Spoiler Ahead This was book two in"The Bossman" series. Lexi Tyler is a hair stylist who is going through hard times after a car accident a year ago sue to medical bills she is being evicted from her apartment she is also behind in her rent on her chair at the saloon that she works out of. When her friend Gina tells her that she can set her up with someone she says no at first until she meets Bobby Manghini at the bar Gina works at. Bobby likes Lexi so he offers her a luxury apartment overlooking the city and spending cash every time he sees her, but one thing is clear: he is the bossman. Lexi thinks that Bobby is married and although she knows it's not smart to get involved with a married man she needs help and he is offering it to her. The sex scenes in this book were hot Lexi has never been able to have an orgasm with a man until Bobby and she also finds out that she likes to be dominated and spanked. Bobby is having some trouble with the Feds and his ex who wants to get back in with him. Bobby also has twin daughters and they want to know who he has been spending his time with. Bobby also helps her with her fear of driving by letting her drive his car. When Lexi finds out that he isn't married she leaves him believing that he felt she isn't good enough for him. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling like the first book in this series. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

I really enjoyed The Bossman so this was a very, very pleasant Suprise! What a fun concept Who doesn't fantasize about a Sugar Daddy? and to get a Sweet, Possesive, Hot Kinky and Domineering one at that Hell I couldn't put this read down..
This was a fantastic read that left me wanting more Bobby and Lexi!!
Hopefully there's more to come and we get to see glimpses of them like we did with Joey & Sophie.

Those who loves Soprano, The Bossman Series, is a kinky version of it with less killing and just as much family politics. Lexi is a tight spot. No matter what she does, she can't seem to get out from under her debt. When her best friend jokes about being a mistress to a rich man, Lexi is horrified and laughs it off. When Lexi is kicked out of her apartment due to missing rent too many times, her best friend takes matter into her own hands. Lexi is introduced to Bobby Manghini at a night club. Embarrassed, Lexi wants to hide in shame, only to find herself charmed by his old school gentleman ways.
The characters in this story are endearing. Lexi is the girl next door. She's pretty average in every way. She's also low maintenance which is ideal for a man who doesn't want any complications. Bobby Manghini is done with relationships. Owning a mistress is not only his kink, but it allows him to keep her in a nice and neat box. He also enjoys playing the sugar daddy part so there is no harm no foul in this set up. Lexi and Bobby both know going into it, what it is they will be getting out of it.
The conflict in this story is a bit confusing to me. I guess it's because I'm not one who was interested in marriage. Lexi knows upfront she's a highly paid whore. For her to be upset about Bobby's marital status makes no sense to me. Regardless of his marital status, he wanted and paid for a woman willing to be skull fucked and take it up the ass when he wanted it. Her feelings are irrelevant. This isn't a relationship of that kind. It's a business transaction and her reaction, I found to be rather insulting. The story makes it out for Bobby to be in the wrong. Especially when Lexi's friend explained the agreement up front, how could it be interpreted any other way?
“I know he’s sugar daddy material because his last mistress can’t get over him. She hangs out all the time hoping to run into him and wheedle her way back into his wallet. According to her, he put her in a fancy apartment and gave her cash every time they were together.”
“So basically, she was a whore.”
“Yeah... maybe. But he’s totally hot. I’d do him for a fancy apartment in a heartbeat if I were single.”(Kindle loc. 59-63)
After this conversation, how can there be any misunderstandings? When Bobby says, "open your mouth", Lexi should open it wide and start sucking. When he orders, "bend over", she need to bend over and pull her butt checks apart and be dripping wet. After a while, I am a bit disappointed with Lexi because she changes the rules on Bobby and makes him pay for it.
Now, there is nothing wrong with Lexi feeling the way she did. For her to feel wronged, that is where I'm not understanding. And this is where Lexi comes across as an immature petty bitch. She demonstrates her lack of ability to communicate like a mature human being. This is why the story became a bit of a letdown for me. I understand the need for this in order to create the conflict and bring about a happy ever after. I just didn't like it - personal preference.
The kinky parts to this story is fabulous. The way Lexi is treated really rocks my boat. Bobby is no pussy whipped dominant until near the end. He knows what he likes and he takes it. Lexi gets off of it too which makes the erotic sex appealing. Ms. Rose does an excellent job with the sex and the characters. Even if I didn’t how they behaved, it is well written. Recommended for kinky readers who fantasize about being a dirty little side piece to a sugar daddy.

