A great conclusion to this series. When Rona is kidnapped, Jalen will do anything to get her back. This book is filled with action and hot sex that will have your eyes glued to your kindle. Great story and enjoyable characters and I can’t wait for Clay’s book.

This is book #3 in the series. You do need to read the books in order.
We start a off where we left off in book #2. Rona doesn’t know where she is or who took her. She doesn’t know if anyone is looking for her or not. Her captures keep injecting her with something that makes her see things and talk to people who aren’t there. She see’s colors and can’t figure out how to stop them from giving her the injections. They are feeding her and giving her somethings to drink. Although going to the bathroom on the floor is t something she likes doing she has no other option available.
She is given a shower and clothing and she knows she is being taken to an auction. She is hoping that the mystery drug will be out of her system enough to wear she can try to escape. She tries and fails. Her capture hits her to were she blacks out, and is auctioned while out. When she wakes up all she can hear is beeping sounds. Where is she? Can she get out? She wakes up to see she is in the hospital. She’s safe!
Clay can’t believe that Rona was taken again. He thought she was trained enough to get out of situations like what she was in. Rona thought she would have been able to protect herself also. Jalen can’t believe that this has happened again to her. He wants her safe, but if she keeps doing the PI job she won’t be safe. He won’t be able to protect her.
Rona isn’t sure what happened. She isn’t sure who took her and why? She thought they may have been linked to her Dad. But that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Great end to the New Pleasures Series
There is so much going on in this final instalment of the New Pleasures series that my head is in a complete spin. Admittedly, everything is pretty much all tied up by the end but there’s so many different stories all happening at once that it’s almost dizzying.
I am a little sad that this series is over but it ended on a high and with what I hope is a happy ending for this great couple. Even though there wasn’t much of them actually being ‘together’ in this book... they still have that fabulous fiery chemistry when they are.
Ok... if I had a few criticisms they are as follows:
The endings in MS Parker’s final instalments always feel a bit rushed. It’s almost like you can sense that she’s already thinking about her next book and that this one is done. I know Final Pleasures follows on from this, but I didn’t feel like we are done with Rona and Jalen yet.
The story about the old couple and the jerky... why? What was the point? I read it and thought... what relevance was that!?! I still didn’t know by the end of the story.
Elise... how totally infuriating! I know we are meant to hate her but.... ggggrrrrrrrr. I wanted her to walk away with nothing.
The human trafficking thing just kind of got put on the back burner and apart from a few mentions, it just fizzled out.
Book 2 was fantastic and don’t get me wrong... this book was really good too, but I found it just lacked something. It never really felt like Jalen and Rona were a proper couple. They declared their love for each other and when they were together, everything was special and wonderful... but I never got the feeling that they communicated all that much other than when they were together. In fact, you here more about Clay than Jalen in this instalment. In all honesty, I wanted more in the way of them truly feeling like they couldn’t be without each other. I guess with Elise in the picture it was harder for them to be together... but if I were either Jalen or Rona I’d be wanting to show a more united front; showing her that she couldn’t and wouldn’t come between them... but maybe that’s just me.
What Parker’s book sometimes miss is an Epilogue. A glimpse forwards to round up a story. I suppose she does that by expanding the series with spin offs, but a nice little Epilogue to show what the happily ever after looks like would be the icing on the cake.
Overall, really great series. Not quite as good as Pleasures, but I still really enjoyed it. So, I’m now onto Final Pleasures to find out what happened to the gorgeous Clay!

