I really liked this book a lot. Victor and Monica are so sweet and sexy. I loved seeing what Julie and Fiona are up to (at least in another writer's imagination). Great plot and writing. Fabulous job MJ Nightingale!

A fantastic read by an amazing author
OMG how much did I love this book by MJ Nightingale. Not only did it have a cousin of the fabulous Marino brothers but it also had some of my favourite Susan Stoker characters in, Caroline, wolf, commander Hurt, Julie, Fiona, cookie, Tex. This was a fantastic addition to the kindleworld of Susan Stoker.
The story was brilliant because it wasn't even who I thought it was once I got through most of the book. It was full of intrigue, a lot of suspense, kidnapping (not Caroline this time) and tense situations as Monica and victor, cousin of the Marino brothers, try to spend time with each other whilst they are away from their kids. With Monica's, Fiona's and Julie's life in danger from someone from Monica's past, can the seals and commander Hurt get to the girls before they meet their fate? Can't wait for more books by this author.

Protecting Secrets with a splash of Ms. Stoker's SEAL team
With this story combining both the authors series then you're guaranteed to get a good story.
Monica and her husband are in Riverton for the week while he works on a joint project between the Army and the Navy. While there they attend a fundraiser for the new Rape Crisis Center. But little does she know that a dark and sinister person from her past has plans for Julie, Fiona and her.
While there is some tension still between Julie and Fiona from their kidnapping in Mexico there's a possibility that they can move on and form a friendship. But it will take all three ladies, Tex and his tracking devices plus Fiona leaving a trail of bread crumbs so their husbands can find them. Will they arrive in time to save them or are the lost forever?
However their will be a huge surprise for Fiona that will change her life forever and give her someone to love and cherish.

Monica Ciccone, Julie Hurt, and Fiona Knox are broght together for a charity function that will help open a rape crisis center in Riverton CA where Julie and Fiona live. Monica is visiting with her husband from Florida and the three are bonding together by their pasts. They are all survivors and when evil from Monica's past threatens all three they must work together to save themselves.
This was a fast paced story and it is clear that the men love their women. There are a few suprises that popped up and they were well written. I have read Fiona's story and tried to picture her mother the way she was described in the book. It was a bit different then what I had in mind. Not in a bad way, just different.

ENTERTAINING DRAMA AND SUSPENSEFUL ENDING
An intense read involving several female characters, each having survived emotional past traumas including kidnapping and rape. All these women finally get together with their respective husbands to help fund and support a new Rape Crisis Center. As each set of characters are introduced, the author inserts the thoughts of an unknown individual. Gradually this unknown individual 's intent become a very apparent. There is a very surprising conclusion

I enjoyed this one, using characters from the SEAL of Protection series (primarily wives) and Nightingale's Secrets and Seduction series. Even with the grammatical errors, the story was a good one.
Redemption for one, a new family for another and new friends for all, make the story sweet, too. The best part is the mending of broken spirits among three very strong women. BTW, they also put down a pretty nasty criminal, too!

Excellent
This was a very well written story. The look into this time of the various couples lives was touching. The storyline has some exciting action, heartbreaking blips, and heartwarming scenes that really make you just want to spend more time in this Kindle World. This author has written three great additions to this series. I hope she will continue to contribute . Highly recommend!

Great gem of a book!
Absolutely loved this book. I got to reconnect with book friends! Julie mission in life is to help others that have been where she, Fiona and Monica have been. The secrets that come out from their backgrounds, i absolutely loved it. I devoured this book so quickly and was sad when it ended (I wanted more as usual). You won't be disappointed! It was a beautifully written story!

Great as a standalone and as in world
This is written in the Susan Stoked universe and captures the feel and the personalities used. But as a standalone, without any helping background, it is a excellent story that grabs your attention and your emotions.

Special Forces: Operation Alpha: Protecting Secrets
I loved this book and meeting new and old characters Miss Nightingale did Susan Stoker proud. Julie was a birch, when you first met her but I would have her as my friend now she proved herself.

Very good read! It was nice catching up with Monica and Victor and Susan Stoker's seals and their ladies! MJ Nightingale always does a good job in Susan Stoker kindle world, as she did in this book. I highly recommend reading this book!

Yes to Nightingale
I love every book I have read by Nightingale. I loved her addition to Stoker's Special Forces: Operation Alpha world. I read Monica and Victor's story so I was happy to read about them again. Overall good story and we some surprises. Happy Reading!!!

Excellent! Esp w/Susan Stoker characters!

Nice addition to Cookie and Fiona, and for the Commander and Julie. Nice meeting Victor and Monica. I especially enjoyed how Tex got to work his magic with his trackers.

Meh. Read it cause I love the characters of Cookie and Hunter but felt let down by this. Julie is also not my.favorite person in the world. This was missing something.

Victor and Monica are both visiting Patrick and Julie. They get to meet the whole team while there. Monica is able to pick up the tension going on with Fiona and Julie.
Julie is trying to open a rape crisis center. While they are all at the ceremony, they are introduced to a congressman. They are invited to have lunch the next day with him. When the women meet the next day to have lunch, a secret is revealed. The congressman is Fiona's father.
The man who had raped Monica and gotten away with it is back for her. Julie and Fiona will just be an added bonus. He figures out a way to kidnap all three of them. Will all the men be able to find them in time?

I love Susan Stockers seals of protection series and have enjoyed the the kindle world opened up to authors who have written stories that include these characters I enjoy so much. MJ Nightengale did a fabulous job bridging her characters with Susan's. I love the closur that she brought to Julie and Fiona's story. It was real and believable and enjoyable to watch evolve. I also enjoyed seeing how Monica and Victor love so pationately. Wonderful story and highly recommend!
