg panther shifter romance featuring a confident alpha and a sassy omega.
Lorelei M. Hart is the cowriting team of USA Today Bestselling Authors Kate Richards and Ever Coming. Friends for years, the duo decided to come together and write one of their favorite guilty pleasures: Mpreg.
Could have been an easy 3 🌟 if there weren’t so many unanswered questions and unexplained circumstances in the story. I’m still wondering what happens relationship wise with Ahe’s mom (between her and Liko) and also with Ahe’s ‘friend’, Bane. It seems like they both fell off the page 🤔
Nice introduction to Ms. Lorelei Hart. I loved the concept of "Islanders" being her guise for this shifter novel. Panthers are normally South America born not South Pacific. All in all good story.
Liko doesn’t want a mate and doesn’t belive in true mates or happy marriage. Liko wants to go to school and become a teacher, not some traditional omega. Liko and Ahe has been betrothed since they where young, arranged by their parents. Liko makes a deal with Ahe before their marriage, they will be married for 3 months before they are divorsed. After their marriage Ahe realise that Liko is his mate and doesn’t want the divorse. The hard part is getting Liko to realise and accept the mating, and at the sametime reslise that he can have it all. The mate, school, beeing a teacher and a family.
The premise of this story was quite interesting - a fake marriage of two Panther shifters betrothed as young children by their parents as a beneficial alliance for both their families. It's a tale full of contrasts & contradictions, deceptions & denials. It takes place in the beautiful state of Hawaii and uses some of the island's traditions to explain customs such as grass skirts. But it is a sexy sight: strong beautiful bronze men in their grass skirts, hips moving rhythmically to the beat of the island drums. The reader meets Ahe and Liko at their wedding.
Ahe's family is very rich from inheritance and his own workaholism. Ahe especially is prominent in society. A much sought after bachelor whose clan is very traditional (backwards) in their expectations of both women & male Omegas. While Liko's family is poor. He's had to work hard to achieve the little that he's been allowed.
Ahe's expectations of a married Omega is pleasing his or her Alpha and bearing children. A glorified housewife, which is fine if that's what you want, but Liko wants so much more. His completely unrealistic dream is to be a teacher. He can't afford it, his mate wouldn't allow it once they had their ceremony then bearing & raising kids / cubs would make it impracticable.
But unbeknownst to others the two shared a huge secret. This marriage was a fake. An arranged marriage of convenience. In three months they would separate. Ahe's mother had had several husbands. It certainly wasn't unheard of. But in exchange for going through with the mating - Liko would get enough money to pay for college. And Ahe could have the "perfect" Omega mate of his choice, not his parents two decades prior. What he was getting now was a super sassy fireball who had no patience with the slow progress their clans were making moving into the 21st century. If nothing else these next few months would be interesting.
The one thing neither, but especially Liko hadn't counted on was something he didn't believe in the concept of "fated mates". Bull crap legend! Except no one told their Panthers. Ahe's Panther goaded him from the beginning to make it a real mating. To claim this beautiful unattainable Omega because Undeniable was far from the truth. If anything he is too desirable. Ahe's Panther pushed him to romance his mate. To show him how he never imagined it could be.
Liko fought tooth and nail with his Panther. Not even shifting regularly. His Panther wanted Ahe's Panther so Liko did everything he could to keep him under control so that he'd get the education he'd deserved for so long and had been promised. But that undeniable mate pull was there. And first Ahe he thought he knew wasn't the man / Panther he mated. The one thing that could actually keep them apart was Ahe's family. In particular his pervy creeper brother and his super B of a mother.
This was a very entertaining story. It was full of surprises, dating after mating, a monster-in-law, Panthers who knew what was best for their Human hosts. The sweetness, thoughtfulness, tenderness, and eventually Mpreg were so romantic.
When their unwanted betrothal suddenly showed them to be fated mates, neither Ahe nor Liko was prepared for the consequences. Each man had their own shortcomings but it was clear that only together could they find the strength to overcome them. With an interesting dynamic between the social expectations of both clans, there was something extra to keep me reading the story that could support and strengthen the relationship that initially intrigued me. And even though there were issues that felt unresolved or swept under the rug, the ending was really fantastic for both men and what they were able to achieve together.
As Liko battled Fate with his own desires for his future he could have lost the possibility of everything with Ahe, but when they both finally gave in to their feelings and were honest with one another they found a way to truly live their fullest lives. Together they built a family and created a foundation for the change both clans have needed for decades. I didn't love how they got to that point, but some of my frustration was soothed by the love and support we witnessed at the end.
Issues hanging out there and not given closure, like with Ahe's mother and brother and a certain texter, really stick in my craw, in fact, it's been days since I've finished the story and I'm still annoyed by it. What bothers me the most is that I remember those moments more than the joy they found. Also, the way neither man seemed inclined to actually share their thoughts and feelings until it was almost too late was beyond frustrating. The way the "fated mates" situation was pushed was a little too manipulative for me as well.
But in the end, it's the end that really saved the story. What the author was able to accomplish gave so much hope and lightness and love. And having the auntie as a strong supporting character was the bridge that both men needed to see that there's another way to live, another way to see things and that making big changes sooner rather than later was imperative to not only their clan's well-being, but to them as well. So overall this was a sweet story that took it's sweet time getting to all the tender, fluffy feelings I love, but they did get there.
The Alpha's Undeniable Omega was graciously provided to me by the author for an honest review.
A Treat for the Senses..
Warm sultry breezes..glistening crystal blue waters..powder-white sands..sounds beautiful, right? My minds-eye had these descriptive phrases firmly situated in the fore-front of my mind as I read my most recent new release. I had been sitting on the edge-of-my-seat in anticipation for this new read because I have read books by this author before and I knew this one was going to be just as good as the others. I certainly was not disappointed. What a wonderfully heart warming and uplifting story, filled with tons of angst-filled moments that has left me blissfully happy as a result this most recent read.
The Alpha's Undeniable Omega by Lorelei M. Hart is a story filled with admirable and noble moments from two individuals who put tradition before their own desires. It's a story about following tradition while at the same time welcoming Fate's guidance towards everlasting love and devotion. I loved this story. Set in the South Pacific, I loved being immersed within the absolutely gorgeous traditions as well as the developing connection of the two main characters, Liko and Ahe, as they ventured down an unknown path as they discovered moments of tenderness, dedication, and love.
The Alpha's Undeniable Omega contains a very realistic and strengthening storyline with underlying moments of beauty, admiration, as well as adorable bouts of humor. I enjoyed reading about the slowly developing stages and revelations of their journey as the two shifters began their reversed-introduction of what would become one of the most important times of their lives. I equally cheered as my pride grew for one of the characters as he sought success in his quest for what was desired and for what was right. The support, dedication, and, ultimate devotion of both Liko and Ahe was something that had me wishing for more.
As this story definitely had moments that I absolutely loved, it also had contained moments that I had hoped would have been written a bit differently. Despite having a great overall plot, I had wished for the existence of more of the actual relationship, as well as more character background and development, rather than focusing on so much angst interspersed within the good times. Additionally, as there were a few secondary characters, and, I may or may not have squealed a bit as a result of a possible cameo from someone from a different series, but, further development of these characters would have added to the plot as that which had existed was very good.
As I always seem to greatly enjoy reading whatever comes from this author, I had thoroughly enjoyed reading The Alpha's Undeniable Omega by Lorelei M. Hart and despite the excessive angst, had loved taking a cyber trip to the South Pacific so as to enjoy the gorgeous customs, the wonderful characters, and the uniquely pristine surroundings of the region. I absolutely loved it...:)