Wow! I can’t believe it ended so quickly. Another slam dunk for M.S. Parker with this hot as hell romantic book! This is a definite MUST READ! In this suspenseful, well-plotted romance about mystery, murder, drama, intrigue, suspense, kidnapping, and hot passion continue to keep you glued to the pages of this fascinating story. This book was impossible to put down, and it will have you on the edge of your seat. I loved the characters of Rona Quick, Jalen Larsen, and Clay Kurth, her FBI friend. Rona has been kidnapped! Who would kidnap her—her father, or someone else?? Since her father escaped from prison, will he try to finish the job? Will Jalen and Clay be able to find Rona before it is too late? I wasn't expecting the turn this story took; it has quite an unexpected surprise that may leave you flabbergasted or even infuriated but it is jaw-dropping good! You will need to read to find out what happens, but it will be worth reading. The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. Finally they catch a break! I was waiting for this. Not that they didn't go through a lot of trouble to finally have something resembling a relationship but it still happened. I like that Rona and Jalen are actually very mature characters. They are not petty at all and they are protective of each other. You could think she has the worst luck but with her good intentions, besides getting in trouble she has also managed to form a close circle of people that have become her family. Something she was missing desperately. And she did get into a bunch of trouble but Jalen is there to the rescue with the help of some friends.
There is a lot to unravel on this book. From murders to kidnappings, to human trafficking, to a baby on the way. So needless to say there is a lot to handle but she is a champion and for once she is not alone, even if it takes her a while to accept that because she is as stubborn as they come. This series is entertaining and intriguing and the best part is that even with all the packed complications that are happening, there is always time for hot steamy lovely moments. Jalen is a hot full of desire alpha, yummmmm.

I have been anxiously awaiting this book!! After finishing book 2 that left Rona being kidnapped and me being ticked at M.S. Parker for doing that to me, I couldn't read this one fast enough!!
Even though Rona has fighting skills because of being in FBI academy for a bit, it does her no good when she's chloroformed! She wakes up in a dark room and has no idea where she is. Her first guess is that her father has had someone kidnap her so he can finish her off.
She never gives up hope of being rescued by Jalen or Clay, even through the torment of her kidnappers.
LOVED this series!! The characters were amazing! The sex was hot! And oh, the twists and turns that M. S. Parker threw in there! Some of which, you could have knocked me over with a feather!! I look forward to reading Clay's story!!

Okay read
I have mixed feelings on this series some good some not so good. The story is based on Rona Quick and her complicated life her loving father turned into a monster after an accident he killed her mother and others and badly injured her then her uncle who had taken her in from the age of thirteen was murdered. Her father hot a new trial but was still found guilty but escapes from prison. Rona was kidnapped by a human trafficking ring but boyfriend Jalen got her back, her father then tried to kill her again but she was able to turn things against him and he died. She and Jalen end up together deciding to move in together. The storyline is basically good but at times feels rushed and there is a lot of nothing mixed in. Not one of the best series but an okay read.

Wow, what a great ending to this series. It was fast moving, full of excitement and passion and so erotic, but so much more. The ever annoying Elise had me reading in one sitting as I had to know who the babies father was, but I was still surprised. Rona's father was ever present but not in person, just as a menace until the end. What Rona went through was heart wrenching and Jalen showed his true strength of character, but Clay, the jury is still out on Clay but he gets his own book so I am sure all will be clarified. So much action, hate and love all in one book, well done Ms. Parker a great series and a grand finale!

The book begins right where the third one left off... Rona has been kidnaoped and is in dire trouble...she second guesses herself and hopes her friends are looking for her. It was difficult to read because I truly felt her mental trauma! Jalen rescues her and Clay ignores calls from Rona’s friends! They book continues through the ups and downs of Rona (kidnappers, crazy father, PI work) and Jalen’s (crazy ex) relationship!! The book ends on a great note and I am happy for Rona and Jalen! Looking forward to Clay’s story!!!

This is a must-read book, but you need to read the others in the series to really know what’s going on. We pick up where we left off with Played by Him. Rona and Jalen have obstacles one big one is his ex who is not one to mince words and cause problems. This leads Rona to run and this leads to her disappearance. Now it’s up to Jalen to find her and save her. Will she be able to get back to Jalen on her own? No spoilers here, this is a great read and the series is outstanding. If you want to know what happens, grab it ladies, you won’t be disappointed.

This was a phenomenal conclusion. Rona and Jalen have a love filled with devotion, trust and all around dedication to one another. This is all put to the test when they are thrown a curve ball. Rona finds herself in a scary situation and is desperate to escape or be rescued. Incredibly well-written book to finish off the series and show how all the characters play into the story. This is a must read as soon as you can get it!

