Amber Russell is a wife to one handsome husband and mother to two crazy cool little humans. She lives in Austin, Texas with her family and the worst behaved Chihuahua in the history of ever.
Until now, her single writing achievement was a second place ribbon in her middle school poetry contest. It was a haiku. Waves Are Broken is her debut novel. She’s a loquacious introvert, lover of all things carbs, easily startled and has an unnatural dislike of even numbers. And of course, if she isn’t writing, she’s reading.
