Some people, however, are worried what a super AI could do in the wrong hands.In a bleak post-war world, most people find solace in escapism, achieved mostly by an enormous net of virtual reality servers called the Cloud. Norman Pellick, a mod programmer, is tasked by his clan leader to design the perfect alternative to a dangerous, soulless AI.This is the story of the creation of the first installed intelligence.

A thought provoking and interesting speculative SciFi short stories in the Installed Intelligence universe. A thoroughly entertaining novellas which leaves the reader eager to know more about the characters and worlds that have become so vividly real in a short time! It is a progress and evolution of Installed Intelligence. . A really mind blowing story, both appealing and disturbing at the same time!

An interesting set of 3 short stories which prequel the Installed Intelligence series.
Set at a time "after World War III", these stories cover the rise and development of Installed Intelligence software, and the associated moral dilemmas.
Not my usual type of book, but definitely thought-provoking