A stunning conclusion to another suspenseful series by M.S. Parker.
"I didn't get the chance to get rid of the evidence."
Happiness doesn't come easy for Jalen and Rona. Just when things are looking up, the house of cards comes tumbling down. No spoilers here but I will share a couple quotes to wet your whistle:
"His eyes were blazing as he kissed me, his teeth worrying at my bottom lip until everything else faded and all I was aware of was the feel and taste and smell of him."
"I fell back against my pillow, concentrating on breathing, letting the nightmare loosen its hold."
"I didn't get the chance to get rid of the evidence."

Not my favorite
I really liked how this series started out. The first book was awesome but the second and third didn’t do it for me. I felt like Jalen was only 2 dimensional, sex and arguments. The story had multiple storylines that were left unfinished, like why did the traffickers care she looked at records and who in government got the message to Clay to tell her to back off. I love a good sex scene but this felt like a bad porno with poor dialogue only as an excuse to get to another sex scene. I will say the author can write a smokin hot sex scene though!

The final book in this series was just as good if not better than the other two. Lots happens in this book, not even sure how to review this book. I would hate to ruin the series. The chemistry between Jalen and Rona is still off the charts , but holy they have alot to overcome in this book. From sex trafficking to crazy exes and finally a missing deranged dad. If they can get thru all that I'm sure they can finally get their HEA.

A great conclusion to the story. While not all of the loose ends were answered for me, I was hoping for more on Jenna and her plight to find her siblings. That storyline still feels left open to me. Rona experienced a horrifying ordeal at the beginning of the book. It was a bit trippy and drawn out and then the explanation and conclusion felt rushed. But in the end, Jalen and Rona worked as a team to get through and get over the obstacles that they faced.
I can't wait to read Clay's story.

I hate to do it to M.S Parker because I love her but, this series was a bit boring! Jaden and rona were HOT! But rona had the worst luck ever between human trafficking and her father and didn't stand a chance! What.happened to jenna's eight sibling?
Did Rona ever feel like becoming a mother? did Jaden propose? Too many left ends and I don't like left ends! Could have been better!!! And I so love M.S. Parker!

The last book in this series.
This is an action packed book. It's full of revelations. They just keep on coming. The focus is a lot on Rona. Rather than Jalen. She has so much happening to her. It's really left my head spinning. Not my favourite by Ms Parker. I have to say. An enjoyable read though.

This has been an amazing series of books and this one ended it wonderfully! Great characters - very strong storyline with lots of twists and turns.
It was very harsh at times but was balanced out with friendship and love and some very steamy sex scenes.

This is the third and final book in the series, and I have to say it was my most favorite one.
The opening chapters of this book had me hooked and wondering what was going and thinking that Rona had completely lost her mind, the writing was so good I was convinced of what was going on.
This book even finds my feelings for Jalen to come a little more on the positive side, he does something that totally redeems him in my eyes.
As I always say with this author books though I need one more book on Rona and Jalen, I am not ready to say goodbye to them yet.

Rona gets kidnapped and is drugged to keep her from fighting back. She begins hallucinating and thinks she sees people who aren’t actually there. Her friends work tirelessly to help find her and get reunited with Jalen.
This is the final book of the New Pleasure series. It was a great read and would recommend the series.

Wonderful
I read all three books of this series and I loved them all. The main character was a strong woman who had survived so much but still managed to continue forward. Her love interest was an alpha male with a tender heart. They had wonderful chemistry together. Well worth reading.

a very interesting story about two people who meet by chance when he hires her to work for him in search of a girl. What I enjoyed the most was the very hot part where she describes in detail her intimacy when they were together. I really enjoyed reading this story ... the characters very well defined. I definitely recommend this book

Not what I expected!
Rona and Jalen go from one tension filled moment to another. She is kidnapped and beaten. He is informed he’s going to be a father by his ex wife. She is drugged and about to be sold as a sex slave. He is arguing with her friend for being around too much. It is a constant roller coaster ride.

So good! Rona’s instincts are great but will the skills she’s learned keep her safe? Action, humor, and romance are all present while exploring hidden secrets. I loved this book. It’s raw and real and it ties the series up beautifully!

Wow, what a great ending to an awesome story. This series was one of my favorites, it has it all. It does answer a lot of questions from the previous books. This is a must read series!!
