You’ll get the idea but it’s like a translation by someone with broken English and a poor understanding of grammar. Some important points are lost because of bad syntax. Don’t buy! It’s a quick but painful read that may be doing a disservice to the original book. Thank goodness for Kindle Unlimited!

A lot to consider.

Provides a new and interesting perspective for healthy eating. Their is a consistent relationship between many other diets that would, demonstrate to me a level of reliability. Worth reading.

I have mixed feelings on this book. Although it's deeply informative, solutions are no quick fix. I recommend this work for someone who is ready to dive into a massive change in their lifestyle. This is a good read if you are ready for a big change.

Worst grammar and sentence structure ever.

I guess the information was an accurate summary of the book, but the writing was clumsy and weird. Some editor should have helped polish it up. I would be more disappointed if I had paid for this.

Good summary

I read the book and wanted to see what the summary was like. Very close only left out the food list and recipes.

I believe that I need to read the non summary book to get the references the author uses to support his position.

Outlandish.

I have rarely read anything so unbelievably far fetched. Being healthy cannot be so complex. Simplicity and common sense along with eating locally grown organic food will give anyone a sustainable life.
