It’s essentially the Spanish version of Dork Diaries. Este libro es de facíl lectura. Es súper divertido. It definitely helped me understand Spanish more! Thanks Señora Flores :)
It’s a very silly story, but its intent is to help one get used to reading in Spanish. In my opinion, it does a good job of combining simple sentences with pictures in order to make reading in a second language more fun. This book is definitely geared towards beginners.
Read this to my 5yo daughter (translated it in the fly). She LOVED it. Tracked with the story and laughed at the funny parts. Good stuff. Really helpful and instructive for a beginner like me.
