Jan agrees to chaperone the church youth groups overnight camping trip. The trip includes her granddaughter Avery. Jan wakes the next morning to find that Avery has wondered off into the Maine wilderness with a new friend. Temps start to drop and it starts to snow. Can they find them in time?
This is another good selection from Guideposts’ Tearoom mysteries. I’ve been enjoying this series for quite a while, as this is Book 22. I always love joining my “friends” in this series. This particular cozy mystery focuses on Jan’s young teenage granddaughter for the main plot, who turns up missing. I love the additional threads in the story, which are quite interesting. Great characters and a wonderful family and community story.
Another good story. Whoever did this series of plot ideas, chose wonderful story lines. This book found Avery and a friend lost in the woods. Jan puts aside her panic and works to help locate her granddaughter. A lesson in faith, family, and friends, again! You keep waiting for them to be found (and you know they will) and rejoice when they are. Well done!
This is Book 22 in the Tea room Mysteries. I have to say that even with it's minor flaws it is by far my favorite. I was in tears a few times. What a roller coaster of emotions came with this one. Well done! I'm on to Book 23 Do You See What I See?
