The first thing you need to do is read this book. After you'll figure out, with several tips and guidance, how to achieve this.

Take a time to read and reflect about each tip and do the "homework".

If you really think that is time to UP your IT career, this book is for you. Although tips and advising here are in constant repetition, the author provides good advising on that field.

Reading on Kindle is a PAIN due to a light silver color font used while editing this book, this needed to be changed ASAP. That is the reason my review is only 4 stars.
