I went to Gundry’s website and read the same thing almost word for word, list for list, and then saw this on Kindle unlimited, so I decided to borrow it and check it out. I was very disappointed. Y’all sort it out, but as the author of 20 internationally-published books, I am not impressed.
And the recipes? Very poorly written and formatted. If you are writing for ebook, format for same!