Bobby he's a really nice guy he knows how to take care of himself and what's his, "if things work out between us, and you become my sugar baby. I will handle all your problems. I always take care of what's mine." He is an a** man and his girl has a nice one, "he leaned over and smacked her a** again, hard enough to make her yelp. "You'd better watch out, little girl, or I'll give you a real taste of authority." I liked this book the only question I really had was hold old is bobby and Lexi? Other than that question I enjoyed this book probably more than the first one in the series, this one seemed to have more depth and I liked that.

I LOVE Renee Rose books! My first read into the domestic discipline book was Ms. Rose's book. I've read BDSM before, but hers was a little different and I researched the types of books they were and found the BDSM subgenre of domestic discipline. I was hooked. Since then whenever I can read an ARC from her or I see her books on Amazon Kindle Unlimited I grab it and try to read them right away.
I've already read the 1st and 3rd book in this series. I am FINALLY able to read this 2nd book and it did not disappoint! It was slightly different to me because instead of the insta-love and the usual courtship Lexi meets Bobby because she needs help financially and a place to stay since she's so in debt and had been evicted. Lexi's friend introduces her to Bobby so he could be her Sugar Daddy. So even though there is attraction between them they both understand this is an arrangement...she gets protection and money and he gets sex whenever he wants it. Lexi is under the assumption that Bobby is married because of his rule about not ever having contact with his family when in reality he has been divorced for 9 years.
This is a well written story peppered with the dominant/submissive relationship they have. The sex scenes were hot and I enjoyed the little things they did for each other to show that they were starting to care for each other...she would cook for him and cut his hair and he made massage appointments for her and found a way to help her with her trauma from her car accident. I can't wait to read more books from Renee Rose.

Finding this book was such a pleasant surprise for me, because I really did enjoy Bossman. I atruegemawardwasn’t aware that another in this ‘married to the mob’ series was written, and when I found it, I had to devour it in one night.
I liked Lexi, even if I did find her somewhat unrealistic. She had gotten herself into a bad financial situation through no fault of her own, and saw a sugar daddy relationship with Bobby as her only way out. However, for someone who never did anything like this before, she jumped into a relationship with Bobby very quickly and with no sense of self preservation as to getting in bed with the mafia. However, she was likable and I rooted for her relationship to work out.
But for me, what really made this story was Bobby. He came off at first as the stereotypical Italian macho type guy, but seeing things from his point of view, his interactions with his teenage daughters, understanding his desire for his kink and the reasons he enjoyed the “goomah” relationship he wanted with Lexi, I was able to view him as less of a mobster and more of a loving (if somewhat spanky) guy. He was sweet and intense and genuinely wanted to take care of Lexi.
While I am loving this series, I do realize that it may only appeal to a small subset of those into reading BDSM. This wasn’t focused on the bondage so much as the power exchange and spanking. A lot of spanking. But both Bobby and Lexi enjoyed it, so it always remained in the realm of safe, sane and consensual.
If you haven’t read Bossman, it’s certainly worth going back and reading. However, it is not necessary to understand this story. Sophie and Joey, the main characters in the first book, do make a few appearances here, but reading their romance first is not a requirement to fully enjoying Mob Mistress.
I truly loved this book. I liked the characters, I liked the relationship, and the sex was unbelievably hot hot hot! The only thing I didn’t like about this book was that it ended. I wanted more time with Bobby! I’d even be willing to risk a punishment to get it…

Another HOT, HOT, HOT story by Renee Rose!
I loved the chemistry between Bobby and Lexi. OMG, hot, alpha mobster who becomes a sugar daddy. Mmmm. The sex scenes, especially, the one where her ex walks in- were amazing. I loved them.
But it wasn't just about the sex and domination.
Bobby was a sweetheart, even though he was strict with Lexi.
And Lexi was exactly what Bobby needed.
Their chemistry was amazing.
The plot was fun, engaging, easy to follow- I really enjoyed watching them fall in love.
But don't worry, as is usual with a Renee Rose book, there was plenty of hot, sexy whippings and anal play.
What a fun addition to the Bossman series- and it was easy to read as a standalone.

