I reserve 1 star reviews for books I just can't bring myself to finish, and what a trial this was.

Almost every page had spelling and grammatical errors, the sentences were clunky, the stories lacked any real detail or description, and to top it off, most of these stories were neither ghostly or about hauntings. If I'd have wanted a book of awkwardly written interesting points in local history that occasionally had a spooky element, this would be the book I'd go to.

I feel a little guilty about this review, as it's clearly a self-published book, and some research has taken place, but then why not proofread your work before publishing? Why not include sources or descriptions?

Still, it was better than faebound.
