Another great book by Gary Starta. What if microscopic aliens started contacting you on your television? They are warning you about the destruction of the world if people don't start taking care of it and quit destroying what they have. This is what is happening to Wilfred. At first, no one believes him, but finally, they understand. An EPA scientist gets involved, she believes him and helps get the message out. I liked that this was a new take on aliens. They were not the tall "grays" you read about but something much smaller and more deadly. I thought the ending was great. I loved this book.

Interesting premise

Is it insanity or true aliens? Myopic is a great title that fits the story. The author writes about a myopic writer, which gives some great depth to the story. I liked the premise, and listening to this story, I give praise to the author and the narrator. Sometimes you just have to sit back and listen, and enjoy, and that's what I did with this story. It's a journey of faith in oneself and what is out there, the unknown. I enjoyed the story and the narrator engaged the reader with the drama.

I enjoyed this short story. I could visualize everything as the narrator brought the story to life. The plot was interesting and kept me engaged for the most part. I wondered off a couple of times and had to rewind. Overall it was a satisfactory story. It was a short 35 minute listen at my listening speed. The narrator did a fine job and I have no complaints.

Disclaimer: I've been listening at 2x speed for so long anything else sounds like slow motion. My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to multiple times. I'll update my review if I listen again.

I requested this book from the author, narrator, or publisher in exchange for an honest, unbiased review.

audible:This was a really good short book.It was about aliens contacting an author, to plead their case in helping them save earth. Rachel Alena was a fine narrator.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.'
