Sable and Giovani
While this is a novella and previous characters do show up, it wasn’t as good as I hope. Sable comes back in town because Shell is having a baby. But Shell doesn’t care for her so why would she for that? Giovani kidnaps Sable and in the midst falls in love with her.

love the book just wish it was a little longer

The hero really wants a family and has a breeding kink. He originally planned to kill her because she tried to kill his dad but failed. She doesn't want to die so she convinced him he really wanted sex instead