I felt like I was missing some of the background for this story. There was an arrangement between Ahe and Liko that they would pretend to be mated for 3 months and then separate. But there was no explanation about why 3 months or how this arrangement was reached (other than it was through a third party), and I felt like we didn't get enough background to explain why that time limit or why this was viewed as an option. I also thought there were a couple of plot hints that just never got fully developed, things that were mentioned but then didn't really develop further, that maybe in a longer story could have added more depth to the story.
I did think, especially when Liko stopped trying to fight his panther, that the romance developed well. I thought Ahe made a lot of changes for Liko, but I also thought they were changes for the better so it didn't feel like he gave more than Liko. Both of the MCs clearly had very self-absorbed mothers (and absent fathers) to the point I'm not surprised they have some odd views on mating. I thought the pacing of the story worked well, as we see the characters work through misunderstandings and emotions to finally get to their HEA.
Suck it up buttercup, the panthers know best! Liko, Omega promised to Alpha, Ahe while he was a child. He wanted to be an Omega with a life beyond being a servile breeding machine. He agreed to go through with the ceremony because it was beneficial to both clans. Liko instinctively physically reacted to Ahe but thought it was the pheremonial Alpha/Omega thing. Rock was a proxy family member to Liko and walked him down the aisle. Bane was an Omega of convenience who was subservient to Ahe, but Ahe didn't want him. He crushed on Liko since he was a child. Ahe's clan was conservatively old fashioned toward life and especially Omegas. Ele, was Ahe's smarmy brother who coveted Liko. How's that gonna work out? Both Ahe and Liko expected to live as if the marriage was temporary, lasting 3 months before they fulfilled the conditions of the contract and could go their separate ways. Loki wanted to go to school and Ahe wanted peace in the lands. Who will get what they want? Will Loki be able to attend school? Can they each live together and contain the passion they feel for each other? Good story. You can feel the tension! Will they find a way to ease it? I received an ARC from Booksprout for a review.
PLEASE READ FIRST MY RATING SYSTEM!!! To my ratings (for all people, who wonder, why I say a 3*-book is a good book and should be readed): 5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow-Away-book like Liberty from Seth King or Save the kids series from EM Leya). it’s like an A+ 4* - very good and will be often reread and is a WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises (like most of Andrew Grey books) It’s like an A 3* - a really good book, which will be reread a few times (most romances where you can enjoy for relaxing and during waiting times in hospitals). I can recommend them definitively! It’s like an A-B 2* - it was ok to read, but it's more a one-time-reader (I wouldn't recommend it heartly, but it was ok) It’s like an C- D 1* - sorry, but that isn't really a book for me (maybe too many mistakes, not a nice plot, or unlogical story, so a NO-GO) It’s like failure in the whole line, dismissed, repeat the class
I received this book by the author and this is my honest opinion. This book was about 2 different people from different clans but one thing in common their believe that omegas should not be schooled. Liko an omega has grand plans to get an education and that does not mean going through with an arranged marriage that he has been promised to an alpha from a different clan. Ahe is not interested in marriage either but succumbs to his fated mate. This book was about accepting the inevitable and affirming the truth of there fated mate bond whilst changing opinions within the clan to a more forward thinking attitude. I liked this story and it's characters. It was well written with some ahh! Moments of cuteness but with a little emotional angst spread throughout. The mother was horrible and I would of like to of slapped her with her attitude towards Liko. Enjoyed this short read. The cover is lovely to.
I really liked Ahe and Liko. I felt that Liko was the one not willing to even try to get along with Ahe and was just in it for the money to go to school. Ahe was daydreaming about Liko from the beginning of the ceremony, but didn't know how to tell Liko he had feelings. I hated Ahe's mother and was so glad Liko didn't roll over and take it all. Bringing Bane, Ahe's stalker, into her visit was rude. I personally thought that Liko should have taken the phone and told Bane to stop calling his mate. Going for the run was the best thing that could have happened to them both. Once their panthers got together, that was it. They knew what the guys weren't listening to, they really are mates. I loved the way Ahe bought his assistant a car for having to deal with his mother and new lifestyle. I'm looking forward to more Arranged Mates. Loki is getting ready for the mating did not want but had been arranged when he was a child. Omega Panther shifter Loki want to get an education but find his parent arranged a mating for him when he was a child which will rule out the future as a teacher he dreams of. Alpha Panther shifter Ahe is so busy running the family business after his father's death to have time to find a mate but then he finds he has been promised to an omega from a breakaway clan a long time ago. The two agree to a three month mating but both their panther feel they are Fated mates. After the ceremony when they spend more time together they find themselves struggling to control their panthers and the growing feelings they have for each other.

