Love blooms in the New Hampshire town of Red Maple Falls in this utterly romantic collection of small-town love stories! Join the Hayes siblings as they each find love in the most unexpected of ways.

Book #1: Matt and Shay
A hot cop and a sweet baker get a second chance at love in this small-town romance.
Seventeen years after Shay Michaels said goodbye to summers in Red Maple Falls and the only boy she ever truly loved, she's back and the proud owner of Sweet Dreams Bakery. Life is good until someone breaks into her shop, making her question if the life she left behind in New York followed her.

As the local sheriff, Matt is keeping a close eye on the place and an even closer eye on the beautiful owner who refuses to take the break in seriously. Two conflicting personalities that burn bright on their own become down right explosive when thrown together. But in order to move toward a future together, they will have to let go of their past and accept the mistakes they made.

Book #2 Kate and Caleb
It was love at first sight until he opened his mouth.
Born and raised in the small town of Red Maple Falls, it's impossible for Kate Hayes to meet a guy she hasn't known since first grade. When she is approached by a ridiculously attractive, unfamiliar face during one of her glass blowing demonstrations, she can't help but get her hopes up. Until he opens his mouth.

Caleb James established his bike shop in the middle of nowhere to escape his past. When the owner of the adjoining business blocks his parking spots to put on her "arts and crafts hour" he has no choice but to shut her down. What he doesn't expect is the fresh-faced beauty who refuses to accommodate his requests. Nor does he expect for the small town to be filled with big personalities who feel the need to force their way into his life, refusing to leave him alone.

While Caleb continues to fight Kate, and tries to keep his distance, holding on to a vow he made to himself to never trust again, she tears down every wall he's ever built. Will the promise of a future with Kate be enough to break the promise of his past?

Book #3: Mason and Cassie
When he gave her a job, he didn't expect to also give her his heart.
Barely hanging on after narrowly escaping an abusive relationship, Cassie Alan is running dangerously low on funds. After her job hunt comes up empty, she wishes for a miracle, only for the skies to turn black and dump on her. That pretty much sums up her life. But then he shows up. With the promise of a warm truck and a list of people who would vouch he's not a serial killer, Cassie accepts the ride. What she doesn't expect is for her entire life to change when she steps into the old truck.

New business owner Mason Hayes has a very strict Do not mix business and pleasure. Until he hires the beautiful rain-soaked girl he rescued on the side of the road and finds it impossible to resist her. With each innocent touch and passion fueled gaze, his desires only grow. Afraid to scare her away and determined to gain Cassie's trust, Mason gives Cassie complete control over the pace of their budding relationship.

As Cassie slowly opens up, revealing her dark past and shameful secrets, Mason sees beyond the scars to the strong fighter she really is. But when the past she ran away from threatens their happily ever after, will Cassie find the strength Mason sees in her to fight back?

I really enjoyed these three stories and I loved the extra characters. My only real criticism is that there are just a few too many mistakes. Simple typos, wrong spellings and occasional wrong word used. Such small mistakes that would easily have been caught by editing software or a thorough read-through. The odd one or two mistakes, I could overlook, but there are just too many and I knocked a star off the rating for that.

Love Red Maple Falls

Small town, no privacy, loads of fun and unique characters!!! Love the Haus family and Terry Would have liked to know more about Ben, even if he is just a cameo character. Look forward to seeing the rest of the family and watch as they grow. Great series, well written and makes you feel like you are there and a part of it!

Woefully bland.

Note: this review is only for the first book of this bundle. It seems I'm not cut out for this author's writing style or storytelling abilities, and I simply can't see myself willfully trudging through the remainder of this series at ALL. This isn't to say the thing was awful but, it certainly wasn't anything to get excited about. If I had to venture a guess based on this first book alone, I'd say this series is right up the alley of those who are fond of cutesy little Hallmark romances that don't offer much beyond the "feel good" sensations. This was absolutely a bare-bones romance with cardboard cutout characters populating a generic storyland, and it showed.

For me, this book was totally 1-star territory for the cheap feel alone. However, I felt the extra star was warranted thanks mostly to the secondary characters (who I found more interesting than the main ones), and the lack of trashiness. I'd rather take a boring romance than a trashy romance any day, so this one fit that specific mold just fine. Though I feel obliged to mention that of COURSE this thing isn't trashy, since literally every single sex scene was in the background anyway. The author spent more time mentioning arousals and the subsequent foreplay that leads to sex, but when it came to writing the actual sex, nope! It's all behind-the-scenes. Pretty funny, actually.

