This book provides a basic guide to organizational leadership in a classical, Christian school setting. It is very beneficial that no prior knowledge is assumed by the author. He covers definitions and basic procedures for every department of the school from the perspective of the board and head of school.

Today I finished reading “Journey to Excellence” by Ron Klein. This book was written to instruct Board Members and the Head of School for Christian schools. The book is a short and easy read but what it lacks in length it makes up in content.

This book is an excellent primer on the efficient and effective operation of a Christian school. It provides keen insights into the responsibilities of Board members and administrators.

This book should be required reading for every Christian school board member, every Head of School and every Administrator. Happy reading!