Wow, I really enjoyed reading this heartwarming MM/Mpreg shifter fake marriage romance & I think it is a splendid start to a new series. The plot is quite intriguing & full of surprises, it definitely kept my attention. The characters are well-developed & emotional complimented each other while continuing to develop throughout the story-line. There is: an feisty omega panther (Liko) wants an education & not a mate but has no choice but to marry a powerful alpha panther (Ahe) from another clan although these two agree to a fake marriage there are some complications, family issues, friendship, intrigue, some humor, a temporary charade, attractions, longings, warnings, realization, assumptions, verbal conflict, emotional turmoil, compromises, claiming, love, contentment, & a wonderful satisfying epilogue. I would recommend this book
This is a fun book with an interesting take on the alpha/omega relationship. My favorite part of this story is Liko and his unrelenting need to be his own person. He knows exactly what he wants and he will stop at nothing to get it. Ahe is trying to change the archaic ways of his clan but first he has to go through with the mating his parents arranged when he was a child. After their mating there are quite a few surprises in store for both of them. I wish there was more information about this world, the social structure within the panther clans and about the MC's pasts. I felt a bit lost at times because of the lack of background information. The ending is great and I look forward to reading more books by these authors.
3.5 stars. I understand that the author has a newly revised edition that I'd love to get my hands on. I'm ignoring issues that I assume were addressed in the newest version. I liked the premise for this story and enjoyed the storyline. Liko is determined, feisty and has a plan for his life making him an enjoyable guy. Ahe is a powerful Alpha and businessman but I loved that he sees Liko, not an omega. He supports Liko's dreams of going to college and becoming a teacher against the current views of his clan. The relationship grows to be something worth cheering over. There are some great side characters; including Ahe's aunt as well as his spoiled mother and icky brother. The ending left me smiling.
Liko and Ahe were promised to each other in an arranged mating as children and the time to finally see has arrived. They each have reasons for not wanting to mate but for the good of The clans they are uniting, they mate in words only. They previously agreed to mate temporarily to unify the clans and then separate but as the days together pass they grow closer and their inner Panthers recognize the truth - they are rated mates. But can they have each other and still reach their goals?
Great story with sweet characters and just enough sassy. Definitely recommend.
Totally enjoyable! There were a few minutes in the book where i was saying go boys go, lol in regards to Ahes mother. Both these men are wonderful, but given that this is an arranged marriage they really both dont know much about each other so when they are both married their relationship is a bit stilted. Both men though have their panthers and their panthers both agree that they are fated mates. Liko and Ahe finally succum to each other and once they do their is nothing holding them back as equals But they have a way to go to chance things as they are now. A great story i loved it and i totally reccommend this to others.
Ahe and Liko were being married to each other after their parents arranged it when they were both children. Ahe was the alpha and CEO of his company. Liko was an omega who was anything other then traditional. They were also entering the marriage as a fake. Liko wanted to go to school and have a career from it, not just a baby factory and house husband. During the time they spent together their relationship grew. They ended up in a real marriage. Ahe agreed with Liko that an omega should do what they wanted. He paid for him to get his education. Liko not only got his masters but two job offers and a son.

