When I read book 1 in this series, I really enjoyed the author's writing style, and I thought she did a great job with her debut book. Jump ahead to book 3, Asher and Ms. Smith has me hooked! I really enjoyed the first two books in this series, but Asher may just be my absolute favorite to date. The author still has a way of grabbing my attention from just the first chapter and has me hanging on to every sentence. Her writing has gotten stronger, and her stories flow even better with each book she puts out. Ms. Smith has definitely gotten and kept my attention.
Asher Wesley works hard and likes to play even harder. Starting his own business has been exciting and challenging. Keeping him on an even keel is his amazing assistant, Kendra. That is until she goes into labor early and he has to deal with life in the office for a week without her until her replacement arrives. Little did Asher known, his new assistant is the gorgeous brunette that he got more than an eyeful early that day. Now he finds himself at war with his heads...lol Not one to back away from a challenge, will he be able to keep his distance and remain professional for at least the three months that Kara will be working for him? I LOVE Asher! I have a thing for dirty talkers and Asher fits that bill to a "T". If he doesn't get your motor running with his sexy talk than you must be a tad dead below the waist...lol Seriously he is one smooth, gorgeous, sexy, dirty talking piece of man meat. What I wouldn't give for my hubs to talk to me like that...TMI...maybe, maybe not.
Kara Mitchell has made the move across the country for her job, only to find out a few months after transferring that she is being let go. With a decent severance package in hand, she has a little time to find another job. When her best friend offers her, her position when she goes on maternity leave, Kara jumps at the chance to work and get the opportunity to expand her resume. What she never expected was the tall drink of water that she flashed earlier that morning to be her new boss. To make matters worse her day just keeps making her look like a fool. With more embarrassment than you can shake a stick at, she nearly walks out the door and never looks back. Can she work for someone who she has such a strong attraction too or will this job end in disaster as well? Kara's character is awesome. Seriously, how many bad things can happen to one person in the same day? She had me laughing and cringing at the same time. She is a strong, confident, dependable woman and although she has had a rough start to her new job, she sticks it out.
Kara and Asher together are just smokin' hawt! The banter between them is awesome, flirty and sexy. Together they can ignite the pages of your kindle. You might need a cold shower or two after a few of the scenes. I love how protective Asher is of her and that he wants to be the one to make her smile and bring her happiness. Can these two characters build a relationship together and still remain professional during the work day or will they be so caught up in one another that the fire they create will burn them?
Once again Ms. Smith has written another sexy, flirty, story. I fell in love with the characters, and I loved that we got to see more of Cade and Sloan in this book as well. All though it can be read as a standalone, I would suggest starting with book one and get to know each of the brothers in this family. Each book is a relatively quick, enjoyable, sexy read and you will find yourself falling for the Wesley boys just like I have.

A Wonderfully Steamy Romance!!🔥🔥
Ash has been running his Finance Company out of the family owned 'Wesley Building ' for a while now. His Assistant is going on maternity leave so has set her BFF up to take over for her. Ash trusts her judgement completely so is confident it will all go well 👍
Kara pronounced Care-a, is excited to start her new temp job. The day can only get better after a gust of wind blew her dress up & she flashed her thong covered butt to a total stranger!!! 😳 She's SO embarrassed but these things just seem to happen to her 🙈 😂 She's determined to put her best foot forward, do a great job until Kendra comes back, score an excellent recommendation & then hopefully get a full time job soon after this one finished 😀
The best laid plans 💥 Ash & Kara are both extremely surprised when they meet for the first time. It's a tad awkward, they share some light hearted banter but it's clear they're both undressing the other with their eyes!!😉🔥 They both agree that they'll definitely keep their relationship professional. He's her Boss after all and Kendra's bff!!!😳
This couple are as cute as can be but they're 'furnace level' hot for each other. They struggle not to melt into piles of want around the office. It's obvious they'll cave but what fun it is reading their fall.😂 The fun REALLY heats up once they do cave, Boy can Ash 'dirty talk'. 😉
This Story doesn't contain masses of angst, or a huge 'will they won't they' and it doesn't need to. It's a steamy, fun romance that let me escape the usual drudgery for a few hours, what more could I want or need from this type of escapist read? Nothing is the answer 😂 I loved this new couple, their chemistry, charm & whit won me over easily!!💙💖
It was great catching up with Cade, Nora, Sloan & Lizzy, although they were only in it briefly, it was perfect 💙💕 I would've liked that entire epilogue though, what a tease!!😱😂