This is a great book. Lexi and Bobby have the right amount of kink, romance and conflict. I have to go back and read book 1 in the series, but I think I will be reading all of the Bozeman books.

I received this book as an ARC from Netgalley for my honest review. This is the first book that I have read from Renee Rose and I liked it. Reading the description I did not know if it would be my cup of tea but the story line and romantic scenes were very well written.
Renee Rose did a good job of breaking down the two characters so that not only do you understand why Lexi is in the financial situation that she is in but exactly why Bobby likes to play the Sugar daddy. I love books like this where a relationship starts one way with strict boundaries and then blossoms into something that can not be contained by simple rules.
Bobby is a man who likes to be in control when it comes to his business and especially when it comes to the bedroom. In the bedroom Bobby wants submission from his partners and in return he gives them everything they could ever dream of.

I can honestly say that I have never read a mobster romance but I am glad that I read this one. It's extremely hot in the bedroom and very emotional outside of it. It really is great book, Renee Rose did a great job. I will definitely keep an out for her next book and recommend this to my friends.
Renee Rose did a good job of breaking down the two characters so that not only do you understand why Lexi is in the financial situation that she is in but exactly why Bobby likes to play the Sugar daddy. I love books like this where a relationship starts one way with strict boundaries and then blossoms into something that can not be contained by simple rules.
Bobby is a man who likes to be in control when it comes to his business and especially when it comes to the bedroom. In the bedroom Bobby wants submission from his partners and in return he gives them everything they could ever dream of.

Okay, I need to be clear: The idea of walking up to “known” mofia dude and offering to be his fee for service goomah is ludicrous. But, once you suspend your sense of preservation and belief…this was a fun, flirty and flat out hard core sexy book. Please note the publishers warning…everything is true and then some!

Bobby is the total Alpha male. Which makes me like him but he can also be a straight up a**. He is a control freak, like to keep business and his bedroom if separate. He is use to getting what he wants from his partners and will reciprocate by giving to them financially.
This book even though its kind of short it did deliver a full story. Like they say good things come in small packages. Renee Rose this was a fantastic book. I hope to here more from Bobby& Lexi. Really enjoyed them both.

Mob Mistress by Renee Rose was the first book I've read by this author and something about it sucked me in. I read it all in one sitting and couldn't put it down. The characters were well written and believable, but not over the top when it came to the mob aspect. I like that Lexi didn't want to be a kept woman, but realized she needed to in order to survive. Bobby really cared for Lexi, but I didn't particularly care for his form of discipline. Spankings are fine, but a couple of times they got too intense and I found myself cringing for Lexi. Overall this was a good book, and I give it 4 stars. It does have some aspects that might make certain readers uncomfortable, but I really enjoyed the book and will be reading more from this author.

This is the perfect follow up to The Bossman, the first in Renee’s Mafia’s series. Renee always writes totally believable characters and plots and Mob’s Mistress is no different. The sexual tension between Bobby and Lexi is palpable from the start as Renee weaves a terrific story through the ins and out of a relationship that takes Lexi from a ‘goomah’ to an important part of Bobby’s life, something he doesn’t realize until its almost too late.
You feel a kinship for these characters and also get a peak into Sophie and Joey’s life. If you loved The Bossman, this is a must read and if you didn’t, be sure to pick up both.