An mpreg story about an alpha and an omega, whose marriage was arranged when they were still children. The omega wants to go to university and later become a teacher, but his mate's pack is traditional and does not want to allow this. The alpha is not too keen on the deal either, so they strike a bargain - married for 3 months and then they divorce. But of course fate has declared them fated mates .... A nice love story, of two people who were thrown together by convenience, but despite their reservations fall for each other and forget about tradition, helping each other to be their best. Fate brings two shifters together when neither of them think their relationship can last. Liko is an omega with aspirations, something that goes against tradition. For that reason, he doesn't want to be mated and tied down by others' rules. But Ahe is persistent and patient in showing Liko what they can have if he would just let down his guard. Ahe just has to prove to Liko that he isn't the traditional alpha either.
I enjoyed this book and found it to be a quick read with likeable characters.

Liko is determined to be different than the other omegas. Ahe's life is all about work. Neither can deny what their panther wants. Will they be able to find a common ground? Will Liko get everything he has dreamed of?
Loved how both these characters wanted to work towards the same common goal. I loved how Liko was determined to do what other omegas were told they couldn't. Loved how Ahe supported his omega and was determined to help him reach his goals. Good read!

This is a quick story of Liko, the omega and Ahe,the alpha, both panther shifters whose parents agreed on an arranged marriage as children. The author does a great job building their story and filling it with surprises and a bit of sass. I loved the ending. It's a heartwarming story , is well written ,moves quickly and I enjoyed reading.

Liko is an omega panther. Liko wants to go to school and have a career before he has to conform to society and become a baby maker. Alpha Ahe is t he alpha for his clan, however he wants to improve the life of the omegas and allow them to do what they want not what they are told they have to do.Can Liko be happy is his choices or is he going to regret mating with Ahe?

How ever there were elements in the story that was confusing and seemed to not be that well executed. It sometimes felt like there had to be an explanation to what was happening and why, but we never got that so it was just magically suspended in thin air. To me it got a bit irritating and I just couldn't stop thinking about the "why?".
This is a well written story of an omega, Loki who wants more out of life than is usually offered an omega. He wants an education and to become a teacher. Ahe, his mate and alpha, agrees to this after the sham of a mating they started out with is put aside when they admit their true feelings for each other. It is a good read and I would recommend it.
Ahe and Loki have been promised to each other in an arranged mating. Both are panther shifters. Ahe is an Alpha and Loki is an Omega. Loki want to go to college and become a teacher, he doesn't want to get married. They both come to an agreement to get married for three months then get divorced. Once they are married things don't go the way they thought. I really enjoyed this book.
I loved this book. It was extremely well written with a wonderful storyline that kept me intrigued. The characters were so well developed and likeable with great chemistry. Everything that this author put out is pure gold.

I really enjoyed this book. I love the author and I have read many other books by the same author. My only problem was it seemed a little too much “denial” of their bond. I am not going into spoilers and I am not disappointed.
