I started to turn down the pages that were exceptional. I had to stop earmarking the pages. EVERY Page was turned down. It has so much information and speaks to the Heart of where this entire country should be with the Human Race and human connections. This is a Must read. I bought several books and gifting them to a number of people and businesses who will benefit from reading Kody's material. So inspirational and right on target to what is needed in our society, not to mention how it WILL build any and every business out there. I hope there will be enough books for me to reorder in BULK. .
I just finished reading an advanced copy of the book. Found it very interesting and educational about Relationships and Marketing.
I leaned how building a Relationship is more important than making an immediate customer or sale.. Also how important real followup is so important to developing that long lasting relationship.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone that is in sales, marketing or in a Network Marketing group. I plan on getting more copies to give to my customers and friends.
Kody is very authentic, and it comes off in his writing. He did a great job explaining the importance of his 80/20 rule: 80% relationship building and 20% target marketing. He also did an excellent job demonstrating how a mastery of one's self leads to success in our personal and professional lives. It is a well-written book that also highlights the significance of his business for using his cards as touch points within an advantageous CRM system. I recommend this book to any entrepreneurs, managers, or leaders.
An excellent read, written with passion from the heart. Business is 100% about relationships and every person in business who forgets that is throwing money down the drain. Kody has many stories about how people showing they care about the people they do business with, comes back to them ten-fold.
I can't say I learned anything new, but that didn't detract from a good read and while we know all the things we should be doing, sometimes we need a reminder, not only to do it, but what it means to the people we develop relationships with.
Kody Bateman is a master at relationship marketing. He artfully tells stories of success to illustrate his point. My favorite illustration was the story of Gus and Ruger. Every sales person should take note. The book is divided into 3 sections. In my opinion the 3rd sections (building a great relationship with yourself) is the key to success in any business or any relationship for that matter.

Outstanding read designed to cut thru the noise of today's world and alter how we establish relationships in a caring manner. The results are in and a multitude of people have a favorable outcome. This genuine, well written book is the equal to a lifetime action plan for success.
Lots of great material on building, growing and the power of relationships. The author lost me in the last half of the book with a lot of talk about Karma and the universe returning to me what I first give to the universe. These thoughts don't really jive with my worldview.
I loved this book! It hits so many topics that every “sales” person needs to hear! It’s personal development and marketing strategies all in one. I just finished it and I want to starting reading it all over again because I know there is more I will pickup!
