This series is my favorite. Loving the re read. Chrissy and Maria are perfect for each other.

My New Little Life (Life with Chrissy Book 2) by Calliope St. James: This is an MDlg series. We follow Maria and Chris. Their dynamic is still age play and their relationship has grown. This leans in BDSM to a small degree we watch their growth in themselves and as a mother-daughter. The daughter part is less experienced in the lifestyle. She at times begins to stand on my last nerve. The reasons will be obvious as you read. I have a tough time with the spacing between visits. The nature of the relationship is confusing and I think would be a struggle to handle. I think it is worth the read and will continue with My Life as Her Good Girl (Life with Chrissy Book 3). I am already 1/2 done. I would give this one 3 1/2 stars.

It's better than the first book and the first book was really good. And I'm not even hesitating about wanting to read the third book.
It's a very character-driven story, which is great, because the characters are well-written. The first-person perspective is wonderful because Chris is actually a nuanced character, so her thoughts and feelings adds a lot of emotion to the story (I will offer the warning through, that Chris' inner thoughts sometimes feels akin to Bella Swan's inner monologues in twilight, with a more childish spin, so if that puts you off....).
For me the story strikes the perfect balance between stuff that moves the story along, and then the sex and age-play and general kink stuff. It's all perfectly intervowen into the interaction betweeen Chris and Maria and has a wonderful feel-good style to it. It's very rooted in that tender, loving, care side of age-play, as opposed to going overboard on perverted BDSM fetish stuff. There's a little bit of it, but the focus is definitely on the cuddles and the love. I like that.
I'm curious to see what the next book is about. This one did read like a second book in a series, i.e. it doesn't have the character introductions of the first book or the ending of the final book - it's the in-between.
So yeah, great book, well-written, and a wonderful story. Within the age-play genre; one of the best I've come across, so far.

Delightful and quite well-written F/F MDLG story. It is somewhat cerebral but nevertheless very sensual and engaging. Be sure to read all the Life With Chrissy books by this author. You will not be disappointed. XOXOXOs to Calliope St. James for creating this wonderful series! My F/F D/s partner and I selected a scenario from each of the stories to act out. Each proved to be very heavenly;)

Unforgettable
I got the first book in this series by fluke..not really understanding what it was about. It really grabbed me and I couldn't put it down. This second book has furthered my interest and I'm looking forward to the next part!