Wonderful follow up to the Bossman. This time a sweet hairdresser Lexi get evicted from her apartment and becomes a mistress to Bobby who is connected to the Mafia but is a straight businessman. They have more ups and downs then an elevator in their relationship and it's so much fun follow them. Renee delves deeply into the thoughts and acts of these characters with amazing insights. The story line is excellent and has romance, panty melting hot sex, suspense, spanking and everything else that makes this a great read.

Smokin' Hot!
This is a fantastic book. I absolutely loved it! The chemistry between Bobby and Lexi is off the charts and boy, does it make for a steamy hot read! It's written so very well with a very believable plot! I really liked the first in the series but I think I like this one even more! I hope there will be another in the series!

That book started out very factual to me, I couldn't really get into the characters. After the first couple chapters that totally changed. I really enjoyed this quick read. Everything happened a bit fast for me but I still enjoyed it.

I loved this touching and erotic story about Bobby and Lexi. It had enough drama to keep me reading and a lot of hot sex scenes that had me fanning myself! I would love to read more about what happens to them next as they grow into their new relationship!

This book was a bit rushed for me.
The whole arrangement for mistress was set up in an instance. And that was it.
Even the sexy scenes were a little too fast for me.
All in all, it wasn't terrible, it just wasn't my favourite.

Ok, maybe it's just me diving into another book fantasy but this is how I totally see the mob functioning. I love the alpha male, the love story and the hea. An easy 5 star read for me.

This was a very quick read with one hot mob boss, Bobby, and a down-on-her-luck hair stylist, Lexi. Lexi's friend tells her of a way to get the money she needs to get out of debt and also find a place to live after being evicted. That way requires her to be the mistress of Bobby, in return he will shower her with gifts and money and she will be at his beck and call whenever he likes. It's a pretty sleezy way of getting the money, but it worked for them, so who am I to judge?
Bobby is a dominant alpha male who loves to spank and take control, but also has a soft side that wants to take care of Lexi more than he has his previous mistresses. He was actually pretty sweet a lot of times, when he wasn't jumping to conclusions of course.
Lexi was just an okay character for me. She appeared pretty shallow and claimed she wanted an actual relationship with Bobby, yet she was still all about the money it seemed, especially in the end when she refuses to move to his house and still wants to live in his apartment where she'll continue getting all the gifts. I just didn't get her reactions. And the reaction to finding out he wasn't married was just ludicrous in my opinion.
This book is 80% sex, 20% actual plot, so be warned - and the scenes are really brief at that, so we don't get a feel for how a character is really feeling, just the basic facts of the act. It just didn't allow me to make the connection with them that I'd like. Granted, this is a novella, so only so much can fit. I think there could have been fewer intimate encounters, while expanding on their growing relationship. The sex was really hot though, so it at least had that going for it.

I came to see more about Renee Rose’s books after reading her novella Her Royal Master in Royally Mine story collection.
The story had a very distinctive outlook on BDSM, making me believe this author doesn’t have same misconceptions of the practice as most other authors have. Well, wrong.
Mob Mistress heroine is a brain-dead bimbo, who’s only purpose is to be fucked and punished by male lead. Really Renee? Hairstylist Lexi gets in financial troubles and finds herself a sugar daddy. Well okay, not so bright for a book plot, but whatever. However, Lexi then proceeds to make absolutely stupid decisions and tantrums, that wouldn’t come across a 12-yo teenagers mind, much less a grown woman, and of course these displays of stupidity earn her sexual punishments, which she submits to all too willingly, since ML is paying all her bills. But attention. ML likes her very much, because she is oh so different from his other fuck buddies, because she would normally totally walk in a wide circle around him, condemning any ideas of sex for money, but poor she didn’t have other choice. Yes, she doesn’t have any choice to that extent, that when another girl claims ML planned a threesome for them, she doesn’t even struggle when that girl comes to kiss her – feeling conflicted, yes, but in a he-should-have-told-me-first kind of way, not in an absolutely-not-that-is-my-limit kind of way.

I am very disappointed. The heroine is indeed brain-dead and there isn’t even one thing interesting about the ML either. The whole plot is practically non-existent, and that degrades the book basically to a cheap porn plotless story.
