Hacking Sleep Apnea - 6th Edition

Rate this book
Discover The Exact Sleep Apnea Treatments That ACTUALLY Work.

Sleep Apnea is becoming incredibly prevalent (affecting 1 in 5 adults), and very often leading to a cascade of diseases that are often treated symptomatically without treating the actual cause. The amount of treatment options and information in the digital world is often confusing for people too. Some suggest CPAP, some suggest wearing oral appliances, and some might deny the fact that such problem even exists!

The average person sleeps about 6-8 hours a day, which is roughly a third of our entire life time. We have to make sure we are getting quality sleep to perform at our best, especially in today's unforgiving, fast pace world. Each and every patient should find the exact treatment plan that works for them. This is where this book will help you, a friend, or a loved one immensely.

We'll cover the EXACT sleep apnea treatment options, starting with the least invasive to the most invasive, and whether these treatments actually work, or not.

Very informative!!!

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea for 7 months now. I have been on a CPAP machine for 6 months. There are things in this book that were not told to me by my doctor. I'm trying a Bi-PAP machine next month because of all the issues I'm having. I now know the right questions to ask involving my therapy!!!

I was surprised as well of how many things I needed to know. They just give you the machine and send you home. Just like one size fits all. I have been thru 3 different masks and I think I finally find the one less invasive. I will talk to my doctor about a few things. This book was very educational. Thanks Mr. Nelson

This is one of several books I read when I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea. It really helped. I recommend it all the time.
