Wow
The book was a Excellent Read ! It was so good from Start to finish. The Secrets ,lies, deceit Omg , what all is behind closed doors!
Pastor Craig Donovan was a piece of work, and so was Imani. So happy that they could find there way back to one another after so many tragedies! This is a must read!!!!

Must Read
I couldn't do anything but shake my head reading this. This book would be a trigger for any woman if she has been sexual abused it raped before. Craig standing in the pulpit as a man of cloth preaching about love, honor, strength, faithfulness, etc was a crock of bull. He most definitely wasn't faithful. He had no qualms about carelessly cheating. I already knew Dominique was going to be a huge problem because of the way she purposely got Pastor Craig to fall into her trap but then again it wasn't a trap because he wanted her. Imani should've been divorced him when she found out about his first affair. It would've saved her the heartache and kept her relationship with their daughter Armani intact. People need to stop staying married for the sake of children because it do more harm than good. Armani heard the constant arguing between her mother and father. She use that as a reason to act out. I can't get with how disrespectful she was towards her mother though. Her father was too busy with the Church and screwing around to witness how Armani spoke to Imani. Now Imani was a saint because she had a few secrets of her own that could've landed her in prison trying to hold on to a loveless marriage. Finding out your teenage daughter is pregnant can be heartbreaking. I understand why Imani did what she did but the way she went about it was wrong. While she was worried about how it would look if their family and Church had a scandal. She should've been worried about Armani mental state. Leo had no business messing with Armani. Especially once he realized her real age. I was disgusted with Craig because once he found out when Leo and Armani started messing around. He should've been pissed the hell off instead of embracing it. I knew sooner or later Leo was going to end up breaking Armani heart. He took advantage and used her until he could've anymore and used what her mother did as an excuse. What happened to Imani was horrible. Stacie and Reggie are some damn monsters. Imani hadn't done anything to either of them to warrant what they did to her. The fact his wife was missing for damn six month's before Craig file a missing report showed how heartless and trifling he was. His dumb ass was sleeping with the enemy. I didn't feel sorry for him when Dominique showed her crazy side. He was to blame for the chaos and trauma Imani suffered. She should've left his ass in that Hospital when he got shot.

Loved It
A great story by Lady Lissa. Very well written and the character development was great. Infidelity, lies. and secrets have shattered the Pastor and the First Lady's marriage. Image and how others perceived them because the primary cause of how the chain of events happened to them in this book. Although the Donovan family goes through some really bad experiences, in the end they rely on their faith and the love for their daughter to bring them back together stronger than ever. Really enjoyed reading this book.

Wow!!
This book had me hooked from the beginning to the end. Pastor Craig Donovan was a real piece of work and his wife, Imani was a prude t took tragedies in all of their lives to make them more humble and realize that they really wanted and needed to be together. Really enjoyed reading this book!!

Deadly Secrets
Who's this book here brought out a few different emotions. As a woman I understood the First Lady anger and frustration about the Pastor cheating ways. But, then at the same time I didn't like her ways or attitude. The Pastor was just straight up disrespectful. This is a very good book to read and it earned its 5⭐

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! Ths is like....Hands dwn one of the BEST books ever!! All of the characters were OFF the chain!! I had a feeling it was going 2 end the way tht it did which I am glad BUT I wtd MORE on tht trifling Leo....HE was the worst!! Buy ths book!! U Will NOT want 2 put it dwn....

Pastor Craig Donovan
This story took me through a lot of emotions. The storyline is perfect, and it makes you say "what"? Lady Lissa you did a wonderful job with this. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Pastor Donovan caused all of this insane dysfunction in his family. He got lucky in the end though. Great job; five stars.

Drama for days
Entertaining and drama filled. Not necessarily believable, but for the story's sake it worked. Definitely a page turner and I had to skip through a lot of gruesome and erotic pages. Could use a good edit. There were a few discrepancies, too. Loved the storyline but it went a bit overboard.

Good Standalone
I really enjoyed this story. Not sure about Craig, towards the middle of the story I started to hate him and I still don’t feel like he deserves Imani. A few typos. Also, Stacy was the first to tell Reggie to kidnap the First Lady, but some how the author later made it like it was all Dominiques idea. However good story to read.

Wow leo was wrong on how he treated Armani. Now Dominique was one crazy person she really killed a innocent person so she can be with Craig wish I don’t understand cause he was not ready to leave his wife The plot Twist was Reggie being her half brother wow. This was a very good read

Great story!!
Pastor Craig was a mess. He could not get it together. Having an affair while pastoring a mega church is something. Lady Lissa did not disappoint in this page turner. It was truly scandalous.

What a filthy Reverend. Unfortunately lots of the affairs described in this book are a reality in our churches. I thought we would get a prosecution scene though because Dominique and her brother were bonkers..And where were the twin cousins..

Pow pow
Dominique was a real nutty buddy. I never seen this ending coming. Avery died and Dominique took her own life. How crazy is that. That bullet Pastor Donovan caught definitely put things back into perspective for him. In the end he was a faithful and God fearing man.

I loved the book! My only complaint was the timeline. One minute Armani was 13, the next, 11.. then she was 13 but 9 months later she had just turned 15? The editor should have caught that! Anyhow, the storyline was dope!