When Asher’s assistant is leaving for maternity leave, he doesn’t want to deal with a new assistant, until he sees her, she’s the woman he spotted that was gorgeous, and looked embarrassed when the wind blew up her skirt. Kara can’t believe it when she finds out her new boss was the sexy man from the coffee shop.
Asher was going to warn Kara she had patched a call to his office till he hears her describe him as sexy and gorgeous and decides to keep listening, happy to know she’s struggling with their attraction too. After letting Kara know he heard her conversation he lets her know they should try to keep it professional.
They both have problems fighting to keep things professional and can’t deny their attraction and can’t keep away from each other, even Asher is surprised that he calls Kara he’s girlfriend and wants to see her after her contract is finished.
Will they survive when Kara stops working for him, and what will she think when she finds out about the parties that Asher used to go to.

Asher Wesley is hot, successful, and about to be without an assistant when Kendra, his current assistant, is getting ready to go on maternity leave. Lucky for him Kendra has a replacement lined up – her best friend, Kara. Ash has strict rules and never breaks them, one being to never get involved with an employee or client. But that rule is thrown out the window when he meets Kara. They try to keep things between them on a professional level but with each day that passes it gets harder and harder to do that until Ash loses control and tells Kara what he wants, which is her.
It’s a great story with lots of hot and steamy scenes! Kara puts her trust in Asher in the bedroom and he does not disappoint! They get along with each other and the sex is off the charts. The 3 other brothers make appearances in the book as well. I can’t wait to read the youngest brother’s book – Nikolas. Although I love reading Cade, Sloan, and Asher’s stories, I have a feeling the author is saving the best for last!

From the moment that Kara accidentally flashes a handsome stranger on the street, you just know that there is going to be awkwardness... and boy, is there ever! Kara is so accident-prone, I just wanted to give her a big hug! And Asher comes off as aloof, but the sweet temporary assistant brings him to his knees in a way he never expected.
Asher is #3 in the Wesley Brothers series, but it does read like a true standalone, as there are only brief appearances by the couples from the previous two books. There is plenty of chemistry between Asher and Kara, and this story is relatively low-angst. Asher is a fun and steamy story that is the perfect book escape!

Book 3 is as good as the first two. I loved the easy-going Asher. I love a man who has his shit together early in his life. Kara was a feisty character. I love how even when she embarrass herself she still has her head high. It was also great to see what's going on in everyone's life from previous books.
The only thing that's left from me to comment is the off-the-chart chemistry between this two...good lord in heaven was it good!!!

This book is hot! Asher & Kara have so much chemistry, it will burn your kindle up!
You know this book is going to be a real treat when Kara flashes a stranger on the street accidentally. Kara is accident prone & you will just want to wrap her up in hugs. I really loved how she still keeps her chin up & handles herself. Asher really impressed me having his life together. The question is.... can they make things work?
Although this is Book 3 in the series you can read it as a stand-alone. I absolutely loved this book.

Phew!! So much chemistry!!
I enjoyed the first two books in this series, but this one has to be my favourite! There's just something about Asher that makes a girl sigh...
I love that the other characters pop in for a quick visit from the previous books. Definitely the book to read if looking for some light hearted fun!

This story grabbed me right from the start. I did not read the first 2 books in this series but I was not at all confused or lost on the plot. Now I have 2 more books to read since this story sucked me in and wouldn't let me go right to the last page. Loved the storyline and loved the characters.
