I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and even though I've read a great deal on how the brain works etc, it still had some new things to teach me, including the fact that the limbic system of the brain also has a left and a right side (which for neurobiology nerds is pretty exciting stuff).

The book presented technical information in a very accessible way, and also some spiritual ideas in a not-too-freaky or 'out-there' format. And I also liked some of the practical exercises, although others seemed a bit too theoretical. Highly-recommended.
