Ever want to be able to give a book another 1/2 a star? Consider this a 4.5 star rating from me. There is helpful information on absolutely every page of this book. I'm using it with my 17 year old - and it's working! His advice is biblical, practical, common sense that seems to escape even an experienced parent like me. I enjoyed reading the stories of other parents and honestly, quite bratty children. It made me feel less like the problem-child-parent with the problem child.

My reservation of that last 1/2 a star was for the last bit of the book. I'm not saying I'm against the holding, but it's not what I would choose. Then again, never say never.

It is now one of my top recommended books for parenting!