Outside of the blandness of this story, by far my biggest complaint is the main characters themselves, along with their very poor development. Shay was by far the WORST of the two, written to be this needlessly stubborn, combative, argumentative, spoiled, manipulative, tantrum-throwing baby of a woman that has literally NO appeal. Matt was barely better, at least when he's not pining for Shay, but even he still came across as this tragic simp of a man, a pushover with an unhealthy fixation on Shay that never felt justified, both past and present. I never thought I'd see the day where I'd PINE for one of those jerk alphas of other books, but here I am.

All in all, as I said before, this story (and likely all subsequent follow-ups) seems built for a specific kind of audience with simpler tastes. If you want a guy, a girl, and putting them in minor scuffles and then have them be in love with some random sexy times thrown in, then this should work fine for you. Personally, I like my romances with far more complexity, drama, and angst that isn't ridiculous, and I like them populated by characters that are grown in a believable way. I like to CARE about who I'm reading. I like to relate to them. I like to keep thinking about them when it's all over. This story provided NONE of that, and I was happy to finish it. Now, I shall delete from my Kindle...

Delicious Red Maple Falls

The forest two books were sizzling hot with their couples. Both Terry and Shay's title of the their delicious food makings had my mouth watering every time. I even tried making one of Terry's yummy- sounding treats. It was delicious.
Shay and Matt's story was probably my favorite. I think it was because of their back story. Plus, there were the Cruella jokes, as well.
Then Caleb and Kate's was good because Caleb knew lonliness, he was able to detect it someone else. That got him out of his slump by befriending the forgotten, (seemingly to him), the older man.
Cassie and Mason were fine, but it kind of felt as though the author was not too into telling this story. I'm not sure why. I knew there would be a confrontation of some kind from Cassie's past, and I was kind of impatient for it to happen. Even when Ms. Paolo spared the inevitable scene of violence, but it seemed forced.

All in all, the stories were worth reading. I truly enjoyed getting to know the assertive, humour-laden and over-the-top, leopard everything except the apple-decorated diner, owner. Plus, I loved Matt's reaction to Shay's pink everything bakery.
I'm looking forward to reading Hadley and Sam's get together and even the romance synical Cooper and his comeuppance with love.

This was a very very enjoyable series with some high drama to the stories along with the sweet romances for this family. In book 1 Shay is returning to town having left the man now sheriff back when they graduated 17 yrs ago. But, it seems someone is out to get her and he will protect her as they rekindle their long lost love. In Book 2 Kate is the Sheriff’s sister with her own backstory about glass blowing and a new to town neighbor with social skill problems who doesn’t want her blocking their shared parking lot entrance. She and the rest of the town soon sweeten him up and cause him to fall in love. In book 3 another brother is changing his ways and turning his IPA hobby into a real business. He finds a waif of a woman irresistible and gives her a job … and then becomes her protector … and they fall in love. All 3 were really sweet and enjoyable reads with nice dashes of drama.

Done right

A series of books about siblings each finding their forever love. Great live stories, with wonderful life like characters. Each of the books can be read as a stand alone, and each book has a completed plot and doesn't leave you hanging. Great characters, ( you are going to love Grandma and Terry), great story lines, and filled with romance. This is a series done right!

VERY PROMISING SERIES

A cute and very entertaining read of the first three books in the Red Maple Falls series. This author created an amazing group of characters residing in this small town. The most prominent group are the Hayes family. The remaining collection of the various town people help to make this read fascinating; both comedic and lovable.

NEEDS LOTS OF EDITING

A reader can tell when he/she is a new writer. This is due to the fact of the writing & not having an editor. I hate it when new writers don't who don't get editors for their books!! I would have finished the books, but the books need a lot of editing. This prevented me from enjoying or finishing the books.

Too many inconsistencies. One story spent time on Terry ordering a bike. Coming in repeatedly to change her order. Excited to get. Never a mention of her coming to get it. Another story a couple spend time discussing what is best burger, they go to bar and order burger and that’s it.

I only read the first in the trilogy, and I had to force myself to finish it. It's not my style, apparently. If you like fluff with a tiny touch of spice, go for it. I do feel like it was fairly predictable and repetitive.

Hold my beer.....

If you think you can keep a determined woman, who happens to be in love, down, you have another thing coming. Every woman should know self defense, because life is full of nasty surprises. Now it's time to kick butt.

I fell in love with these stories. Each story had a separate theme about a brother and his girl. How they come to be is another thing you just need to read for yourself. Enjoy!

The stories were good and entertaining but all the descriptive sex was totally unnecessary and added nothing, they detracted.

Loved the characters, enjoyed the stories, very satisfying, but needs a better proofreader. That's what keeps it from the 5th star.
