This was the first book I've read about real estate investing, and it was written in 1976. Therefore, I'm not sure how useful it is.
However, it feels useful. I feel like I understand a lot more than I did before, which is always good when reading about a topic one knows next to nothing about.
At the same time, this book was recommended to me by a good friend, someone whose family has made a ton of money investing in real estate. I take his recommendation here seriously and trust that the book contains pertinent information.
If nothing else, this book made me want to apprentice in real estate. It made me want to grab a mentor and learn everything I can about the subject. It made me want to study more.
Good book.
