Informative and Encouraging

This is highly recommended to those who have been dealing with people who are suffering from BD. In the same way, it is also a good read even if you don't know anyone who has been diagnosed as it will make you understand the realities of mental illness. As S. Arterburn tried to explain the journey of a person with BD, he also shed some light to encourage both the patients and the caregivers.
