3.5 stars to I'm The Alpha's Mate. *** I enjoyed the characters and the story line there were just some parts that fell flat to me . However it was still worth the read . Evangeline has been shielded/hidden her entire life because of her abilities . She didn't understand why she had to go live by herself with her grandmother . Her parents left her behind but for what reason. Sebastian is a ruthless Alpha who would do anything to protect his back . He is also not a fan of Rogues and that is just what Evangeline is . Evangeline doesn't know much about what living in a pack means or really what even being a wolf means. When she finds her mate accidently crossing onto his pack lands, she has no idea what that even means. Will Sebastian want Evangeline once he finds out what she can do and how much trouble it will bring to his pack or will he be another that abandons her . My issue with the story was I wanted more about her abilities , I felt the explanation at the end was just blah . I mean it could have went so much deeper than it did . Also Evangeline is a little whiny for my taste at the beginning , but I got past that . The story line itself is great . It had everything that can make a great story love, drama, and twist and turns . It just fell a little flat . I would still recommend reading it .
I didnt realise i had already read this book previously on wattpad but gave it another go anyway when i realised i had. My views on the book however didnt change since the first time i read it sorry to say. I could not get past the main character. She annoyed me to no end. I found her to be overly naive and childish and i just couldnt deal with it. Multiple times i wanted to reach in the book and either slap her upside the head or shake her! She was going from one extreme to the next and always reverted back to being selfish and childish and i just couldnt deal. The story as a whole was good and has potential to be amazing if it just fixed up those little bits and added some tension between them when they first met. I felt like with sebastians ruthlesness towards rogues could have gone a bit further and had tension between the characters because of his views in the beginning regardless of being mates and have them work together to work out that situation instead of jumping into it like it was. Just more minor things to fix up like their progression as characters and in their relationship and it would have been great. Sadly 2/2.5 stars from me.
I rarely give one star, but I really disliked this book.
I'm not sure there was a single thing I liked about it... Maybe Sebastian (the Alpha mate) at times? Other than that.. Nothing.
The style of writing made me feel like I was reading something written by a kid for some reason. Not because the main character is inexperienced at life and innocent because that would make sense and I'd understand it. No, it was just more like how a kid would tell a story. If it was to try and portray the main character's personality there are way better methods to do it. I don't think that was it though, and that it was instead just the author's style of writing. It drove me insane.
While a lot of books have grammatical errors, this one was crazy. The tenses were all over the place. Present tense in one sentence and past tense the next, but not in a way that made sense.
The story line wasn't very interesting and a lot of the book was just a waiting game. A lot of questions were left unanswered at the end.
It wasn't even 200 pages, but it was still hard for me to finish it.

This was a decent story, Sabastian was my favorite character, Evengeline was ok. This book was kinda meh for me, I didn't hate it but I don't remember it and I finished it two days ago.
Wrong book, please match correct book to description
So on my kindle the description for this book is about a wolf rouge named Evangeline and a ruthless Alpha named Sebastian that end up being mates, but this book is obviously the wrong one, not sure what happened but it’s not even close. It is about a young wolf girl who is mates with her high school teacher that are mates, not much to the story after that. Kindle find me the book for the description I want to read the correct book.
I'm obviously annoyed again 😒 another book with bonus chapters somewhere else 😒 I would have tated it 5 stars! Would had followed the Author! But too leave the book off where it was and then tell me to go to another link to get bonus chapters infuriates me! I read all that for that is NUTS there relationship was a tid bit weird but I went with it...I'm just fed up when i read a book and it does this when you could just make another book on it or finish it for your rating purposes
I really enjoyed reading this book. I wish there was more cause I felt like the story was left on a cliffhanger. I just felt like now that she found out what she was capable of whats going to happen can she live with this new found self. Or will her and mate struggle and maybe find out a way to get rid of it.
I did not like this book, it was short, it felt rushed and it did not have enough context. For people who do not know anything or very little about werewolves, they would have been confused. The story had some promise and if the author took the story from a different angle it would be an amazing book with a great plot.
I liked this short novel. The plot is unusual, the characters are well developed, but the story is just too short. At the end, you have to purchase more books to learn how it turns out for the characters you have gotten to know and like. I won’t buy more books because gets expensive. I wish she had written one long story in the first place.
I was very disappointed with this one. The h is very childish throughout the book. If you're not familiar with a werewolf storyline this is very basic. There is hardly any mention of shifting, they never actually mate just keep repeating that they are mates, and the story has no really conclusion or cliffy.
This book beings when the heroine takes a step in a new direction, and her world changes forever. I have to say this one wasn't that great, but not really bad either. I enjoyed most of it, but was frustrated with the end, and how the heroine didn't seem to have "powers" even though she did. It was odd. Overall, it was okay.
I really liked this book but it really fell flat at the end. I think maybe it was too rushed. I really hope there is another to make this a series so I don't feel so robbed of an ending.
I really like, books like, this but hate when the main character continuously makes dumb decisions. It ok one or two times but over and over. It’s a good storyline. Good characters butt I like kick butt heroines. Except who you are and deal with it
Good concept but horrible execution. It just plain sucks. Very presentation style and explanatory instead of you actually experiencing it with the first person narrator. Don’t waste your time.
The book did not have a real ending that put all the final pieces together to end a story...not even ending it on a real type of cliffhanger. There’s no indication that this book is even a series. I do not recommend reading this book.
The synopsis made this book look promising but I was very disappointed, I couldn’t connect with the main character and she also got on my nerve! I wish I can get the hours I spent reading this book back.
I really liked this book. It was to short and they get the bad guy and then it stops. It doesn’t continue on what happens afterwards. It leaves with to many questions of what happens next.
I really tried to get into this story unfortunately I just couldn't. I found it really really boring. I got to 50% before I stopped. It just took too long
Liked this book. It was interesting and engaging. Definitely needs either a epilogue or another book. Still good but ended with more questions than not.
I just downloaded this book, but instead of getting I'm the alphas mate, it was his mate. The cover was right but the story itself was not. Anyone else have that problem?
Very slow to pick up. The alpha leaves a lot of questions and treats the luna like her questions don't matter. Luna has no idea what is going on in the outside world.
